1. Location: The hotel is at 15 minutes walking distance from metro station Palaspourt Eur. From there you can easly reach Coloseum and all tourist attractions located in the center of Rome. 2.Personnel: The personnel was very kind and client oriented. 3. Cleanness: Very clean room, every day they cleaned the room. 4. Nice treatment for our 13 years old twins - they left few bombons as a welcome gift. 5. The water in the minibar was includeed, but we only found out in the last day... specific information on this should be transmitted to clients.

In the last day we had 2 incidents less pleasant: 1. Even if I requested an alarm service in the morning, at 5 o'clock A.M., they didn't call at all. 2. The take away breakfast was so poor. I expected at least to find one sandwich, some croissant like they had or breakfast. Instead of this, we received packaged food (eg. one croissant, 2 slice of toasted bread so on). Ot was quite disappointing, needs improvement.

First and foremost, the staff was very welcoming. We book hotels in Rome every now and then to have a “staycation” and no matter how nice a hotel is, rude personnel will always lose business. This was not the case. Good staff, appreciate the playroom for kids, nice gym. Plus, always appreciate a hotel that can Give free water and bedroom slippers! Generous.

During the night there was some noise every now and then..not sure if it was the flush from nearby room or the vent or heating..no idea but sound wasn’t pleasant especially woke my daughter up quite a few times, therefore I did too. Would have been nice to have water in the coffee pot in the waiting area.

Friendly staff, great breakfast. Forgot some stuff in my room - got it safely back in one week. Each room seems to have a balcony and you can watch sunset from there.

Hotel seems rather old. Air conditioning does not seem to work properly. There is no tea/ coffee in your room, need to go to the ground floor to the common area for that. On Sunday the restaurant did not work, there was a brochure that they send before arrival, it must have been mentioned there, but I did not read it properly. Location is not very comfortable - 20 min walk to the nearest metro station.

It's my third or fourth time staying at Ibis Style Rome Eur. I travel to a collaborator's office which is nearby, so location is perfect for me. The hotel is as you would expect from any Ibis- clean and decent. It is quiet.

Breakfast is ok. And that is all. On the other hand, compared to the 3 times more expensive Hilton La Lama, also in the same Eur area, the breakfast at Ibis is almost identical... During my last stay I have clearly overpaid... 400 Euros for 3 nights for an Ibis hotel, at the end of January, is extremely overrated, so not the best value for money.

Staying at the Ibis Styles Roma Eur is like wearing a pair of comfy shoes, you'll be fine and never be disappointed. Very helpful staff, loved the room. It's a 10-15 minute walk to the nearest metro station and to the local restaurants & shops; there are also a couple of grocery stores in the neighbourhood (where you can find gluten-free and lactose-free food).

Can't think of anything really aside from having to leave.

Great location, friendly staff, extremely helpful receptionists, cool barman, exellent wi-fi connection. Good variety of choices for breakfast , special love are Italian pastries) I was pleasantly surprised to found Twinings teabags in the buffet Very convenient idea to arrange 24/7 comfortable tea-coffee-point at lobby in a comparison of usual kettle in the room. Good for 2-3 day staying

The room furniture and bathroom was a little bit tired as for the 4star hotel

Modern network hotel. Not expensive. Comfy bed. Large breakfast area with open air terrace. Good breakfast with hot products and pastries. Located in quiet safe area, EUR district of Rome. Helpfull and respectfull staff. Can get to city center by Metro. There is bar and restaurant in hotel. You can also gather with your friends in front of hotel, sit in comfy chairs, drink wine or beer.

Flushing mechanism in toilet was very hard to push. Not big choice of vegetables on breakfast.

The room is clean and the reception staff was very nice and accomodating

The breakfast is bad. The meshed eggs are so ugly and smelly. One cannot ask for a simple omelette to be prepared on request. The breakfast is majorly sweet. I have been to many hotels and they serve baked beans and all to serve it to people who like to have salty breakfast. The waiters don't approach you to ask if anything is required or check if there is any thing required on the table. Didn't expect this type of hospitality at breakfast in a big hotel like IBIS. Last thing I remember not regarding breakfast is that there is no coffee making facilities in the room.

It's no far from the airport. The staff was helpful and the shower was good. Breakfast is nice.

We booked a king size + queen size beds. The queen size bed was comfortable but the king size bed felt like a folding bed with a dent in the middle. We didn't really mind because we were there for one night and were quite tired, but it something to notice.

Good Location with Trainstation in 10min walking distance. Good parking for car, we didn't use it to get to the city of Rome. Good beds. Nice and friendly hotel staff
