I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Lancaster, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived until the day of departure, the hotel exceeded our expectations in several ways. While the staff, location, and overall atmosphere were top-notch, the menu left a bit to be desired, particularly when it came to breakfast options. The location of the hotel was superb. Situated in Paris, Champs-Elysées, it offered convenient access to landmarks and attractions. Whether I wanted to explore the vibrant city or simply relax in nearby parks, everything was within reach. The convenience and proximity to key destinations were definite highlights of my stay.

While I appreciated the range of options available, I felt that the breakfast selection could be improved. Although the quality of the food was decent, I believe offering a continental breakfast would greatly enhance the overall dining experience. This was a fantastic stay, and I am delighted that I chose Hotel Lancaster. The occasion was my partner's 30th birthday, and the hotel and staff did everything they could to make it memorable for her. From a voucher for a complimentary glass of champagne to mark the occasion, to remembering to keep the massage I had booked for her in the spa a secret and not mentioning it at check in, everything was fantastic. Incidentally, my partner said that the massage was brilliant. Other things to note: the room service is impeccable and reliable - a spotlessly clean and service twice a day, once during the day and once while you're out for the turn-down service. The breakfast was the right balance between light and delicious (it set us up perfectly for a full day of activities) and the decor and ambience of the entire hotel is incredible. The bar is a very elegant setting for a pre-dinner drink. If you're looking for somewhere that's absolutely central in Paris (you're at the Champs-Elysees within a minute of leaving the front door) but on a secluded enough road that it feels quiet and away from the bustle, then this hotel is ideal. Thank you to all the reception staff and doormen who treated us like extremely welcome guests from the moment we arrived. We hope to be back next time we're in Paris.

No one is going to this hotel specifically because there is a gym, but it is worth saying that the gym is very small and a bit under-equipped. There are only three machines there, and all of them are for cardio workouts. I was happy to adapt and go for a cycle instead of the resistance training I had planned, but it's worth noting in case you're packing in the hope of using a fully-equipped gym. I also tend to prefer to have an iron in the room rather than a steamer, though that's a personal choice. The steamer got the job done in any case.

matters so bad in room 209 its old and there is curved from alot of using, i already complained but housekeeping chef no care 3 nights with back pain

the rooms are extremely comfortable. the interior of the hotel is gorgeous.

maybe the only thing I wish was more advanced was having speakers in the room or more channels on the TV and radio in English.

The little details to make our stay extra special as we were celebrating a big birthday and wedding anniversary, room upgraded with a view of the Eiffel Tower and Sacre Coeur and Champagne and balloons and sweet treats in the room were a lovely surprise. Thank you

Everything was lovely, the breakfast package options were a little confusing as booking.com said one thing but the options available in the restaurant were different and the options available in the reception seemed different again.

Camilla, the young and super friendly Italian lady on duty at check-in (and heading the team at front desk) did an excellent job throughout and was very helpful indeed. Breakfast on day one was a bit of a mess as the dining room was running hectic at that time with no tables available because of a slow turnaround which made us choose for room service on the second and last day of our stay. We were also unimpressed with the actual room size, which was too crumpet for its deluxe category and, as the return guest that I was (have been here several times over in the last 10 or so years) I must confess unusually small for what I had so far experienced. The hotel, though not cheap, is all in all a good one anyway: it is a small and intimate boutique property where the friendly staff will remember you and call you by the name.

A few areas could be improved in terms of both service and room maintenance.

Hotel Lancaster was a nice surprise at Paris. From the beginning the team was absolutely helpful with my questions on Booking. At the arrival, the whole team was extremely helpful and nice. Angelina walked me to my room and explained everything to me about its amenities and facilities. Room service was exquisite. Although it is located in a pretty busy area, the room was extremely quiet and peaceful, with no exterior bothering sounds. Absolutely the best hotel experience and the kindest team of workers I met in Paris. Definitely recommend it and will definitely stay there again.

location & spacious rooms the front office staff was very welcoming one of the front office staff looked like a relative of President Macron

sound proofing! there was a family living beside my room and the kid was not well due to which he kept crying all night … hope the kid was fine but I couldn’t sleep one of the staff members entered the room despite knowing I am inside the room

location is great, staff are super professional and nice, rooms are very nice, cleaning service is great. the hotel has a classic feel to it. everyone is doing his/her best to make your stay nice.

it maybe not important to everyone but the gym facility is not in the building; it's in a near by place.

The location is just perfect. The staff are so friendly and supportive. We had breakfast once and it was very delicious. The room size was awesome and spacious. Totally worth it.
