Hotel Nikko Narita (nikko-narita.com) is convenient, quiet w comfortable common space with a glassed karesansui garden. Linen, night shirts (not yukata), pillows & beds clean & comfortable. Breakfast: variety, excellent attendance, service & food. Convenient free shuttle to & from NRT 24 hrs, check-in & drop off luggage at hotel and go back to the airport to catch free shuttle to nearby onsen (soranoyu.com) for amazing soak ♨️, which hotel reception suggested at my request.. Hotel also has free shuttle to Narita City. * shuttle schedules are on time. Hotel Nikko Narita was recommended to me, a decent stay.

Requested non-smoking room w view. Unfortunately, smoking on the non-smoking floor ☹️ (9 fl main building) and view was of building next door, perhaps annex is a better bet. Swimming pools are seasonal. The bathroom should have had a wipe down: long hairs on tub, the faucet, taps and were floor dirty, sink drain mechanism is broken, and lamp switch doesn't work.

For many years, we've stayed at the Hotel Nikko Narita to start and end our Japan trips. The staff is exceptional, always smiling and willing to answer questions or offer helpful advice. The shuttle bus to not only the Narita Station and Narita Airport, but best of all the the Aeon Mall is a winning perk. The rooms are spacious and well set up and the breakfast is to die for!!! We've tried other hotels near the Narita Airport but always return to Hotel Nikko Narita to the point where it now feels like "coming home." We had a conversation with a couple we met on the hotel shuttle who initially were apprehensive about staying at the Hotel Nikko for the first time because the price was so reasonable. They thought it would be "bare bones" but were delighted to discover a wonderful hotel they hope to use again.

Just to fill in this box, I would have to say there is nothing not to like!!!

First some perspective. Last night we stayed at the Pullman Hotel at the Brisbane Airport for A$320 per night, the next door Ibis Hotel comes in a bit cheaper at around A$260. Both are room tariff only, no breakfast and $8 per person for the airport shuttle. The Hotel Nikko is A$180 per night and includes breakfast and a free shuttle to and from the Narita Airport. In the 1980s, everything was horrendously expensive in Japan. The grounds of the Emporer’s Palace in Tokyo were reputed to be worth more than the whole of California. Values and costs have certainly changed a lot over the last 35 years. But surely there is a difference in quality? Well, yes but only marginally. The Pullman room was bigger and a bit more upmarket but the Nikko room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom had a bath and a heated toilet seat and a scenic view from the window (the room not the toilet!)The Nikko is a 10 minute drive from the airport but the free shuttle is a comfortable coach that comes every 20 minutes. Hah! But what about the breakfast, raw whale on rice bread! Wrong again! Whilst the extensive fare has a distinct Asian flavour, the selections cater for both the European Continental and full English breakfast, with an extensive range of cereals, breads, danish pastries, juices and beverages. Oops! Almost forgot the free vitamin bar, a first for us. As you have probably guessed, the Nikko got full marks from us and a HIGHLY RECOMMENDED rating.

Hard to fault. Scores highly on every measure.

Breakfast was excellent and well worth the price. Shuttle bus from airport to hotel and return on time and driver helpful and professional.

Since it is an airport international hotel, NEED instructions also in English. Stayed there as wanted Sat. TV, however, no instructions how to get to English. . From a/c to TV etc. Could not use the TV.

We booked for three people and we got a lovely large room with three large beds. Very spacious even with all the suitcases. Spotlessly clean and a nice sized bathroom. The free shuttle from the airport is great - on time and efficient. The staff were incredibly helpful in getting us on another free shuttle to see the temple at Narita village (worth doing) and also storing our baggage until our flight in the evening. Special mention of the breakfast - really excellent selection of traditional and western foods. We will definitely stay here again.

Nothing to say here - a perfect hotel for a short stay while waiting for flights.

Th e hotel was in a great location for getting to Narita airport. There are restaurants and shops on site where we were able to buy a couple of last minute items before flying home. My husband needed assistance as he had a broken foot and the staff were fantastic in providing a wheelchair, as well as excellent support during check in and check out. A staff member called Suzuki also arranged for assistance by the airport staff when we arrived at the shuttle bus stop when we were heading home.

I was a little disappointed that the rooms did not have coffee, black tea, milk or sugar to make a drink. The only option was green tea.

Nikko is the perfect hotel as we begin and end our Japan travels and we've been guests for many years. The hotel shuttle to the airport as well as to Aeon Mall is a wonderful free perk. The staff is first class, competent as well as gracious. Breakfast is delicious and nutritious and well worth adding to our booking.

Although we love Nikko and always stay in the Annex which, I believe the is the newer section, the rooms are getting dated and could use a bit of modernization. A few more outlets for our electronics would be appreciated.

Good location, with regular shuttle bus to and from Narita airport. High standard of service throughout the hotel.

Initially, we had been allocated a room in the older wing of the hotel. The room was smaller, had no closet, just pegs on the wall, and the beds were pushed together,so that the occupant on the inside would either have to climb over the other bed, or crawl up the length of the bed. Fortunately, the helpful checkin staff was able to accommodate us in the newer wing, which has larger and much better rooms at only 900 yen extra per night. I have previously booked direct with the hotel and never been given one of their inferior rooms.

Bus transfer to and from the airport was efficient. Staff were very welcoming and helpful - good English. We dined in the buffet restaurant and the food was exceptional. The pool was handy and large to cool off in and the kids loved this! The room was a great size for the four of us, the table and seating was great too. Having a Lawson onsite, multiple eating options and a gift shop were all very handy. We will definitely return as it was excellent value for money!

The only thing that I can complain about was the dust and a bit of rubbish between the bed and side table. Beds and furniture need to be pulled out and vacuumed regularly.

The room is very clean, the breakfast buffet was awesome, the hotel staff was very accommodating, friendly and great customer service😊👍👍
