I like best the location! Just across all shops and restaurants with variety of choices. Across Daimaru Mall, shinsaibashi and walking distance to Dotonbori! Amazing! Hotel Staff are all polite and very helpful. Concierge gave good suggestions esp Eto who helped us get train tickets to Kyoto and went out of his way to accompany us down the station till we reached our designated track! 10 star for effort and service!

They could not offer another free bottle of water after the first 2 . They also dont hv water dispenser on each floor unlike other hotels we tried. Not so happy with the standard room which was on a lower floor but when we requested an upgrade , for an sddl minimal fee, the premium room on the 27th flr with a nice view was perfect!

This hotel is lovely. Close to the main station, so very convenient. I have stayed here before, and is always very good. The rooms are very large, and comfortable. Breakfast is included.

The only downside for me was the food. None of the five restuarants had vegan or vegetarian options, so I couldn't recommend it for either of those. Also all the shops in the basement seemd to be closed.

Being close to Kyoto Station, the location was really great. It is also next to a shopping malI, where you can dine and shop. Check in and check out process was breeze. The luggage delivery was also fantastic. The staff were very helpful I also would like to appreciate the gentleman who assisted us getting a taxi. There were 5 of us and I asked him for help. He went to the side of the street, waited for several minutes until he found one. Really thankful for him

Location, location, location. This hotel is across the street from Kyoto Station and Aeon Mall is around the corner so it's ideal. Our twin rooms were in the main building so they were slightly dated but for the price that we paid, that is to be expected. The main thing is the rooms were very clean. People also may find a lack of floor space for everyone to open up luggage if you are in the main building. Hotel staff are very courteous and helpful.

The only complaint is the beds were very hard - sleeping on my side was not an option. I thought the mattresses were somewhat thin.

Conveniently located across the street from the train station. Regardless of its location on a busy street, the outside street noise was unnoticeable in the suite. The room was of good size. We were able to get our luggage in without having to climb over the bed to get to the other side of the room. While changing towels and tossing garbage, staff accidentally took my plastic bag containing my dirty laundry (my fault for having it next to the waste basket). I didn't notice until the next morning. I was sure it was gone. To my surprise, when we called down and explained what had happened, the cleaning staff were knocking on our door with my bag!!

I find it odd that the bathroom door had a frosted glass panel in the center of the door. When your companion gets up to use the washroom in the middle of the night and turns on the light, the light shines through the door! The bathtub squeaks as you move around in the tub. The bed was on the firm side, but the duvets were very comfortable. They provide 2 pillows for each single bed: a standard pillow and a body pillow.

The hotel is very conveniently situated opposite the south entrance of the station and 2 minutes from AEON mall. Room was spacious and quiet. Very good standard, with a sofa and comfortable beds.

We did not decide to have breakfast as it was even more expensive than announced on homepage (3000Yen p.P.). We kindly asked for a slightly earlier check-in than 2 pm (15 min before) but it was strictly denied, so nobody was allowed to approach the counter before 2pm and all new guests had to line up. They did not accept the same credit card for registration as for booking and payment, which was strange.

Great location. Right across the street from Kyoto station - You are connected to most anywhere you want to go. The station also has a thousand different places to eat including two floors of restaurants on the 10-11 floor of the station. The AEON mall is right next door as well. Excellent location! We booked a twin room and had loads of room.

Didn’t try the breakfasts or restaurants as I think they were pricey but there are so many options across the street or next door at AEON mall

Great location near the train station. Great sized rooms and vending machines on floors levels along with ice maker. Great restaurants in the hotel. Also, heaps of shops and restaurants near by.

Chose due to location close to station which was correct. Further away from main tourist areas than what I would have liked but still the station was the priority. It is a very big hotel. Our room was fine but it did feel a bit tired. I did appreciate the soft pillow and that there was a choice with a larger one.The breakfast was substantial. We appreciated being seated in a separate quiet restaurant away from the tour groups

Lovely hotel with nice view over the railway station. Staff was helpful but could improve with check in procedure. (Wrong self check in counter sent, where we couldn't check in with passport) It was clean. Breakfast price was too high, so we decided to go somewhere else. I really liked the walk just over the road to go to a huge choice of restaurants and shops under the rail way tracks. I would go there again!
