Centrally located. Regular small Japanese hotel room. Bathroom a bit smaller than standard and low ceiling. Appliances useful.

Curtain wasn’t fully blocking sun light, therefore woke up earlier than wanted to.

It is great proximity to the subway and close to the Kabukicho area but not to close you hear it. The laundry facilities were easy to use and the staff were kind on check in and check out

Found the shower area to be very dirty, especially the shower area. Looking on the walls you could see they never clean it, you could also see pink bacteria in the corners and around the soap dispensers.

The location is perfect and the subway is next to the hotel. The staff was kind, the second day we asked to change room cause ours was a bit noisy and they promptly act to satisfy our request.

Rooms are a bit small like everywhere here in Japan. The bathroom is really really too small. The breakfast was a bit limited, there were not so many choices. Just salty breakfast, not even a sweet choice like a simple cookie. In total there were like 6 choices included salad (who eat salad at breakfast?). Also to drink it was a bit limited, I don’t drink coffee and it was almost everything with it.

The room was well maintained and clean. Also, they had nice amenities such as robes and slippers. Staff was friendly and helpful even though some had limited English skill they communicated well. The location was right next to a metro station and convenient to Shinjuku.

The room was small and didn't have a closet, just a few hangers and a couple of hooks. It was fine for one person but would be tough for two. It is located near a fire station so bring ear plugs. The room was almost silent, and then a fire engine would go by a couple of times a night. With earplugs, I was able to sleep through it, though. The only thing that really bothered me was a sign by the elevator that said only registered guests allowed. If you brought a friend into your room, they threatened to kick you out and notify the authorities.

Great location, staff were really nice! Subway Station just right next to the hotel that takes you anywhere. 7/11, Family Mart and Lawson at each corner. And great restaurants with friendly staff. That welcome tourist.

The only down thing about the hotel is that sirens are going off almost all day, everyday and cleanliness. It could be a better. Needs a deep clean. Stains on the walls and bathroom walls, dust on the ceiling, curtains and around the window area. Curtains look like they need a good wash. Stains throughout the carpet in the hallway. If they improve with the cleaning the value will match for what you pay! :)

The room was perfect — a bit small, but totally fine considering the average size of hotel rooms in Japan. It was very clean and came with robes and a fully equipped bathroom.

Breakfast was provided as a coupon to use at the café downstairs. I’d actually recommend not opting for the breakfast included, as the coupon limited the menu options, and you’d end up paying about the same if you just ordered directly at the café. This is especially worth noting if you don’t eat pork, since most of the coupon options included pork except for two dishes. Also, the coupon is only valid until 11am, while the café stays open longer, so it adds a bit of a time limit.

Location, right next to the subway station. I think the price is quite good for the services it offers. The breakfast in the cafeteria right next to it is perfect to start your tourism day.

Rooms too small, we were having a big suitcase and a small one and they had to be below the bed the whole time to have some space. Therefore, if Tokyo is your final location in Japan, I would be careful with the amount of luggage. Also, quite noisy street (whole day and night)

The hotel was located right next to the bus stop and the Subway station. All the top attractions were easily accessible. The room was neat, with all facilities. The staff was very helpful and polite. The explained the hotel location and public transport with a map. They helped us with luggage forwarding and also held our bags for a day. The Hotel has Tully's Cafe on the Ground Floor which was convenient. Super markets like 7-11 and Family Mart are very close.

Room was bit too cramped. Barely space for keeping our luggage.

The location was excellent. Right beside a subway station and 7/11. The area was quiet but it is a short walk to all the sights in Shinjuku and to Golden Gai. There was plenty of places to eat and drink right beside the hotel. The room had everything we needed and we were given fresh towels and water every day. There was green tea and a fresh robe and slippers given daily.

The room is a bit small but probably typical of rooms in Japan. It was big enough for us because we were out all day everyday.

The staff was very nice and very helpful.

The room had an odd smell and it was very small and uncomfortable, not a place to have lots of bags. But in Japan it seems that everywhere is very small and they usually do not carry family rooms. The curtains in the bathroom was very stinky and you can notice Mold around the soap holder which was gross to me. Other than that I bought some cleaning supplies and did my own cleaning but it’s in a great location. The staff are wonderful. Small details but it was a good stay in all.
