THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT AS THE METRO STATION IS IN FRONT OF THE HOTEL SO CARRYING LUGGAGE WHEN TRAVELING TO AND FROM THE AIRPORT WAS NOT A PROBLEM AT ALL. THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN AND WELL DECORATED. ALL THE STAFF WITH NO EXCEPTION WAS FRIENDLY, POLITE AND READY TO SOLVE ANY PROBLEM THAT MIGHT COME UP DURING THE STAY. ESPECIALLY REDOUANE WITH HIS READINESS, WARM SMILE AND KINDNESS MADE ME FEEL THAT I WAS A FAMILY MEMBER. CONGRATULATIONS ON THE GOOD JOB YOU ARE DOING.

Everything was great! The receptionist was very friendly and he helped us with many different things. Our room was wonderful, with a partial view of the Eiffel Tower (due to the distance). The hotel amenities, toiletries, cleanliness, bed and pillow comfort, quality of the bath towels, rain shower, and water pressure—everything was perfect. The patio downstairs was cute, and there was always water and coffee available for guests. You can even take a glass bottle of water up to your room. The entire hotel and rooms have been remodeled and have a modern, stylish look. The location is excellent—the Eiffel Tower is about a 20-minute walk, and you already get a great view of it from the area. Plus, the metro station is right in front of the hotel! Despite the trains passing outside, the room is super quiet—you can’t hear a thing. I truly wish I could’ve stayed longer, and I’d love to come back!

Everything was great!

Located right by a Metro station - Severes Lecourbe - and walking distance of the Eiffel Tower, Les Invalides etc. Excellent room with first class shower and comfortable bed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Looks expensive but I think this is what you pay for a hotel which is with very easy reach of central Paris. It didn't take long to travel from/to Gare du Nord for Eurostar. Very good quality. Plenty of places to eat just a short walk up the road if you are not eating 'downtown.' Included great Italian style pizzas at a place called Nonnos in the next street.

Breakfast was NOT included in booking.com price and this was not mentioned at check-in. It was 15 Euros per person for a bit of bread, cheese and coffee. Very POOR value for money with eateries just up the road offering cooked food for this price. Don't get caught out on this one. The City Tax was charged up front when we arrived and the hotel should have been upfront that b'fast was also an extra.

Room size was sufficient and bed was comfortable, although extra bed was not. Patio was nice but unfortunately weather was not conducive to using. Good shower pressure, even on top floor; nice towels. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Location convenient to several metro stations and local shopping.

Climate control was locked so not controllable in-room; had to call main desk for any adjustments. No creamer or milk provided in room for coffee & tea (provided)

I like everything special the location The breakfast place in the corn street cafe basilie is amazing But the staff they are spectacular Very attentive The ladie Helen is so sweet during breakfast And the morrocon man that work at the desk at night is super nice to me making my stay more enjoyable But all people that work in the hotel are excellent I will be Back to stay

The room was small but convenient and nicely decorated, there was everything u need and the air conditioner was very good. The staff was great

There was no hair conditioner and in the shower there was the rain shower head but no like adjustable shower head, you have to hold the shower head in your hands all the time and i never understand why hotels dont put the adjustable one , its not expensive and is way more convenient. And both shower heads need a nice scrub, they werent the cleanest but other than that the room was super clean.

two points we didn't like: 1- they have air conditioning but it doesn't work outside of summer (even though it's hot spring). We were very disappointed with that. 2- We paid for breakfast and when we started to serve ourselves (9AM) there was almost nothing left and the person in charge said there was no more replacement. (Breakfast ended at 11AM). I suggest taking it outside the hotel

The staffs were very friendly and good care. The room was very clean and the bed was super clean and comfortable, the room was so quiet with double-layered window even though the hotel was close to the subway station, so we could sleep very well, and the air conditioning was working so good. It was the best place to stay!

We stayed for 2 nights, and we left a sign asking to clean our room, but the room was not cleaned. But this is minor thing, maybe they were busy and forgot about that. Except the part, everything was perfect

Location wasn’t really that good. We was ok as we are walkers, however I wouldn’t recommend it, unless you are good walkers or at ease with travelling on the metro. It is located the same side of the river Sien at the Eiffel Tower but it’s about 30-40mins walk to get to the Eiffel Tower. The All other tourist attractions and main part of Paris are based on the other side of the river. If I ever went back to Paris, I would want to stay on the other side of the river!!

Very comfortable, quiet and well-located for access to the metro, buses and main tourist attractions. Staff were very helpful and friendly, and spoke good English. Plenty of natural light, good reading lamps.

Shower dripped constantly so had to keep bathroom door closed to get to sleep. Payed for a larger than standard room but the odd room layout meant paying the extra was probably a waste of money. Very limited number of English channels on TV
