We had an excellent experience while staying in NH Collection Roma Centro. Great location (quiet and nice neighbourhood, just 15 minutes’ walk from Vatican, 5 minutes’ walk from metro A station - Lepanto), clean and modern rooms (with perfect and comfortable bed), friendly staff. All these things make the hotel one of the best places to stay in Rome. Breakfasts were good enough - everyone could find something suitable. Also we were delighted by the birthday surprise - both in the room and during the breakfast. It was so nice and kind. We will remember our stay for a long time. We enjoyed the time spent in Rome and in the hotel, and for sure we will consider staying there again next time. Thank you NH Collection Roma Centro team! :-)

very comfortable room good location wifi was good for my meetings

the reception wasn't helpful regarding taxi or restaurants or anything we ask for. as if they were ordered not give any recommendations or help. I also asked for a quite place to have a meeting at 7.30 am they told me I can only do it in the reception. Also I don't know if it was the hotel but saturday and sunday 8 am we woke up with the sound of glass being thrown to trash. A LOT of glass. Very loud. f this was the hotel, they should be more thoughtful!

The hotel was exceptional in service and amenities provided. The staff was friendly and helpful. Also arranged a early pick up by Taxi to FCO airport. Breakfast was incredible with a wide spread that will cater to the needs of most travelers. The room was clean and well prepared. The beds were super comfortable. The hotel is in a quite area of Rome within walking distance of some restaurants and Travel options.

The rooms were a bit on the small side with little space for two people with their luggage. If you are hoping to close to the main attractions of Rome, the Hotel is situated a little of the beaten track, but you can get to a station, bus stop or use a taxi with ease from the hotel.

very good location - 10 minutes walking from popolo. great staff - all members were very kind and helpful. perfect room - the duplex room was very big, clean and has all you think of. fitness room - was very well equipped. breakfast was very good. staff celebrated my breakfast with song and cake - It was very surprising and touching. thank you all !!!!!

press of water in our shower was very very very very slow. must be fixed !!! must !!!

First, the location is great. Less than 2 minutes walking to the metro station. Not stuck in the middle of city, but still close enough to get to the center easily by metro in less than a 5 minutes ride. Also, there are good bus lines super close to the hotel (1 minute walking) that will get you anywhere in the city. We used the buses to get to Traverse and the Jewish quarter, which are not close to any metro station. Secondly, the staff was great. I'd like to mention Raquel and Elena. Elena gave us great tips for how to spend the day, where to go and how to get there. Raquel made a special gesture for my wife's birthday, which was celebrated during our stay. Third, the hotel feels new. Clean. Has everything you may need.

Nothing that came is mind, really.

The hotel is in the safety parity area walking distance to Vatican museum. The community is safe, no worries about the safety issue.The breakfast is fantastic especially the bread and cake.

The free bottle in the water only offered in the first day.If you need other bottle the other days, you need to go to the bar to ask for another new bottle. The waitress in the cafeteria cannot speak English very well. If you want fried eggs or Omelet,you also need to ask for it seperately.

Telephone intercom system was a bit weird. I got various wrong calls both from other rooms and hotel services during my stay. The distance between the wardrobe and the bed was kept narrow even though the room was available. Sound insulation between rooms could have been better.

Location, restaurant hours, security, customer service and cleanliness. Our room had everything a traveler could need, plus the environment at the hotel is perfect. The hotel is located at a quiet neighborhood with plenty of Italian restaurants and convenient stores nearby. Metro Stations two blocks away and main avenues with a lot of stores. Additionally Vatican City and many important sites around 15 to 19 minutes by walking.

No iron neither a microwave inside the room, but it was not relevant taking into account that the hotel offers laundromat services and you will always have a vast selection of places where you can eat.

Great location. Nice and spacious rooms and bathrooms. Nice restaurants around.

Sometimes the towel warmer didn’t work. The same with air conditioning (couldn’t exactly regulate the temperature). Breakfast could be better. Scrambled eggs were always cold. The reception staff wasn’t always warm.

Amazing breakfast, very diverse and the restaurant premises were large, bed was big and comfortable, cleaning personal was very dedicated, room was impeccable. Air conditioning was perfect. We never used any type of transport, so it's possible to say that all the tourist sites are in walking distance (very close to Vatican).

It was not possible to close drainage hole in the bathtub (it was broken). Views were not the best, so it's not really worth paying more money for the views (only the dome of St. Peter's Basilica was visible). The way elevators were a bit strange. Only 1-2 were working from 3 present at any given moment, so sometimes you had to wait a bit more than needed.
