The location was great. Staff were friendly. Room and hotel were very clea with greag facilities including the rooftop restaurant.

When I booked, Booking.com mentioned that the pool would be open during my stay. After checking after it became nonrefundable the app said the pool would be closed. I also booked the hotel to enjoy having a gym facility with my 14 year old daughter and upon check-in I was informed the gym was not child friendly...nothing mentioned on the hotel details about an age limit. I ordered room service one evening and the waiter smashed a glass when setting down the tray. Later in the evening I stood on a shard of glass & when grabbing my foot, I cut my hand.

The staff were exceptional. Concierge were beyond helpful, restaurant staff were friendly and wanted to make sure you had the best experience. Rooms were spacious. We were lucky enough to be upgraded upon arrival which was a lovely surprise. Every staff member we came into contact with was amazing. Breakfast and room service was delicious.

I did not like the fact that the hotel offers a spa, but after paying an average of € 700/night, the hotel charges extra to make use of the sauna or the steam bath. I have never seen such charge in a five * hotel to use the spa. The room we got on arrival day was very small with a view on a wall, and the room was above the outside service area (very noisy). Forget about sleeping with the window open! The bathroom was also tiny. We asked to be located into another room after one night, and the management agreed. We stayed in other hotels of the chain in the past, but this hotel was one level below the one in Mauritius or in Thailand.

Exceptional service from the moment I walked into the door. Beautiful hotel and a fantastic location. The Roma Termini is a 12 minute walk away. All the major sites are either a walk or a short car ride away. The food was very good. My son and I stayed in the junior suite and it was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was wonderful coming back every night to a comfortable bed and lovely made up room after a long day of sightseeing. The staff were very kind and helpful from check in to room service (of which we ordered a lot!) to check out. Will definitely be back!

My only feedback would be to update/modernize the rooms a little. Other hotels I have stayed in have multiple USB charger ports and free electric plug points by the bed and around the room which are super convenient for families using multiple devices. Our room only had 1 free electric outlet by the table next to the wall. Luckily I'd brought my electric multi USB charger and adapter with me. I also noticed small signs of wear/past (minor) stains on the wallpaper and carpet- not sure what can be done but it would be nice to fix these. Didn't take away from the stay though.

The reception staff were very welcoming, the cleanliness was impeccable, and the room was spacious and well-maintained. The location was good, and the rooftop area with its attentive staff was a highlight.

Unfortunately, my room didn’t have neither balcony or view, which was a bit disappointing. Given the price of the room, it’s frustrating to have to pay extra for the sauna or hammam. The breakfast was a bit repetitive, and the service was occasionally slow. Lastly, the concierge service on WhatsApp was not very responsive.

Super comfortable, calm and quiet hotel. Well located for the train station and with metro station right outside. Spacious rooms with great beds. Tastefully decorated and furnished with welcoming staff. The rooftop pool is lovely - not huge, but big enough and great for cooling off after a hard day sightseeing.

The breakfast is good but over-priced. Prices generally for extras (drinks, snacks, room service) are steep even by high end hotel standards and not particularly good value. Given the quality of restaurants within a couple of hundred metres you'd be crazy to pay the hotel prices.

Everything! The facilities are just what is expected in a 5 star facility and is the epitome of luxury . The modern building the doormen the concierge Salvador who can help with any desire personally…all of the reception staff like Lucca who made sure early morning tours had breakfast boxes ready for us and the breakfast buffet is simply MARVELOUS with huge variety and with self serve mimosas and FRESH brewed coffee in the land of coffee and not a coffee machine most hotels are using now….The location is superb right in the center of Rome in an upscale neighborhood. The suite was huge and impeccably designed with luxury in mind. The deep soaking tub was a welcome respite after long days of touring

This hotel is STUNNING; it's probably the persona of the decadence and beauty of Italy. The rooms are beautiful and so comfortable. They use the best bathroom toiletries. The location is excellent. You have a big shopping street right at your door step and then you are merely 15 minutes of a slow pace walk from all the major sites. More than the hotel itself, and the location, is the STAFF. We are returning guests, mainly for the staff. Everyone is amazing. They will roll the red carpet out for you and greet you with smiles and warmth. Everyone. From the front desk crew, to the bell hop guys, to the cleaning crew, and the breakfast crew. While everyone treats you so amazing, our favorite people there are Silvia and Stefania at breakfast. They will welcome you and take care of you as you are the most honored guests in their home. Our other favorite person is Malik; he's outside makes sure you get your taxi, provides you directions, when you get out of your taxi he makes sure you have not left anything inside. His energy is amazing. Whenever you pull up to the hotel, and see him outside waiting, it just brings a huge smile to your face. He greets everyone with so much warmth. It's not just the hotel, it's the staff that makes the place magical. A big big heartfelt thank. you to Silvia and Stefania at breakfast and Malik outside. We will always return because of you and the hotel is very very lucky to you have you working with their team. The breakfast is AMAZING. This is our second time at this hotel. I first visited with my mother in November 2022. What brought us back is the BREAKFAST. You have a decadent array of pastries, juices, hot items, fish, cheeses, breads, sweets, you name it. Unlimited coffee drinks, including speciality coffees! If you think that is not enough, they then bring you an ala carte menu on top of that.

The only thing we didn't like is that we ALWAYS want to stay longer!!!

From the moment we arrived the staff and service were exceptional—welcoming and friendly. We were pleasantly surprised by an upgrade at check-in and loved our room with a view. The spacious and luxurious room offered an incredible view of the palazzo and the amenities were of a high quality. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options, including a divine patisserie selection. The pool, overlooking the city, provided a refreshing dip in the heat. The hotel is in a great location in the heart of Rome, making it easy to use the train or walk to nearby attractions.
