The hotel is very conveniently located just beside of Shin Imamiya Station, those who come from Kansai Airport can take the train to this station. The room is clean and while small still has privacy despite choosing a cabin type bed. Nearby to this hotel there is a supermarket which sells cheap food. For a place like Japan, to get a room with such a price is a total bargain indeed. Staff is friendly and helpful. There is also two pantries where you can heat up your food via microwave oven together with hot water available. There is an onsen on the top floor as well and it is free

There is a gap on the top of the door which does not make your room to totally enclosed. You can no longer keep your luggage overnight at the storage room despite willing to pay a fee.

I`ve been here several times and this hotel underwent some constructions work to upgrade the look & service. Have many types of room,.Japanese style rooms, Western rooms, capsule rooms. This time it looks really different than before. Better service, better image and room looks more comfy,neat and bright. On my floor , no more smell of cigar, like my previous stay. Very close to JR ShinImamiya station which has direct access to KANSAI airport. About 2 min walk to the subway - Dobutsuenmae station. Turn right and you get to the convinient store and 24H mini market.

Only public spa (onsen) for male ?!!

As an experienced capsule hotel traveller, it was my first experience of capsules with dedicated rooms. You can bring a large suitcase in your room and enjoy privacy that you usually do not have in a capsule hotel. The capsule had a TV, and the room had minimal furniture (power outlet, desk, chair, small closet). The bath and sauna were really enjoyable after long days. This hotel is also perfect for a layover before flying from Kansai Airport, as the Nankai station is literally one minute away. Reception staff was international and spoke English and Japanese.

Customers, trains and city sounds can be quite loud, so I would recommend bringing your earplugs. The building and rooms are minimalist, so do not expect maximal comfort or cleanliness, but you get more than you pay for overall. Also, Shin-Imamiya is not the best place to visit, but the Shinsekai district is only a few minutes away and the area is well-served by transport links.

I got room 436 with a lower bunkbed which is very near to bathroom and lift. This is due to my knee injury and knowing there is alot of walking in Japan. But you can clearly hear people voice as it is also facing to the sink area. Im so tired that I can easily sleeping even with the noise. Location also very near to Shin Imamiya station and Dobutsuen-mae station.

I dont know how to use their kettle at 6th floor. Already used Google translator to see the button and still dont understand. The water is empty and I tried to figure out how to refill the water inside. I gave up and just bought water from the Family Mart/Lawson😂😂

The price was fair for the room offered. It was clean and with easy access to the metro station. The bed was comfortable and having your own toilet is appreciated. We travelled during sakura season and enjoyed a lot that is close to Shinsekai district. It was very easy to move inside Osaka, to the center and even to the airport (KIX).

I did not know that the location of this place is not the safest. However, I did not experienced it during my stay since the hotel is very close to the station. The biggest drawback as a woman is that the shower is shared and the main door is unlock. So, there is a chance someone (not a woman) enter easily to the bath room.

Confortable bed. Smooth operation of TV. Electric water heater was provided. Refrigerator and a private toilet as well. The hotel has a currency exchange machine in its lobby. International travelers friendly.

The private toilet doesn’t have a water faucet, so you have to go the shared area for cleaning & showers. The shared bath area were lack of good design and lukewarm bath and sauna room.

Location is superb. Few steps from the shin immamiya station where you can ride straight to kansai airport. Make sure to take the south exit if you have bags as the west exit has no elevator. There is a 24 hr supermarket with cooked food and groceries. A mega don quijote is also within walking distance. For food there is the alley going to shinsekai with good sushi and yakitori. Near dobutsuen mae metro and JR osaka loop

Right at the entrance of the west side entrance of the railway station, this establishment is well placed, has budget friendly rooms with privacy and all the basic amenities one needs to survive. It's a good hotel for those who are travelling for sightseeing, pilgrimage or adventure. For those seeking pampering,might not be the place to stay. The manager who handled check in was super nice and spoke very good English which was helpful. He also advised regarding the local public transportation which was a plus. So all in all, a great stay altogether. Also,as attain lover, it was adream come true to see the train lights and hear their sound inside the room, many comments above say it's bothering, to me,not even once it bothered.it's not as loud as people have said.

Very good hotel, staff was very kind and rooms were ok, also clean. The train station is meters away, so is very convenient. And about a 30 min walk to Dotonbori.

The surrounding area is not the best in Osaka, felt kind of old and dirty. But still a small detail. Never had a problem!

Location could not be beat. Very close to a useful JR station, good places to eat nearby, including some good street food. For how much I paid, this hotel is a great deal. I'll be staying here again, no question.

Was that coverlet sized for children? I'm very average height and it didn't even come close to covering me up. I'd rather not have the heat blasting all night long, so I had cold feet nearly every night. If the coverlet is going to be tiny, then give me a blanket!
