Location is great, with 2 metro stations nearby (Tsukiji & Shintomichō). Room is clean and spacious by Japan standard, with complete amenities. Hotel only provides 2 small bottles of mineral water on first day. Coffee sachets and green tea bags are replenished daily. Tried the set breakfast once, with choice of Japanese, Chinese or Western. Need to go to nearby Ginza Capital Hotel Akane for breakfast. Overall very satisfied to stay here.

The option for Adjoining rooms! Hotel space is scarce when it comes to rooms in Tokyo. For a Family of 4, I was able to find a space for 4 people with 2 bathrooms and separate rooms for a decent price. The location is close to the train station and convenient stores for food and water. The front desk staff also helps with luggage shipping to your next destination. Overall a great location and a comfortable stay.

The dryers could work a little bit better. We had to dry our laundry for over an hour. But there is a laundry mat 6 min walk from the hotel as a second option.

The room is clean and spacious. The location is near the Tsukiji market and a walk away from the Ginza area. Staff are knowledgeable about the surroundings and know about the tourist area well which makes it easy for us. They speak English fluently.

We did ask for an hour late check out from 10 am to 11 am but they ask for another 1000 yen per room which for me doesn't make any sense as we paid for a full day, but we can only check in after 3 pm and have to check out before 10 am.

I got a sweet upgrade—a huge room with two beds, a sofa, and a desk! It was perfect for working, all bright and sunny, and super close to two train stations and tons of restaurants.

The room had many USB sockets for charging electronics, but the one closest to the bed malfunctioned. It discharged my external battery, and after one night, my phone was not halfway charged. This can happen in a hotel; it is not a big deal, just a recommendation to check the sockets. A more significant issue was the sewer smell I noticed when I first used the bathroom sink.

The location is excellent, just at least 3 minute away from the Train station. if you feel like walking, the hotel is 15 minutes away from Ginza shopping district. We did not avail the breakfast option, but we are delighted by the fact that there is a Denny's diner nearby. We have breakfast there almost everyday! The hotel staff are very helpful and knowledgeable of the surrounding areas. There was one time that i needed to buy something at the pharmacy, they are quick to point me to the location and they even let me borrow an umbrella because it was raining. The room as a bit small, but this is expected as Tokyo standard.

The staff was very friendly, the hotel is in a more quiet area of Ginza, there's Lawson, family Mart and 711 all nearby. The cleaning staff was superb. Very attentive to detail and the rooms were clean

As good as a quiet location is, I wish it was a bit closer to Ginza. After a week it gets a bit tiresome to walk back and forth from Ginza shopping street. But that is on us, we booked it that far out. For a couple of days it would have been fine. There is a subway just outside of the hotel. Very convenient

Staff at hotel was exceptional, helped us to recover lost item and even offered to send it within Japan for collection after our trip. location was excellent, house keeping is attentive and friendly, helped us get memory pillows. location is right between multiple convenient stores and 2 subway lines. walkable distance to heart of Ginza shopping area.

hotel only has 2 elevators which can result in longer wait for lower floors especially.

location was excellent. 3 different convenience stores and train station a stone throw away - literally 3 mins walk. room was excellent and had everything we needed.

had to book another room on the day of check in because the room cant fit kids even though it says in the booking that kids of any age are welcome. only 6 yrs old below are welcome to cosleep because the beds are small.

Great location in Ginza. Next to subway stations and convenience stores. Tsujiki area is great due to the fish market and great sushi restaurants.

The room felt a bit dated. The bed linen looked old and worn. There were no stairs and the elevator took long to arrive. The lobby was often too crowded with guests checking in and checking out and suitcases everywhere.

The location - The hotel was 10min walk to Tsukiji market and 15min - 20min walk from the Ginza shopping street. Very convenient and easy to get to the subway. It is also close to eateries, and surrounded by convenience stores.

I wish that the TV could have provided the Netflix app. While the hotel provides cups in the room, it would have been great if they come with spoons too. However, overall cleanliness is good.
