It provides great small rooms for travelers who are interested in going out a lot and not spending a huge amount of time in the actual room . Location is great near a metro station. The room itself is very cozy and clean and perfect for tourists. The bar and restaurants were super nice too!

Everything was great other than the fact they don’t replace towels or bedding unless you request it.

Close to food places, metro and eiffel tower. Fast and easy checkout. Hotel had vending machines to for snacks and drinks.

Pillows were abit flat (but 2 pillows given) and water pressure was weak in the shower.

Great location, close to the Metro and walkable to the Eiffel Tower. The reception and restaurant area are lovely. The breakfast buffet was varied and tasty.

The room was quite basic but comfortable and clean

I requested breakfast at room and was better than we were expecting, good options of breads, jellies, juice, cappuccinos, etc. The room has a nice space (I believe enough for 4 luggage (2 big and 2 small). The shower is very good. However, the higher price just is justified by the view (recommended the room with balcony).

The check in time is extremely and (my opinion) unnecessary late (4pm). If you think usually overseas flights are overnight arriving Paris the beginning of the day, this is a horrible experience. My wife and I had to get out for lunch while they bring our luggage, but after that we were so tired and waiting for the check in time at the reception area. Around 3pm I was begging for a room, just for rest. This could be a better experience, starting the check out at 2pm, at least. PS: the checkout time is 11am!

The rooms, lobby, restaurant were all very cosy, clean and warm. The staff were very friendly and responsive as we had some requests which they fulfilled without any problem. The location was also very good. It is 25 min walking distance from Eiffel Tower, and for those who have not enough time or do not to walk too much, there is a metro station Cambronne on 2 mins walking. There you can catch line 6 which is 5/6 mins away from the metro station of the Eiffel Tower. Also it has connections to other metro and RER lines which can easily bring you on a 10 min walking distance from most of the another Paris landmarks like Louvre, Notre Dame, Pantheon etc. In the end, as we were on half-board, we can say that there were a good choice of meals for dinner and breakfast. Also we like how they are cooked. 😁

- bathrooms are like too narrow, but I think this is a common occurrence in similar hotels in the centers of major European cities. Same was at Copenhagen. - there were no slippers provided. Even not available on request. It is a problem because for some people the floor always feels cool no matter how warm is the room itself. So this is good to know. Also no matter how clean it is on the floor, you bring dust on the bed when you walk barefooted and then jump onto bed. These were not such big issues to us, but it is good to be mentioned in my opinion. 😁

Cleanliness, breakfast, value for money

When you are in hospitality business, your customer service staff need to speak and understand at least little bit of english.

Great location- not too far from sightseeing places like the Eiffel Tower, and very close to a metro station meant we could get to see the sights fairly easily- great for our short trip. Our room did not have a great view, but that turned out to be a blessing- less street noise.

Felt the bedrooms were a bit too small eg. Had twin rooms but there was no space to have the beds separate so they had to be together. Was an issue for my 2 teenage sons who did not want to sleep that close to each other. They also complained that there was a lot of noise from the street which they looked out on. I also didn’t like that there was no tea/coffee/drinking water facilities in the room, other than the water from the bathroom tap.

The hotel iwas spotless and staff friendly and helpful always ❄️ water available and very comfortable spaces for relaxing after a day's touring this sprawling city. Car park on site very accessible wit lift straight to your room with view of Eiffel tower exactly as the picture in the advert no false advertising here as long as you request in advance everything you need for a safe and comfortable stay in this mad city.

Staff very helpful and happy, not easy in the city heat of a very busy Paris. Hotel great location for all major attractions in the city. Loved going to sleep watching the lights of the Eiffel tower 🗼 from our bed, to have that view from one of the most comfortable beds ever slept in at this price point was exceptional.

The location was the main reason for choosing this hotel, only a 15 min walk from the Eiffel Tour, and the closest train station connects you to many lines. The breakfast was nice, the dining area was very large and there was a decent selection of food. The staff were very kind too. The hotel itself was welcoming and was well decorated.

The room we stayed in was quite smaller than I imagined with a very small toilet. I also booked quite a few months in advance and was unsure how to request a room with a view of the Eiffel Tour, maybe that would've costed extra, but some details of how to go about that would've been useful during the booking process. The doors of the room were also surprisingly thin, meaning I could hear everyone's footsteps and conversations in the night. Otherwise, it was a good hotel to be based in if you're planning to be in the city for most of your trip.

The daily included breakfast buffet was great, and the hotel was walking distance from the Eiffel Tower. The staff was mostly friendly & helpful (see what I didn't like below for one exception).

I (a disabled 71 year old senior) had prebooked twin beds and a handicapped equipped bathroom. When I arrived, we were told the only available handicapped equipped room available that day had one bed (which was awkward for my platonic friend and I who wanted separate beds). Also, they didn't have porters to help with our luggage but upon our arrival, one kind lady behind the counter offered to help us. When we checked out, we were on our own. Although for the most part, staff was friendly & helpful, one male behind the counter hung up on me when I called from my room reminding him that the day before, he had said someone was going to help us get English channels on the TV. We were later told by staff that channels after 30 were in English.
