The location is very convenient especially if you arrive with ferry boat. Our room was spacious, family size, clean with everything we needed for the stay. Walking distance to old port and near by shops. Nice breakfast.

Prior to our stay, we received a suspicious link via the hotel message. The link was a fraud. Hotel should make sure to prevent this type of fraud activity by reinfircorcing their IT security to protect the customers and themselves. When such events occur immediately inform all the customers. As we experienced, wifi allowed us to connect without identification , and after some time, it was requesting login details. This just shows that IT security is up to the task. Also the situation with parking was not explained properly.

The most wonderful location for visiting Bastia. Hotel very clean, rooms and public places. Our room had a wonderful terrasse to enjoy drinks or meals together. Staff were very kind and helpful. Will definitely be back !

Parking in Bastia is a problem so we dropped our car hire at Hertz around the corner and walked around the beautiful city. I would have preferred a kettle than a Malongo coffee machine, being British for the cup of tea.

Great location 5 mins walk from port. train station and Navette shuttle bus from airport/car hire.return. Restaurants, cafés and shops nearby. Lift to first floor from entrance at street level. Accessible PMR room on first floor. Receptionist Anita was super welcoming and helpful and made our overnight stay before early morning departure from port really easy.

We arrived in the evening with the ferry. I appreciated the location of the hotel very close to the harbour. When traveling with two small kids after a 8 hours ferry journey you are very happy to reach the hotel only 5 minutes after the landing. Personal was friendly and hospital. Room was clean and quiet despite so close to the street. Good Wi-Fi signal in room.

We could not find any parking close to the hotel. We had to park a couple of minutes away.

The room was very comfortable particularly during our second stay as it was quiet, with a lovely balcony, and excellent shower.

Room 10 which was our first room allocated had only hot water as we were not able to adjust the tap for cold water. Also as the bathroom was adapted for disabled which we did not require, the whole area was wet during showering.

Location was great. Room was clean. Love the balcony view.

We were in room 14 and inaccessible by lift, so we had to carry our heavy luggage up on stairs, tho lady receptionist offered to help it was not nice for her to help. Bed was too soft for our liking we found.

The location is extremely convenient for an early departure by ferry, only 10 minutes walk to the terminal. It's about 5 minutes to the train station. It's also convenient to the city centre where the restaurants and shops are. A continental breakfast can be purchased.

Facilities are a bit old but everything works.

Excellent location, walking distance to old city and port. Breakfast has a nice assortment of breads, cheese and other items. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Small bathroom, with no shelving or hooks available to place toiletries and used towels. This was a big inconvenience with three people sharing the bathroom. Off site parking was a few blocks away, but was manageable and I liked that it was prepaid by the hotel.

The hotel is well located in the heart of Bastia, the reception staff were welcoming and very helpful to us as first time visitors to the area. our room was clean and comfortable. Exactly the service we had hoped to receive.

The location was central. Very comfortable bed. Quiet with a big balcony overlooking the street. Would definitely go back.

The hotel is located on the first floor and I seem to remember that there are stairs only up to the first floor, then there was a lift. Worth checking if that could be a problem.
