I've stayed in a number of APA hotels so I'm already a bit familiar with the hotel's atmosphere. PRICE: APA Hotel is known for its affordable accommodations. This was no different. Considering the location, it was definitely a good deal. LOCATION: The hotel is in a business/residential area. During my stay, it was quite a quiet neighborhood. Tokyo Metro's Hanzomon Station is within walking distance. There are some convenience stores and Japanese food places nearby. If you like walking, then the Imperial Palace's (Chidorigafuchi side) can be reached on foot. ROOM: The room where I stayed was quiet and the size was good enough for one person. I've stayed in other APA Hotels and this was kind of similar to the other branches. There is no proper closet so please be aware of this especially if you have plenty of stuff. MATTRESS: The bed was quite firm. It's perfect for me because I like this kind of bed. ROOM AMENITIES: In addition to the usual amenities, I liked it that there were power outlets at the bed headboard. There was also a paper crane origami which I thought was really kind and thoughtful. STAFF: The staff at the reception when I checked in was very helpful. They were friendly and smiled a lot.

Near the hotel,there are many restaurants and Lawson supermarket ( ATM inside if you need a cash).I would like to thank the receptionists,the chambermaids who are often forgotten who do a remarkable job and I wanted to congratulate.The metro station is Nagatacho,the nearest metro exit to the hotel is number 4 (take direction Toshi center hotel),you will pass in front to reach the Apa Hotel (6-8 minutes by foot)

There is no closet or chest of drawers for the clothes,what a pity it would be good really.

Excellent location, around 5-7 minutes walking distance to Hanzomon metro station. From there Tokyo station is easily reached in a few stops by changing line. (just to flag that Exit 2 of Hanzomon, the one closest to the hotel, does not have elevator and there are steep stairs to get outside). Convenience stores are nearby. Room was clean (single room has the small standard size of Japanese hotels). Staff was very helpful. Highly recommend it!

It would be nice for breakfast to include some more fruits and sweet options.

I actually stayed here twice thrung my trip around Japan. I fell in love with the location of the hotel. The room was very clean and the area was calm, so I had no troubles sleeping in the night in a busy city like Tokyo is.

I just wished the rooms had tiny bit more space. I understand I was by myself and the first time I only had bigger backpack which was great, but at the end of my trip I returned with a suitcase and I struggled to move past it in the room. But other than that I really liked it and would recommend it.

My experience at the hotel was good. The location is great, with several convenience stores nearby, the neighborhood is pleasant, and the subway is very close. Regarding the infrastructure, it’s a simpler APA compared to others I’ve stayed at, but it doesn’t stray too far from the standard. What I really want to highlight is the impeccable service from the staff. We had a major issue with Yamato (a luggage delivery service), and the staff on duty on the night of December 7th and the morning of December 8th were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist us in resolving the problem. We almost left Japan without our luggage if it weren’t for their willingness to help and mediate with the third-party company. Even though it wasn’t a hotel-related issue, they were AMAZING with us! I’m incredibly grateful. I would definitely return!

I would improve the cleanliness, but it’s not too bad.

The room was well prepared equipped with all the amenities accounted for. The check in process was very quick and easy. connecting to the wifi was not a problem as the network and pass was displayed on the tv screen. Tv screen had a lot of useful information about the hotel and its facilities. The water pressure was excellent. The toiletries were of exceptional quality as well.

The mattress, I think it should be more ergonomically compliant. It was quite worn out and probably un fit for a good sound sleep. The coffee packets could have been better as well.

The perfect hotel for solo travellers. I love all the little thoughtful touches, such as: nice spacious table for laptop and mouse, a chair with roller wheels (seriously, this is underrated if you plan to work for a few hours in the room), the Wi-Fi was fast, free entertainment channels on the decent sized TV (with support for streaming from your mobile device!), turn on/off lights within easy reach, awesome shower head, 2 dryers and 2 washing machines with a coin changer on the ground floor, helpful staff. Seriously, you can't beat this place for the price. Its also close to Hanzomon station, just 4 minutes walk! Highly recommended.

If I had to nitpick, I would say the hair dryer is really small and weak. Bad idea if you have long hair (I don't, and I still struggle to use it). Also it would be nice if there was an international power socket like some other hotels.

The hotel is very conveniently located, it's clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

We travelled as a couple with a toddler baby. The room we were given barely had enough room to put the toddler bed in, the only place the bed fit in was the entrance corridor. As a result we had trouble entering the room as well as the bathroom with the toddler bed in place, and overall there was no space in the room. Our toddler was not very fond of the toddler bed and ended up sleeping half of every night with us. Since the double bed is rather small, none of us got a decent sleep for the whole of our stay. Needless to say, we could have asked for a bigger room.

Hotel in a great location! Helpful and friendly service, a set of cosmetics and accessories in the room, relatively clean (a lot of dust on the shelf behind the bed and on the curtain). The view from the window over the city is amazing!

Very little space in the room, hard to unfold a suitcase. The window can only be opened a crack, which makes the room very hot - we try to use the air conditioning as little as possible.

The room was just like all other APA rooms as I stayed in other locations & they were all similar. The bed was very soft & comfy, but the pillows they tend to use in Japan at all hotels are not very good as no support at all. The location was near 2 metro stations. There are not too many restaurants in the close vicinity, but it is a quiet neighbourhood on the other hand
