The staff were a little stern but helpful. The room was extremely clean, especially the bathroom. Lots of free toiletries in the lobby. When I arrived around 10 a.m., they let me use the washroom to freshen up after my shinkansen ride and leave my bags in the lobby storage room before checking in. They also let me leave my bags after checking out as my flight left later in the evening on my last night in Tokyo.

I little more friendly welcome. I don't think I saw the staff smile at all.

Great hotel, friendly staff. Not everyone speaks English so be aware you’ll need a translation app. They were very helpful with me to understand how the remote on my heater worked. When I asked for an extra pillow, no problem! There is a 7-eleven at the corner and a family mart one block away. This hotel does have a mini fridge so you can buy food to keep cold at the market.

The hotel isn’t in the most central part of the city. There are not a ton of great restaurants or shopping nearby but it’s a short 2 blocks to the tawamachi subway station and you can get anywhere from there.

I like the convenient location. Very easy to get to the train station, shopping & eating. I like that it was a very simple place to stay. Nothing fancy just simple.

The room was a little bit small. Hard to have a lot of luggage in the room so please note to not have Large luggage if you are staying at this hotel.

The hotel was only a few minutes walk away from the Osaka loop line which made getting around super convenient. The room was nice and updated, looks just like the pictures.

The pillows were pretty hard. In the kitchen/bathroom area of the room there was a slight mildew smell. I don't know if it was coming from the sink in the kitchen or what. Other than that the room was great.

The location was great, the staff were always friendly and helpful. The room was lovely, there were lots of toiletries in reception to help yourself too - which was great. We had everything we needed - kettle, microwave, good wifi, air con etc.

It was difficult to find floor space for 2 peoples bags, but that's very common in Tokyo, and expected from the pictures online. But it was a great place to stay, so that was a minor thing

This is my second time staying here, and I like the convenience it offer. It's close to stations and popular tourist's attractions. I like the privacy it offers and how quiet it is. I also appreciate how they provide daily necessities like clean towels and robes, toiletries.

The layout was nice, since I had a window by my bedside and a little work station as well as a mini-fridge and the bathroom. My room was very clean, and there were free amenities provided on the first floor as well as paid amenities on a higher floor (washing machine, vending machine). Staff was helpful, and I like that you get the option to pay in JPY or USD.

My only complaint was that the room was a bit small, and I was just able to open my large suitcase.

- staff sometimes has problems with english - a little expensive, although not in an area with a lot of sights

Very friendly staff, even though their English is not so good they where always super helpful and friendly. Further is the hotel clean and location is good.

The room with two separate single beds is very small and doesn’t give enough space for your luggage

3 min walk to a metro and close to major attractions is Asakusa. The room was comfortable (although no space to lay a suitcase flat to open it). Quiet neighborhood at night and it was a relief to be out of the craziness of the busy Tokyo areas.
