Very clean, nice, easy to find and reach, convenient, well-maintained. The rooms are just like the pictures. Great area and neighbourhood. The convenience store on the ground floor has everything you need and the prices are fair. There’s a 7 Eleven and food mall across the street. There’s a tiny bathtub which is so nice after the crazily walking around in Tokyo.

No options to take the stairs. Very common in Asia but still quite annoying. The mattress was bigger than the bed frame and kept sliding off and bending down on the right. Staff only speaks Japanese and a little bit of English but they mostly rely on a gadget to translate. I had paid through booking and it clearly stated that I had paid for all taxes but they wanted me to pay for more taxes, so they kept using the gadget to tell me I had only paid renting loan expenses which makes no sense. I quickly gave up and paid. It was only a few bucks anyways.

Very good location for exploring the city by public transport : half distance between Ochanomizu and Akihabara stations (a few minutes walk to any of them); also not far from Tokyo Station; hospitable and helpful staff, everyone was patient, kind and willing to help in anyway, always with a smile on their faces. Although the rooms are not as large as in Europe (which is easy to understand), we had everything we needed to rest comfortably after exploring the city. There's also a non-stop convenience store in the building, so that's a plus too...

⸻ I stayed with my family, a group of four, and I found the room to be very comfortable, clean, and well suited to accommodate all of us. The bed and pillows were also very comfortable. I had the best spot to enjoy the view from the 9th floor where we stayed. In the lobby, various amenities are also provided, such as facial cleanser, shower caps, razors, combs, and more. The hotel’s location is very strategic as it is very close to a popular tourist destination, Akihabara Electric Town, which is within walking distance. There are many coffee shops and convenience stores nearby. Family Mart is located on the ground floor of the hotel, and Seven Eleven is just across the street. Additionally, access to various halal restaurants is very easy. The hotel is also surrounded by several train stations, making it convenient to reach other tourist destinations. From Tokyo Station, you only need to take one train ride which takes about 5 minutes, get off at Awajicho Station, and from there it’s a 7 minute walk to the hotel. Highly recommended.

This was my first time traveling internationally, and as a solo traveller learning Japanese, I was nervous. However, the staff were very kind, and while the place is simple, its cleanliness and price point are unmatched in the area! I would stay again! While staying there, I even got to meet other travelers. I met a man visiting from Taiwan, and we chatted for a few hours while I was sitting downstairs waiting for my laundry to finish!

The laundry was a little confusing at first, but I was able to understand it after a minute or two of thinking.

It’s clean and within walking distance to several train stations including the Akihabara area. The room was small but had enough space for us. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. There’s a Family Mart connected to the lobby, a supermarket and 7-11 across the street as well as a handful of restaurants. We would stay there again. The washing machine was easy to use.

Some of the amenities had to be picked up from the lobby, and not all were available, like razors. I’m not sure if we had to ask the front desk but I didn’t try.

hotel location is great, within walking distance to several different stations on various subway lines, so overall connectivity is great. there is also a family mart at the first floor of the hotel so it's very convenient to get any snacks/food at night. the hotel was overall very quiet, clean and well maintained, as i believe we visited just after their renovation period. staff were very polite and helpful too.

we booked a semi double and the bed was a little small for 2, would recommend for 2pax to book a double room at least. the room size was also a bit small, we had space to open our cabin size luggages, but for larger suitcases it may not be possible.

The location is fantastic with a major rapid line and a 5-10 min walk over to the prime bustle of the Akihabara area. Ochanomizu itself is a haven for music lovers, known for its "guitar street" and vinyl shops. The area is quiet with lots of little cafes. The room is very comfortable and squeaky clean, bedding and pillows are brand new. The toilet has a little more space than chains like APA which is much appreciated. The staff were delightful, helpful, and friendly. Do note that late checkouts come at a fee.

There are some elements in this new hotel that make it feel like it might age very quickly, such as a small gap between the bathtub and the wall next to it, which will gradually lead to water accumulation. For now, it's brilliant and very clean!

The hotel provides amenities at the 1st floor, you can take them but the new toothbrushes will be in the room when room cleanliness is done in the morning. The room is quite bigger than the hotel where is near JR line. All Facilities are functional. The breakfast is good taste. It's valuable for me. The location is so good although it's near the local train line but it's easy to go anywhere and convenient to connect to the main line. There is the Family mart at the 1st floor and around the hotel area has the cosmetic & drug store, 7-11 and many restaurants and you can get Akihabara, just walk for 5-10 minutes.

At first, I thought the hotel might be in the middle of nowhere. But actually, it's very conveniently located near Awajicho/Ogawamachi station, Ochanomizu station, and Akihabara station. You can walk to Akihabara area, Kanda book street, Ochanomizu musical instrument street, snowboard street in about 10-15 min, and even to Ueno area in about 20 min. Only 1 stop to Ginza, 2 stops to Tokyo station by subway. It's just there is no covered walkway to the stations if it rains. There is a convenience store FamilyMart and an Italian restaurant NORA (I tried and it was good) directly connected to the hotel. There is also a supermarket in WATERRAS complex across the street. There are many eateries on the way to and near Ochanomizu station. The room is a standard Japanese business hotel room, but Mystays group of hotels provide skincare packets (make-up remover, facewash, toner and moisturizer) from DHC, which comes in handy. The room is also equipped with iPhone and Android charger.
