We LOVED LOVED LOVED this property!! Our room was beautiful: very modernized fixtures, but accents that were so elegant and charming. Plenty of space and the air conditioning worked very well. The location was exceptional: walking distance to almost all the sites we wanted to see, very close to great restaurants, cafe’s, and shops, but tucked into a quiet little alley. Lucia was very welcoming and the communication was great and very easy. She is a wonderful host!

We did not have a problem with the stairs, but some travelers might. They are like stairs in many older buildings and are steep. So for anyone who may struggle with stairs or is going to travel with quite a lot of luggage, they might be a little challenging.

Miguel and Lucía were super helpful and kind. Communication was smooth even before getting there. They even took the time to recommend places to visit and eat. Room was a bit small, but since we only went back to sleep, really didn't matter that much. And it's compensated by the shared kitchenette area which is very cozy and stocked with coffee, tea, bread, biscuits and cake. Location is great! Totally worth it since Trastevere is so vivid at nights

The room we stayed in had a minor problem with odors coming back from the pipes from time to time.

Very central in Trastevere to all the bars and restaurants. It's a very buzzy area, I was concerned as our room overlooked a busy street but it quietened down quickly. Our room was perfectly adequate for two nights. The Vatican is on this side of the river.

I was asked what time I wanted to check in. Our train from Florence was getting in early and I knew we wouldn't be able to check in at 2pm, I was told we couldn\t leave our luggage. So I suggested we put our luggage into a luggage store for a while and the owner said they would provide me with a key code to get the key. Sounds good! We did put the luggage into store and then turned up at 2pm to be told that key codes are only valid from 4pm and that our room wasn't ready. This was not communicated at all. However, we were able to leave our bags in the room and let them finish getting it ready whilst we went out for some late lunch. It all worked out in the end but if we had been told that key codes aren't valid until 4pm we would have made alternative arrangements.

Location Location Location The apartment is in the center of Trastevere and is surrounded by cafe and restaurants. Its location is very convenient and we have managed to visit all main points of interest without any need for transportation. The host, Lucia, is very friendly and responded immediately to all our inquires. For sure we would love to stay there again.

We noted that shower water heater had enough hot water mostly for one person as well as there was no note next to the heater button to find it easier. However considering all the advantages of this apartment it was not an issue.

Location was extremely good. We could take the train to the airport really easily

The location, how quirky it was, amazing , shared kitchen between 2 rooms on the top floor of a lovely old building, had our own dining room, bathroom and bedroom. Beautiful. Lucia is lovely. She kept in touch by what’s app, we had a sweet breakfast every morning, make our own toast , has our own fridge n dining area n our quarters, cheese, juice, milk butter, yogurt in the fridge every day. Bread and coffee n shared kitchen. LOVED it. It’s located in a beautiful cobbled streets of TRASTEVERE. Take Bus H from stazione termini, get off at 1st stop once u cross over the river, house is 1-2 mins walk . 🥰🥰

If I had to say anything I’d say the steps up to our room. Steep steps, must be fit and able. If you have mobility issues it’s not for you. But we found it great 👏👏. Thanks Lucia

Right in the heart of Trastevere — and still quiet at night! We loved how authentic the place felt. The room and bathroom were both very spacious, and we appreciated having a small kitchen. A light breakfast was included, which was a nice touch. The host was easy to communicate with.

The only thing we wished for was a place to store our luggage if arriving early or checking out late — something to keep in mind!

I am so pleased we chose to stay here. It was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. It truly is right in the heart of Rome. It was a beautiful district with so many bars and restaurants around and it's not too far from the major tourist destinations so you can walk and see them but it is far enough away from them that you don't have to deal with the uncomfortable crowds constantly. This location gives a much more authentic view of Rome. Lucia and Miguel were both so friendly and helpful and it was a pleasure staying with you ☺️

This is NOT a hotel, and it never pretended to be... this is a Home, and a perfect base from which to visit Rome. Lucia is lovely, and communicated with us by email, text and phone - helping with directions and making sure we got booked in safely. We stayed in Moremi, one of the Studio apartments. We had plenty of hot water, a little kitchen area, and a big comfy bed. Everything was kept neat, clean and charming. After 11 each morning and restocked our breakfast snacks (pastries, yoghurt, juice, brioche, toasts, etc) The area comes to life after dark, when the restaurants and bars light up with music and laughter and life. Thank you to Lucia (and Miguel!) for helping make our first trip to Rome something we will always treasure.

There was nothing to fault. We fell in love with Trastevere, and Lucia’s B&B is the heart of it. We would have stayed longer if we could have.

The location of this apartment was fantastic, right in the heart of the Trastevre, but it was so quiet you would not know you were in this buzzing neighbourhood. This area of Rome is for the best as the cafes and bars are fantastic, so to be at its epicentre was great. The apartment was on the ground floor, it was spacious and well appointed. We had a good stay and the apartment was serviced and any breakfast items we ate were replaced as needed. I would definitely stay again.

The key was very difficult to turn in the very, very old lock! My only complaint with the bathroom was there was a shower curtain, a pet hate.
