Location wise it is easy to get around as there is a bus stop along the street outside and different train stations within a 10-15 minutes walk. Hotel has a lift with wood interior which is quite unique and shower had adjustable water pressure. Hotel staff will leave a bag of new towels and amenities hanging outside our door if we did not request for our room to be made.

Room door was a little difficult to open as it is using a key. Had to turn the key in the lock and pull open the door at the same time which can be hard when hands are full. The door also doesnt have a lock aside from the latch.

Great location with just minutes walk from the subway and Asakusa. The place was new and clean Room size is just nice for a solo traveller. Staff were mostly young and very helpful.

Only downside was the sound proofing of the room, which could definitely do with some improvements. I could hear noises through my room walls when neighbours dont keep their volume down, as well as guests running outside the corridor.

Helpful staff, we were able to upgrade our room very easily. Location-wise I would recommend. Easily accessible and close to interesting spots, but still quiet enough to get the right amount of relax from the crowds. I highly recommend booking the bigger rooms. The standard ones are still very clean and cosy, but your leg area will be very limited and 4 suitcases (even 2 actually) will eat up ALL your living space. Traditional breakfast is certainly an experience, and yet I wish there were international options as well.

I really like everything in the room, the cleanliness, for the quality obtained, the price can be said to be cheap. This hotel has a very comfortable, clean waiting room and has a laundry!! the toilet has a heater, an automatic bidet, a very cute and comfortable bathtub, and free complementary items!!🙆🏻‍♀️🗯️❤️ Hotel is a bit far from the station, but I enjoyed my journey to the hotel, from Tawaramachi Station (actually only 950m, i don’t think this is a problem), you can pass several supermarkets, Don Quijote and nearby there’s Ichiran ramen‼️I was really lucky, because I didn't have to queue long.😊🇯🇵❤️

Clean and modern, this hotel near Sensoji is well suited for a many nights or just a few. Staff were helpful and patient, the rooms were cosy and the facilities were plentiful. You can't go wrong with this hotel unless you want real luxury a level above.

I enjoyed the breakfast, but others may find it lacks what makes up a typical Western breakfast (e.g. no cereal and differnt-to-usual sausages) and is more Continental (European). Good choice on offer, though, for Japanese food. I'd recommend being thorough with room descriptions. Single comfort and Double comfort don't have obvious differences so check on that. Also, they have deluxe rooms but I didn't see them on Booking.com (though there are pictures of them) and we felt a little misled on what we would get from them.

The location was great as it is near two different subway stations and lines (Hibiya and Ginza), you can basically go to all the main areas in Tokyo with these two lines. There is also the Tsukuba Express line, which I did not use, but is probably convenient for tourists. The hotel itself was nice with somewhat spacious rooms for Tokyo. The room has a cozy feeling which I liked. I had an issue with a neighbour but the front desk dealt with it very professionally which I really appreciated. The common area is also nice and perfect for working or to chat with friends. The kitchen was a bonus.

The bathroom is quite small but I guess it's quite average for a Japanese hotel. The walls are definitely on the thinner side but not terrible. A lot of the staff clearly lacked experience but they all have to start somewhere so I really wish them luck. I wish the elevators were much quicker as I had to wait for the elevators to come for over a minute multiple times.

Location-wise, ideal for Asakusa. Plenty to see, bars and restaurants are everywhere. Rox Shopping Centre is located within a few minutes' walk. The room was small but very clean and comfortable, and everything you need is supplied. The staff are super friendly. It's like a student accommodation room, but it's perfectly adequate if you're busy and don't spend much time in a hotel room. Night robe and slippers provided, and lots or lovely shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. Had a lovely stay here. 😌. Good value for money.

Nothing really. There isn't any tea and coffee supplied in the room. A kettle and cups but no immediate tea and coffee sachets. They are available down on the 1st floor. Its also very near to Life Supermarket. ,

Good breakfast and great reception staff. It is fast to walk from the Tsukuba Express to the hotel.

The shower in the bathroom is hot and cold.

we only stayed here for one night as we were heading out to kyoto the next morning. it’s easy to find. the vietnamese front desk staff (named Hiếu) who check us in was very friendly & helpful. we would definitely stay here again for longer stay if we’re back in tokyo. the room is cozy & big for hotel in japan. they’ve all the basic amenities you can think of, but extra such as charging cable & converter in the room were super useful !

The staff was very friendly and helped us with our luggage forwarding on the last day. The amenities that they had also came in handy when we forgot things.

The bed was a little hard for our liking, but otherwise we loved everything.
