Everything was amazing! The location is perfect — safe, quiet, and very close to the subway station. The staff were wonderful, friendly, and helpful. The room wasn’t the newest, but it was clean and comfortable, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We didn’t take the breakfast option, but we really appreciated the 24/7 free tea, coffee, and water. Overall, a great experience and we would happily stay here again!

What could be improved: the soundproofing is not great — we could hear noise from the hallway and other rooms. Since the building is older, there was a noticeable smell of humidity or mild mold in the bathroom. Also, the shower handle really needs to be replaced; it was very difficult to use.

A separate toilet from the bathroom. The windows face the main street, which is quiet. Everything you need for cooking is provided. An iron. Free coffee and tea. Close to the metro, a shop, and bakeries. Coming with family is a budget-friendly option—there’s a sofa that can be unfolded. Everything is clean and tidy! It feels comfortable!

There’s no air conditioning, so keep that in mind during the summer season. Trash isn’t taken out, but extra bags are provided—so be cautious with food that has a strong smell. There was an issue with the shower holder—you’ll have to hold the showerhead most of the time while showering. In the 1-bedroom room, the two beds were placed very close to each other. It looked like two beds pushed together into one, although in the photos they appear separate. So two strangers ended up sleeping as if they were in the same bed.

The only thing I liked was the location, which was very near to metro station. This made walking back at night feel a bit safer. Staff were professional, friendly and attentive. Ample of restaurants and eating places around.

Perhaps I was expecting more from the Citadines brand. But honestly, facilities were not that bad, but not fantastic as well. Room was slightly run down, not like the pics you see. Shower was not strong enough, not good during freezing temperatures. But they did try to fix it. The location being near metro and main train station compensates all for me.

Excellent reception upon arrival with pleasant conversation and a very welcoming vibe. I was given a garden room on the 4th floor, quiet and peaceful. The property is really lovely. I couldn't believe that my room had such a nice kitchen, spacious separated bathroom and even a dishwasher. My flight had just been cancelled, it was 30 degrees and I was very tired after coming back into the city from the airport. The receptionist was very customer service orientated and I immediately felt relaxed.

Absolutely nothing-

We liked the location a lot. Didn’t know the 12th was so nice! Went for a walk on the promenade plantee a couple of times. Metro (rueilly Diderot) at corner though we took the bus. Didn’t try the breakfast but loved that there was an espresso machine in the breakfast area that was free all day.

Couldn’t figure out the towel heater; the tiny balcony didn’t have room for two people. It was really a small hotel room with kitchenette, not a ‘studio apartment.’

For me, it's like coming home. I was here in 2023 and wished to come back, so there we were, on our tandem. Staff is really friendly and helpful, professional yet relaxed, thank you so much Fatiha and colleagues! The apartment fitted the bill completely for the 3 of us. We love the view on the trees of rue Chalingy, the restaurants, and all amenities next door. Cannot wish for another place to stay. I will be back again for sure.

Pleasant reception staff on check-in. First floor apartment at rear of building, with patio, quiet overlooking small park. Comfortable, for 4 persons (two couples) The wide couch in the living room converted to a surprisingly comfortable bed. Well supplied with crockery and cutlery. Large dining table-4 chairs. Property a little tired in places, overall well presented, clean. For self catering, a Lidl supermarket, well stocked, nearby. Apartment located close to Reuilly Diderot metro; or a pleasant 15 minute walk from Gare de Lyon along Bvd Diderot to the apartment. Apartment is close to the Promenade Plantee or Coulée verte, 4.7 km (2.9 mi) elevated linear park built on top of obsolete railway infrastructure, a delight to walk along in any weather.

Apartment was spacious for central Paris, and had everything we needed. Kitchen has all the things you need to make simple meals. Central heating was excellent. All day use of the coffee machine on the ground floor was great. We hired a car on the day of leaving Citadines, and were allowed to park in underground carpark to move our luggage to the car, as no chance of getting an on-street car park. 3 mins walk to metro station, yay!

Feather pillows, but that is Europe, so just something to live with.

Apartment was good, very clean and well equipped. It was in great location for us travelling on from the Gare de Lyon. Breakfast very good value. A small restaurant around the corner was lovely and good value. We were only there one night but would have been good value for longer stay. Metro near by. Also very good small but really good wee shop close by on main road.

Unfortunately lift not working on arrival and on 5 th floor but fixed quickly.

Quiet and loads of restaurants and supermarket around the place.

A staff that wasn’t helpful when I asked for somebody to unblocked the toilet…the toilet was blocked and when I flushed the toilet the water from the toilet overflowed.The staff said well the mab that fixes it is not here tonight you have to wait til the morning.I have to go down to the reception and asked we need a toilet for the night I have 2 kids with me.(she give me a face saying deal with it!) I didn’t stop there I have to ask can we move to another room we need toilet during the night and she pointed the toilet across the reception and tried to say we can use that toilet for the night and imagine our room was on the second floor.
