We stayed here twice: once in the Pokémon room (which the kids loved), and the second, longer time, in a normal family room. We enjoyed our stay both times a lot. The hotel is a 15 min walk from the Namba stations and about 10 min to the nearest metro station. The Dotonbori area is around the corner and you'll find many shops and restaurants closeby. The rooms are well laid out, ideal for a family stay. You can lend items like a stroller, toaster, etc. free of charge. There is a laundry facility as well. Staff is incredibly helpful in recommending places to eat, trips, luggage forwarding, etc. The real star of the staff has to be Jay, who was not only super helpful, but really surprised us with a small, but very attentive little gift for the kids on our last night. It's people like Jay that make the difference between a really good, and a memorable, hotel experience. Would stay here again without any doubt.

Nothing about the hotel itself, but note you won't have great views from your room and the proximity to a large road means you will here the traffic, especially the obnoxious bosozoku motorcyclists, which you'll hear by the way anywhere you go in Osaka.

I can’t say enough about this brand of hotels! After leaving Kyoto MIMARU we had our next stop here in Osaka. Again the rooms are perfectly functional, modern and spacious for a family. Location was excellent, right in the heart of Namba. We loved the fun games in the foyer which the staff often joined in with and this is the real beauty in this company..the staff! It’s a very international team and they just go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and Nothing is too much trouble. This will be our only choice on our next trip to Japan.

Very, very kid friendly hotel with spacious accommodations close to the train station and within walking distance of many eateries and shops. The lobby is 100% designed for kids...there are games and dress up kimonos in the lobby. They also have booklets to give you ideas on where to eat and what to do in the area...which I really appreciated not being familiar at all with the location. A/C within the rooms worked very well, and the rooms are very spacious by Japan standards. The front desk is also very helpful with whatever you need (i.e. ground transportation to the airport, reservations at a restaurant, etc.). There is also a laundry room available with 5 units to wash and dry...so that's nice!

The only issue I found that wasn't optimal is there is only one elevator, and the cleaning staff starts their process at 9AM. On several occasions, they would take up the entire space of the elevator to accommodate the cleaning cart, stop at every floor to pop their head out to see if there was a room that was ready for service. If not, they'd pop their heads back into the elevator and stop at the next floor...just seemed to inconvenience many guests (including myself). After the first morning of seeing this, I knew to get everybody out of their hotel rooms before 9AM.

Location was perfect. Staff were good. Room was spacious and clean.

I was travelling with 5 and specifically asked if we could have 5 people in our room. I was told the room can fit up to 4 adults and 2 children. However, when we got there, there was only 4 single beds. My son had to sleep on the 2 couches pushed together. I was told there was no option for another bed. I was able to get a plain blanket but no sheets or additional pillows. This was really disappointing. I also had to request on multiple days to have my 5 towels replaced with 5 towels. I was only given 4.

The location was very convenient as it close to dotonbori and many other restaurants and shops. The staff was very nice and accommodating, they helped us with our luggage when we were trying to send it on to our next location. They were also very easy to talk to and very friendly. Our 4 bedroom room was very spacious which was great and they provided all amenities on request.

The beds on the ground were positioned somewhat awkwardly, my parents kept hitting their heads on the edges of the bunk beds despite the rubber lining protection. The beds should be moved sideways rather than outward to minimise this risk. The bunk beds were were quite hard to access, the steps were pretty painful, more padding should be applied to rectify this (or replace with thicker steps).

The reception area was great, the kids loved the games and the reception were all very friendly and most spoke some or good English which was a plus. Laundry was excellent. Good middle positioning with several train stations within walking distance as Family Marts and 7-11. My boys loved the bunk beds and it was set up to be plenty roomy enough. We all loved the bathroom with the deep bath.

We were booked for 5 but only given 4 towels, we made do though and I’m sure if I asked they would have given us one more. I wish there was a dustpan and brush in the room as they only vacuumed on the third day of our 4 night stay and kids make a mess when eating!

The hotel is in a great location - right across from the entrance to Orange Street and a 15-minute walk to Dotonburi Ebisu bridge and Shinsaibashi. There are 24-hour grocery stores in the neighborhood and Family Marts a 5-minute walk in every direction. The room was very comfortable. We stayed in the 4 bed option with 2 loft beds. The hotel has an Apple TV console for borrowing, as well as other travel amenities, like power plug adaptors and extension cords. The front desk staff were wonderful and helpful as well and helped us arrange airport transportation (do this upon check-in a day or two in advance).

We are travelling with 2 young children so of course they love the games in the lobby and always look forward to more fun after a day exploring. The hotel staff were friendly welcoming and the rooms were spacious and clean. The location was GREAT! So close to dontonburi and the Thrift shops, the yotsubashi station and a 7 eleven and family mart are both within walking close walking distance too.

This isn't a reflection of the hotel because its been the same at every hotel we stayed at throughout Japan but the pillows are uncomfortable. This is obviously personal preference. I like softer fluffier pillows. It's almost like their pillows immediate deflate as you lay your head down. Very minor thing and probably the only complaint I have for my whole trip. It would not deter Mr at all and id stay at this Hotel again next time I visit Osaka which I hope is soon.

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. We had a great stay in this hotel and it was perfectly located. We could do a lot just by walking and being close to Namba station, every destination can be reached from there easily. The free luggage storage on the day of departure was great, we left our bags until our taxi arrived few hrs after checking out.

Great large room for family of four - we had a family corner room. Loved having the bunk bed nook for the kids. The kitchen sink and facilities were super handy. Large fridge and freezer + cooktop + dining table. Wonderful comforting space. Good location close to sites, restaurants but not in the crazy busy streets. Coin laundry was cheap, efficient and convenient.

No on-site restaurants, but recommendations for good spots were provided at reception in a folder.
