It was practical. Good breakfast. The room was cleaned every day. Very peaceful. Parking under the hotel (20€ for 24h). You could take a lift to the hotel. We used underground station few times in a day time. At night we used uber. Montmartre is 15min drive by uber. We stayed there with our 5 months old baby. It was OK location for the olimpic games my husband attended.

I wouldn't walk at night in the area. But you can just take an uber to and from the hotel. Towels and pillows were bit tired. I had my own pillow

The room are very clean and comfortable

The location is not very good, it is far away and I didn't feel very safe on the way. Additionally, I didn't feel welcome and thought the employee was a bit rude.

Morning staff was good the guy on reception was very polite

Room was very poor it was like a boat room I asked to view the room before I pay they refused and said you pay first after you can view

The location was perfect for us being just outside the city but with easy access to all public transport. The way the lift worked meant that you felt secure in the room. Clean sheets and towels every day.

The only down side was for us, it would there being no kettle in the room but we were aware of this during booking.

Although many people warned us about the neighborhood, place was alright. Best value for money in Paris ever. It is an immigrant neighborhood but at least in the area of the hotel, that’s it,, it doesn’t feel unsafe. We came walking late night on a Saturday from the metro station nearby (about 8’ walk) and it was alright, bridge in front (of the peripherical highway in front of the hotel) was very well illuminated.

The shower wasn’t working properly, asked to be fixed first day and that didn’t happen (half of the water was running out before it got through the shower).

I think most of the people exaggerate when saying the location is bad. I mean, it's not the best-looking location, and it was quite rubbishy but overall, there were no problem even after dark. Metro is 10m walk. For those who are on a low budget, it's a good option.

The room was quite hot, and the windows can't be opened. But we asked at the reception for the key and after that we could leave the window open (the sad thing is that they had only one window opener, so after opening we could either close it or block it with a bottle or something)

The property is located at a walking distance of port de la chappelle, which makes it convenient to travel to and from centre of city. A decent breakfast spread (could do with some variation though). Rooms were neat and well maintained, quite tight, but the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would be careful walking to this place late at night as a brief stretch under the bridge is quite dark and sketchy. Would definitely recommend and return to stay here if I’m back in the city.

It was my first time to experience the bathroom, toilet room and sink are separate which I actually love especially when I am in travel with family or friends so that we can use our time efficiently or can use those at the same time without so much problem with time :)

The bed is not the comfortable. They fixed it neatly when we arrived, but the linens are may cheap type which goes wherever. It was a good short stay. The staff we’re accommodating and it’s kinda nice budget hotel to stay. But the metro is a big NO for travelers who have child/children with stroller. There’s no elevator available on both sides, maybe it’s in France in general because we experienced that also somewhere in Disneyland. So hassle and the information staff were not so accommodating.

Garage was too low for vans.

It is quite well connected to the city centre, a few great stores around with very kind people who work there, and the hotel staff is very nice and eager to help. The neighbourhood looked safe. The hotel has lifts, which was very important to us, since we had a 3 month old baby with us. The room is small (as expected in Paris) but functional, it was worth the money. The cleaning ladies did an amazing job, new towels and clean room every day... And the shower was amazing.

The heating could be better, even when it works fully, the cold air from the ventilation is stronger. The bed is kinda weird, it is really comfortable and We had a good sleep, but it somehow sinks in the middle, so we couldnt sleep appart because we would always roll to the middle. That being said, it really is very comfortable.
