Great location. Good facilities. Friendly service at reception.

Bathroom bit outdated. Fine for a few days, perfectly functional but could do with a spruce up

Very well situated, independence with your own key (reception 8 to 20) Walking distance from most of the interesting sites. Otherwise we used public transport, after buying a 48h travel card, covering all means of public transport during this time and @ only 12€50, quite reasonable. Concert of Progressive metal one night (fellow Swedes Pain of Salvation), opera arias the other.. The first was the reason to come, the second we found on the spot.

As there was no restaurant in the hotel, a small coffeemaker, water-heater/tea would have been appreciated. Too much people everywhere and the buses always overcrowded, but that's not the hotels fault..

Great location, basic but clean. Had everything we needed, fresh clean sheets and towels and a nice big shower that was easy to work

The walls are quite thin and Rome is a night time city but I also have sensitive hearing so always have earplugs with me, so I would recommend.

The location was fantastic, and was just round the corner from the Castel Sant'Angelo. There were supermarkets very close, and it was not far from a Metro stop. The hotel was easy to find, the staff were very helpful and friendly, and the room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The view was pleasant, and whilst you could hear the traffic and noise outside, it wasn't a problem for us. I would definitely stay here again, it was exceptional value for money.

There is nothing I did not like.

Staff were pleasant, kind, and helpful. It is close to Castello D’Angelo on the Tiber, so we used it as a navigation point. One block away we’re several places to eat and an excellent gelateria!

Some marks on the wall and shower is very small. However this is typical of Italy.

Within walking distance of basic amenities, transportation, and major attractions (if you don't have issues walking). Friendly and welcoming staff, both young ladies. The one on check-in and the one on check out. Took time to orient us to our room and how things worked. Really appreciated this 😊

Tiny tv screen with only Italian stations, but then we didn't visit Rome for that. So it's a non-issue, really. No kettle or small fridge.

The location was perfect, only 5 min away from st. Peter's basilica, there's a carrefour just a min away, the nearest metro was atleast 12 mins walk, also 7 min walk from HOHO bus, also sabrina was so helpful, she helped us carry our luggages to our room, she was too friendly and accomodating. Another staff which i forgot to ask her name was too nice to even book us a taxi going to the airport. I really appreciate the staff in this hotel..

I had to pay an extra 10 eur/day for using the aircondition and its not winter yet so you really have no choice but to pay for it and we stayed for 5 days 😔, otherwise everything was convenient.

The location is brilliant , a stones throw from the vatican with lovely bars and restaurants nearby. The staff were exceptional, especially the receptionist (I'm so sorry I didn't get her name). The room was very clean, and the towels and linen were spotless.

The room was very basic and it was quite noisy.

Room was clean and comfortable. Beds were decent.

Room was warm so had windows open. Nice breeze however very noisy. Once windows were shut room was very quiet. Also had elevator but our room was on the floor between elevator stops. Only about 7-8 steps down but hard for us. The girl who checked us in the first day helped tremendously by carrying our luggage! She was a lifesaver.
