- Helpful staff - comfy bed - Twin room was Ok. - 7-11 on the 1st floor which is very convenient. - Location is perfect even we have a big luggage. - there is a taxi stand nearby which is very easy and convenient to go around.

- no drinking water in a room. - Check out time at 10 am is too early. 11 am would be better.

Excellent location. Just 2 blocks from the Kyoto station - very easy to navigate and there's 7Eleven around the corner that is stocked up with anything and everything. Room was spacious - clean - quiet. Laundry room had 4 machines (that you can check the status of availability and how much time is left in the cycle from your room TV). Free amenities (coffee was actually very tasty). We did pay for the breakfast buffet and it was good. Lots of options of food choices. Would definitely stay again. They have a manned luggage storage system if you need to have the hotel hold onto your bags before/after check in/out.

Very close to the main train station and therefore easy access to travel all over Kyoto. Reception and room, as well as breakfast as expected and very good. Self check-in machines and laundry were helpful, and you can view on your TV in room how your washing is progressing. Several sites to visit within walking distance of the hotel and breakfast was plentiful and lots of options. Location made it easy to get about, 7/11 next door and spoilt for choice for food in the area and around the station. All very clean and enjoyable.

Only wish we had longer in the hotel and in Kyoto.

Absolutely nothing! It’s perfect

This is a truly great hotel at an amazing price. One block across the street from the Hachijo exit at Kyoto Station. Small twin room but it was still a great value. Great beds, okay pillows, but most of all, quiet! Coin washing machines on two floors, plus microwave ovens. The huge number of breakfast choices are like a high end resort, my wife was in heaven. Ask for a quiet room when making a reservation and they will try hard to help you.

The usual winter down comforters that are too warm to use. Otherwise a really great place!

So close to Kyoto train station. Check-in staff were helpful and friendly. Laundry service-you can view status of availability online! how good is that?! saves you time going up and down. Thanks to exceptional service when I left my cardigan in the room after checking out. I contacted them and they promptly investigated and found it! and kept it for me till I collected it 3 days later! so very appreciated of your efforts! thank you for your service above and beyond! leaving our luggage there was a breeze too, not needing to wait for long. Thank you so much!

Room was a little bit small but still very comfortable.

The hotel was modern and clean, we enjoyed the breakfast even though we are not used to breakfast like this (Japanese style), there was a lot to choose from except for Western food and fruits. The location of the hotel was great, it was a few meters from the Kyoto Station, there was also 7eleven, Lawson and Family Mart close by. Rooms were fine.

Our room was pretty small and we had nowhere to hang our clothes which was annoying, because you had to go trough your luggage all the time looking for things. There wasnt a warning in the rooms that you can only use certain coins for laundry. So after I made the whole trip to do laundry I had to go back for different coins even though they could have had a coin changer in there.

Good location! Very near to Kyoto station allowing you to access all the tourist attractions. There is also a 7-11 directly connected to the hotel lobby so it is super convenient. There is also complimentary slippers/coffee/toothbrush and toothpaste/disposable towels at the hotel lobby. It was also very clean!

It is a little small making it hard to open two large luggages fully. The bathroom is a little cramped if you are slightly on the bigger side. Also, everything there is automated which makes it efficient but that makes the “human touch” a little lacking. It would also be nice if there was a lounge available for people to eat food that they bought outside.

We enjoyed the closeness to the station. We enjoyed the indoor coffee and the amenities that were offered in the lobby to take up to our room. This included coffee, tea, toothbrushes and toothpaste, razors, cream, and sugar and body towels. The beds were comfortable and the entire hotel felt like it was an upper class. We appreciated how fast your elevators were. The laundry services were easy to sort out, even though we speak and read English. The air conditioning was easy to work and we had comfortable sleeps. The room was awesome but zero room to move around or open our suitcases. The hotel room was very modern and very clean and had a refrigerator inside. Pyjama bottoms and tops were provided unfortunately they only fit my husband and not myself. Not all people are tiny - including some Japanese people. Having one smaller option and one large would have been nice. Instead I just felt like a cow. Check in process was a pain because we were taken to the side to do it ourselves. We much prefer to just go to the counter and do it as normal. This hotel will store your luggage until check-in time without an extra fee. At the time we did this we gave our passports and thought we checked in as we were there a long while. When we returned well after 7pm it took just as long for the check in process. Travellers don’t like the extra time it takes as many others were also checking in. This was like checking out your own groceries at the self serve meanwhile the front deck was wide open. Super frustrating. This hotel was seriously located directly across the station probably 100 m away from the crosswalk. It had it built in 711 which you could enter through the store front or through the lobby of the hotel. I would definitely stay here again. One thing that isn’t mentioned is that you are two blocks from a major mall and a large grocery store.

The checkout process could have been a bit more smooth if it had just been done right at the front desk instead of having to do it on our own on the side check in kiosk.

I love this hotel. Very clean and smells nice. And well maintained. The shower and bathroom is quite spacious. The toilet was excellent. Walking distance around shopping mall, the main train station and restaurants, which are so many to choose from. Very convenient to stay as there are laundry machines and dryer already. Very quiet at night and the security is perfect. The staff are very helpful. There are always fresh towels. We will definetly come back to this hotel we we travel agan to Kyoto.
