Bed were really comfortable, best one of all my Japan's stays. Well located a walking distance to Shinjuku Station, Okubo Korean neighborhood or to the main lines going everywhere around Tokyo. For a single room, space was enough for the room but actually the space in the bathroom was very good.

Poor breakfast choice, very narrow hallways so I used to step out of the elevator and always find bedsheets or towels on the floor because the housekeeping team layed them on the floor I guess, imagining nobody was going to be in their rooms by that time (I was sick). The walls should be much more soundproof than what they're. Earplugs for free at the Front desk is not a solution in the middle of Shinjuku.

The location was great! super close to a lot of lines. The bed was very soft and comfortable. The facilities were all good and although it was a small room, it was enough for one person.

the hot water stopped working for the morning/afternoon during the day. I didn’t get any notice or explanation due to lack of English from the staff but they did try their best!

Great location. close to an underground station and many bus stations. also, definitely a walkable distance (about 10 min) from the center of shinjuku. close to everything, but quiet and feels safe (also at night). Good value for money.

The elevator was under maintenance for a few hours each day for two days, so I had to take the stairs to and from my room. There are just 2 washing machines, so for a significant portion of my days there there was no vacant laundry machine. made it a bit hard to do laundry.

It was very clean and well maintained. There is security as in you can not access the hotel floors without a key card. They have two washer and dryers. And the location was next to a train station with lots of restaurants and a 7-11.

You can’t control the thermostat. It was set to heat in the winter which is fine. But it only seems to have one setting which is to slowing roast you. We had to turn it off and open a window.

Room was very clean, be was bigger than I expected. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It's a short walk to the main Shinjuku station whilst also being "out" enough to not be kept up with the nightlife of Kabukicho

Pillows - but this is more as I'm used to big fluffy pillows and being propped up than anything being at fault with them.

Location was convenient. Hotel has all basic necessities including restaurants close by.

I had a 6 nights stay then left for 1 night and then came back again for another 3 nights. I was hoping the hotel would be able to help me keep the luggage there locked up instead of having me carry around a few large suitcases across to another area of Japan. It wasn’t the hotel’s fault but would’ve been a nice gesture.

The staff were extremely helpful at the hotel. I had an issue where my daughter threw up on her bed and it was dealt with immediately by transferring us to another room at no charge. I also asked for a later checkout on the morning of departure which they graciously allowed at a minimal cost.

My only complaint was the room size. If you're staying as two people it may be hard to manage the room with two large suitcases and any shopping you may pick up. However, while it was a smaller room, it was still relatively comfortable. The hotel is close to a medical centre/hospital also so you'll hear sirens throughout the day/night but not too much.

Very close to station, clean and air conditioning was very comfortable. Staff was nice and easy to follow check in and out process.

Compare to other APA Hotel, it has less facilities for customers free to used such as hot spring and TV can’t be projected. Since it is not connected with the local TV, screen mirroring is very important and the TV provided in my room cann’t satisfy my need.

Everything was easy, checking in and out. The reception was very nice. The room was great, although a little small, but that was to be expected. Very close to Shinjuku station (10min walk), and close to other stations. Also a beautiful park just around the corner.

The shower wasn’t very good! Only 2 places to put the shower head, and you couldn’t adjust the direction of the water. On the first night, I nearly flooded the bathroom, so I had to keep it on the lower holder and squat underneath it. There’s also sirens going off all through the night which were very loud, which I did eventually get use to.

I wanted to stay in the centre of the Shinjuku area, and this hotel was the right choice. It was closed to a couple or 3 tube stations. There were shopping and restaurants all around. The room was average small like most rooms in Japan. It was comfortable, clean, and warm. The reception people were nice too. There is a restaurant in the basement of the building.

Nothing to dislike.
