Location was excellent.....Express train from Narita airport took us directly to Asakusa station, and it was just a ten minute walk to the hotel. Subway station Tawaramachi was just two minutes from the hotel entrance, and the Ginza line took us staraight to the Shibuya crossing{last stop on the yellow Ginza line} 15 minute walk to Sensa-ji Temple, 25 minutes to Tokyo Skytree. 24/7 GOOD free coffee, and free juices from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. Breakfast was excellent too, both Western and japanese. Room was big for Tokyo, twin bed with ensuite.

Room was a decent size by Tokyo standards for my family and the room and bathroom was very clean.

Some flexibility in the lighting setup in the room, it was either all on or all off.

Location is amazing you are 1 min walk to a Metro station and 7 min walk to Asakusa (main station) 10 min walk to the temple and the main food area. We had to upgrade our room as it was a twin room for 2 adults and 2 kids (12&10) which we booked as it said suitable for 2 adults and 2 kids but it's definitely not as we couldn't fit in the bed, we don't care about sharing beds but 2 king singles is not going to cut it. So be careful when booking. We upgraded to the bigger room which was great had 2 beds and a couch pull out. I would definitely book this room. The rooms were tired looking but comfortable. It says aircon but you can't control the temp, so we found the room did get a little warm.

Room size keep in mind kids 12 and under are expected to share beds with an adult which is fine in our case but don't get a twin room. Get a double room at least.

The room was really big for Tokyo standards and it was clean. The staff was really nice and helpful with all of my questions and help with the lounge transfer to Kyoto. The breakfast was really great and tasty, you have 3 options and all are great but if you are here more than 4 days you kinda get tired of the same thing. All in all A+. The beds were super comfortable and great to sleep.

The bathroom was really small, not the whole thing but the sink part, my wife is 170cm and 55kg and she barely fit to brush her teeth, so imagine a fully grown male. With a little joga practice you can fit 🤣

The location speaks for itself. Right there in Asakusa. Tawaramachi station is the nearest ( Ginza line ). As for the hotel itself, nothing bad to say. I was allowed to check in earlier. Staff: Welcoming Cleaning: Hotel: They cleaned the hotel every day. Rooms: Cleaning for the rooms had to be requested by attaching the cleaning magnet at the door or if not desired the do not disturb magnet. Every time it's cleaned, they leave 2 bottles of water for free. Bed: I loved it. Comfortable. Slept really well the whole week. AC/Fan worked. That's always a plus when it's hot. Breakfast: I had none. But it's served at the restaurant attached to the hotel. Showers: clean. Disturbances: it was very quiet, at least on my floor. But that was the general vibe I got from the hotel. Stamp collectors: There's a stamp at the desk top. 2 × 7/11 2 × Family markt Restaurant Yayoiken Asakusa Tawaramachi Right across the street. It's really good. They also serve breakfast, I believe.

Lounge is very important to me when I'm looking at accommodations. There's one, but it's at the entrance. Nothing special. It's literally tiny, in a corner.

The room had only 1 bed which was a bit small for us 2 adults 1 kid (stay was free for our kid so really not complaining, but a good thing to consider for other families.
