Buffet breakfast was good value for money. Dishes were varied.

The front desk staff Ahn insisted that she had given me the breakfast coupons that I paid for and I said otherwise. I dont understand why she had to argue with me for 10mins (there were 4 coupons for our group of 4) when there would be.no benefit to us at all if I were lying. We were gonna stay for one night only. The hotel should train their staff on how to handle such conflicts ànd to always think of the customer's position while balancing with the hotel's interest.

The location is brilliant, just a short walk from Kyoto train station and an excellent AEON mall (complete with restaurants, a supermarket, bookshop, Daiso and Village Vanguard). Check-in and check-out was smooth, the complimentary toiletries were generous and the room was cosy, with a very comfortable bed and great view. As usual when it comes to accommodation in Japan, it was clean, felt safe and was highly convenient. We'd definitely come back again!

The walls were thin. Also the room was very small, which is to be expected in central Kyoto – and it was still well equipped and comfortable – but it's quite a squeeze for two people with large luggage and therefore perhaps a little overpriced. I suppose you pay for the brilliant location though!

A very contemporary Japanese style hotel with modern facilities. Rooms are equipped with all things you need even with charger for all type of USB and LAN cable. They also provide Panasonic hair dryer, hair and body shampoo, even skincare! Love the futon blanket and the pillow which I regret to purchasing it 😂 located just 5mins away from JR Kyoto station, making day trips to Osaka, Nara and Kobe super convienient

Menu does not have English version which makes ordering a little bit inconvenient, however the staff was helpful to translate and explain each dish

Modern hotel, new, well designed, offering wide variety of amenities. I liked the following: cleanliness; the room is designed very smartly; the possibility of sitting down in the lobby’s common place; both station and convenience store are right around the corner. It’s great that we could buy some tickets for Kyōto traffic at the desk.

The rooms are small, narrow. It’s difficult to operate a big luggage. The basin next to the bed (on the table) has both advantages and disadvantages. The lighting around it is poor.

Its proximity to public transport. The breakfast had a good spread of Japanese cuisine. The room and the common areas in the hotel are clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for future stays.

The room is too small for 2 guests. Also not enough hooks/space to hang clothes & towels. The pillow is too flat and uncomfortable.

Excellent service, super close to Kyoto Station, brilliant breakfast and a spacious and comfortable room.

The hotel very near with kyoto station.. walking distance within 5minutes.. the room for queen bed is small.. the baggage need to keep under the bed. The room was cute actually.. if you are muslim traveller and wish to stay here i suggest to you to book the big room with double bed. Cause i saw the opposite room have two queen bed have a big space.. the amenities inside this hotel are laundry coin, vending machine, food thermos, ice machine at level 6. Other than that aeon shopping mall also in walking distance.. oh they also have sink beside ur bed.

Location was excellent. Very convenient right next to Kyoto Station.

We booked for 2 adults and 2 kids with breakfast included and we were charged for the kids breakfast again. Information was misleading about breakfast included.

Location: very short distance to Kyoto station; 7-11 nearby. Friendly staff PS: Vessel hotels/ inns have same rules about room cleaning. you have to let reception know by 10:00AM if you want ur room cleaned that day. Otherwise, you have to leave out your towels/rubbish at the door by 10AM and fresh towels/empty bin will be then provided to you.

The microwave is dirty and smelly, could be a good idea leaving some cleaning wipes next to the microwave so people can clean up their mess after they finish; There are only a little amenities left in the evening.

Location is great a few minutes to Kyoto Station. Room is modern style room. The shower and toilet are separate. The breakfast is various food, they serve tuna and salmon sashimi.

There were so crowded at the breakfast.
