Great sea view, decent room, conveninent underground parking, nice and good-sizeed heated swimming pool.

The hotel is high up a hill, so going back to the hotel after a nice dinner or drinks in the centre was always a struggle. Also, the ramp from the car park to the street is very steep, so if you stop halfway the car does not go up easily.

The hotel staff were awesome and took great care of us. The A/C was down and they contacted us ahead of time and offered a full refund if we wanted to cancel. We chose to stay and they provided us with a fan and unlimited cold bottled water. The breakfast was very good. I highly recommend purchasing it with the room for the convenience. The view from our room was gorgeous! Well worth the walk.

We foolishly decided to walk from the port with 2 large suitcases to the hotel. Google said it's only a mile so it would be a good jaunt! Silly us. We walked along a nice walk, which then went up a set of stairs reminiscent of the 4th John Wick movie. I thought that would be it, but I was wrong! It then became a gravel path which turned into a washed out path which never ended. We finally topped out after going up another set of steps to finally get to the hotel. I think we climbed about 5000 ft ;-). Anyway, don't be us.get a taxi.

“We had read that the hotel was only 20 minutes from Toulon port, so we decided to walk with our cases. However, the route is uphill and Google Maps took us via a backroad where it was impossible to pull our luggage, leaving us very hot and exhausted on arrival. We arrived at 12:00 and had asked the day before to pay extra for an early check-in, but although the hotel kindly stored our luggage, this option wasn’t available. Offering early check-in would be a real benefit for tired travellers

Everything was exceptional. The hotel is cosy but also very elegant. It really makes you feel like a welcomed guest. The room was spacious and the bed soft and comfortable. Everything was clean and lots of accessories where provided like coffee machine, boiler, microwave, etc... Also AC function pretty good. Staff members were all very nice and mindful. They helped us with our bikes and bags storage before, during and after check-in and out. They also let us use both the swimming pool and the gym after our check out, so that we wouldn't be waiting for our flight outside the hotel or in the reception. It was also easy to reach the hotel staff by message to get info and advice. Therefore I really thank you and hooe you keep up the amazing job! Our stay was really pleasant and we couldn't have asked for more!

There was a little inconvenience in the early morning of one day of our stay as an alarm went suddenly on in a nearby room and we were immediately woken up by it. We imagined someone must have tried smoking inside the room and the fire alarm went on. Nothing to blame on the hotel or staff thought. It was nothing they could have controlled. Despite that, we decided to look at the bright side of it: yes, we were suddenly woken up in the morning, but at least we were sure that the fire alarm was functioning at its best. 😉🤣

Nowhere to park outside the hotel during checking in. When we arrived it was busy with people at the check in desk and a number of people, including ourselves wanted to enter the hotel car park. We were told we needed to check in first. The road outside was blocked with traffic. Quite chaotic and stressful. Unnecessary if hotel had a better plan, like advance parking code given to arriving customers on the day of arrival. The staff remained friendly and calm despite the frustration of some of us. We booked two rooms. Unfortunately, one of them had a disabled bathroom where the shower head is not fastened to the wall and there is no shower cubicle. No other room was available. Not ideal 😕

The hotel was very clean and modern, the bedroom very spacious and nice. There is a parking for an extra cost but that was very convenient.

The shower is not delimited so on the same level than the toilet next to it. there is no certains, nothing to separate the shower to the rest of the bathroom so water goes everywhere, it’s a mess and it’s very not please if you want to go to the toilet next and the floor is all wet.. very very strange concept ! And the location is not ideal in the sense that it’s on top of a big hill so to go to town it’s a fair bit of a walk and up for the way back. But otherwise very nice hotel

Spacious room, modern and equipped, very clean. Excellent hairdryer. Very friendly staff. 15 min walk to center of town through shortcut (moderate incline). Very clean and spacious covered garage at small fee, however be careful when getting in as space is narrow at entrance.

Some design flaws like safety deposit box positioned too high up and size being too small for any practical use. Luggage rack enclosed in a shelf,making it difficult to open.

This hotel is high above the town and has lovely views from the breakfast room. The breakfast itself had a tasty selection of food. The room was a good size and the bed comfortable. There was a working fridge so nice to keep drinks cool. The hotel has an indoor pool which as the weather was hot was beautifully cool, and good to return to after a day out.

The staff were disappointing as they could not help with the wifi nor bus schudules to and from the town. Not having a car meant I was walking up and down the hill to and from the town. Fortunately the tourist office had all the information. The bathroom is a curious two room design, there is no hand washbasin in the toilet. Although it was very good to have a fridge in the room it is in a closed cupboard with no ventilation so is constantly, buzzing day and night as it cools. It would be a good plan to use an industrial carpet cleaner in the bedroom corridors, the plain pale carpets showed numerous marks.

- This hotel was a surprise for me - the rooms looked even better than of photos. They were clean and and spacious with a very modern furniture - Beds were super comfortable - The bathroom was small but clean. Shower was big enough, little bit slippery floor - We used the public parking very close to the hotel but they offer hotel parking - The breakfast was good but nothing special - Location was great, with many restaurants in the surrounding. It was close to old harbour - The staff was friendly

Parking near the hotel is easy to find. The pool is excellent. The room was clean, with lots of storage/organization space, a fridge, relatively spacious shower, good water pressure. Bed was comfortable. Staff was nice and accommodating — I had gone all around Bastia looking for some fresh fruits on a Sun evening and couldn't find a store open, I asked if they had any left from breakfast and got 2 apples and 2 oranges :)

Beware: the location is a bit far from the center of Bastia, esp if you don't have a car. Lots of stairs and walking to make it there. It's much more practical with a car. The pillows are a joke. Way too thin to support anything, let alone a human neck. And, personally, I kinda wished the pool would remain open later. 8PM is fine, but that meant we had to stop by the hotel in the afternoon to catch a swim, instead of leaving it for after dinner.
