Very comfortable room, we were upgraded to a superior room for our stay. Bed was huge, and the room had loads of space with our 2 big suitcase’s. Every evening we returned after a day out, to the room fully made up again. Reception staff were very welcoming, and allowed us to store our luggage when we arrived hours before check-in. The hotel is in a convenient spot near several metro stations, and close to many good restaurants.

The Shower is over the bath, with a half length glass screen; so space is restricted. Water pressure could be better.

The room was perfect for our short stay in a very convenient part of Paris. The staff were super friendly and genuinely welcoming. It was obvious that the staff of the hotel have good morale and really want to help their guests to have a most enjoyable stay. We really enjoyed the style of the hotel and this also added to the enjoyment of our stay. The breakfast was wonderful.

Well, the hotel was great so no issues there, but we now have a soft spot/appreciation for older Parisian aunties who are expert at looking foreigners up and down and rating their attire with only one facial expression. It's an observation of a local preoccupation with fashion rather than a criticism. Most foreigners probably wouldn't notice this local propensity. Young Parisians don't care, but a certain generation will judge you, and harshly. It's up to you to either be entertained or have a thick skin. Being offended is not an option. Just coordinate better on your next trip to Paris, darling.

Perfect Location - train from CDG airport (RER, ticket price 11.80 euro, about 1 journey) stops in like 700m, metro station is literally 2 min away (download IDF app - easier to buy tickets), a lot of cafes and restaurants near by, supermarket is just across the corner ( 3-5 min away), tobacco shop is across the corner as well (a pack in France is about 12 euro), walking to museum de Rodin takes about 30 min, to Louvre about 35 min. Taxi come fast- price sometimes is better in UBER and sometimes in BOLT, to get to the airport it costed about 36 euro with bolt and took about 40min( taxi taken at about 7am). Very nice staff - we have seen 4 different people at the reception- all were friendly and helpful, housekeeping staff was very nice and discreet, lady serving the breakfast was very smiley and positive. Room was clean, very warm ( it was possible to adjust the heat), plus we had extra blankets in the wardrobe ( didn’t use those), bathroom was spacious and water pressure and temperature was very good as well. Breakfast was fine (missing any veggies- like if there would be cucumber slices or / and tomatoes- it would be a way better), but if it would not be included in the rate I would not pay extra for that and rather go out to the cafe, but I am quite specific with what I like and want, especially during mornings.

Those amenities are NOT mentioned in the description, so there is nothing to complain: - I did miss a kettle and normal ( not paper) glasses or cups in the room. -Another advice - take slippers/ flip flops as there are none in the room and the floor is covered with carpet.

This is a charming hotel, very well placed. Have been here several times since 2021 and I have never been disappointed. A wide choice of restaurants and cafes nearby.

Excellent location. Courteous and helpful staff. This goes not only to the front desk, but housekeeping as well - they tried their best in communicating with us to ensure our stay was comfortable even though housekeeping staff I communicated with didn't speak English.

Musty smell that lingered the the moment entering the room. However that smell only stayed in the hallway leading to the bedroom. Also, when we used the A/C, it would malfunction after awhile and needed to be fixed each time. Good thing the weather was cool so cracking the window open was sufficient enough. This is specifically for room 41.

The room was large for 2 adults and 2 children. The fold out bed for 10 yr old was uncomfortable. Queen bed for adults and small pull out for 8 yr old was good. Bathroom had shower and tub great for kids & adults. Room was clean however, was a bit dated. The air conditioning was great! It met our needs as we were out enjoying Paris all day! Breakfast had sufficient variety of pastry, coffee, juices, eggs, etc.

This was a great find. Very friendly staff- always accommodated anything my family and I requested, very comfortable and well appointed room: large bathroom, comfortable beds. Location was very good- Nestled in the 6th, nearby a lot of action but also in a quiet spot. I highly recommend a stay.

Nothing much. Very small elevator, small ish rooms, but these things are to be expected as it’s Paris.

Not my first time at "Hotel Le Royal Rive Gauche", they keep the same standard of cleanliness. They even renovate and add new features to the facility (Gym & Spa). I had a very nice room. All the staff at the reception are super friendly. They helped me with an early check in and kept my luggage after the check out . It feels like home Definitely, they will be my first choice whenever I visit Paris

It's the first time I stayed in this part of Paris and I found it absolutely great. Well connected by public transport and at the same time less busy than more central parts but still with many nice restaurants and cafés around. The hotel room was nice, comfortable and warm. We had a family room and the bathroom was big with a bath and shower.

The only thing we found missing was a bottle of water in the room and maybe pegs to hang jackets.

Very cozy sweet hotel near Montparnasse with a good comunication with Metro and bio-breakfast which is very important. Nice relaxed residencial district,8-9 metro stops with 3 lines near hotel to a center. Personal is fine,sympatic and helpful. Room and hotel is clean and rooms are enough big with a toilet separately from a bath.We liked everything.
