The hotel has a great location—close to a railway station and several subway lines. The staff is friendly, and everything is very clean. They provide couple bottles of water daily. The lobby has a small coffee station and an area where you can heat up and eat purchased food. There’s a designated smoking area. Within walking distance is the Dotonbori district, filled with shops and eateries.

Like many Japanese business hotels, the rooms are quite compact. When booking, be sure to check their size—some rooms are larger than others.

The rooms were very nice and cosy, a bit on the smaller side if you’re in a couple but I was travelling alone so it was fine for me. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean, house keeping were great and if you don’t need your room cleaned they will leave a box outside the door with fresh towels, slippers and water! The location is so good just a short walk to Namba station and there’s a lot of shops nearby. Also walking distance to Dontobori, street food and Donki! I loved my stay here and will definitely stay again when I’m back in Osaka but will go for a bigger room next time just for the extra comfort!

I was genuinely surprised, as I expected a small inn or a nice hostel. But it looked like a high end, 3-stars small hotel. The location was excellent - very central, in the middle of Namba, close to sll the nice places to hang out at night (Dotonbori) but still, quiet. Close to the Namba yasaka shrine as well and not to far from the main attractions. Regarding the inn's facilities, it was clean, orderly and inviting. As I mentioned above, much more than we expected. The inn's staff were patient and very nice.

The location was very good, 5 min walk to Kuromon Market and 7 min walk to Nipponbashi. There are a lot of restaurants around the hotel and also 2 Lawsons. I also like to free coffee and tea at the lobby. Also I like the idea that you can get toiletries as you need and pajama at the lobby. Our hotel room was very spacious and clean. I also like that there is a mini sofa next to the very wide window since our room was located at the corner.The toilet is also spacious. ImRoom aervice is also very good, they bring new towels and tooth brushes incase you did not asked for room service. The staff were very polite, check in and check out is also very quick.Internet connection was also very good

It is not really a big issue for my son and I since we can sleep even with a lot of noise. The rooms are not soundproof, also you can hear the noise from outside especially the cars. Sometimes we feel like we will get hit by a car on our sleep. Also they dont provide lotion.

Great location. Walking to many things and close to the station. Room size was decent (considering standard room sizes in Japan). Check-in staff was amazing. Stored my bags a couple of hours before check in. When it was time to check in, bags were already in my room.

A view better than a building wall would have been nice. Also, on site laundry would have made it perfect for me. Other than that, nothing else to complain about.

It was easily accessible and very near to shopping district.

Everything was great. However, the staff (lady) that checked us in was not welcoming and did not even bother to greet us properly or smile when we came. She was not rude. But she was also not very hospitable. Other than that, the breakfast and everything else was fantastic. All the other staff members were great.

The bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom hqs everything you need, even bathrobes are available in the room. There is free coffee in the lobby. The staff cleans the room every day.

The hotel is at the corner of two major streets, and it can get noisy. We couldn't sleep with the window open. Some hair in the bathroom once we checked in, but there is daily cleaning.

We had two front facing rooms, windows not that sounds proof as you could hear much noise if you are a light sleeper. Breakfast was available in a restaurant which is not part of the hotel and only japanese set meals were available.

Excellent location, super central. They offer luggage shipping service. Sanjiv at reception was super friendly and helpful, can't praise him enough!

The first lady who greeted us when we first arrived, very moody. Also they don't offer us spoons or tea bags/coffee to use in the rooms (despite having a kettle), but they have a coffee machine/tea making facilities downstairs.

The room was appropriately sized. The location was perfect, only a few blocks away from Dotonbori and Kuromon market, and walkable distance to Shinsekai, while also close enough to a major subway station to go anywhere else

The bed was a bit small and the fact that one had to sleep against the wall made it a bit more uncomfortable
