Great and safe location, easy walk to the port and downtown area. The staff were great, friendly and helpful. The room was adequate, however the bathroom, although was clean, could have had a more thorough inspection and touch up.

The side hallway where our room was located is drab and very breezy, cold. I'm sure it's wonderful during the summer. The service at the restaurant and bar was good, the attendants polite and friendly, however the food and drinks were basic and boring, especially when considering the cost and the many great food options just walking distance from the property. The bakery items sold separately were very tasty.

The hotel rents out the pool to non guests for birthday parties and swimming passes, so you have your share the pool and jacuzzi. I think that should be disclosed to guest on their website. Also the hotel has a casino next door and there was always people loitering about in front entrance drinking and being loud. It's not a good look at all. For their rates I think all these things need to be looked into and fixed. Also, they have some bird song loop playing over the speakers all day, some days as early as 6:30 am. I don't know if it's to scare off doves from perching on the premises but it was annoying.

The hotel is nice, the corridors have paintings and murals that look like a museum, the pool is spacious, has 3 hot tubs, the staff is very friendly, from the security guard, reception staff, restaurant and cleaning girls. The room service is very varied and the food is delicious.

What I didn't like is that the parking is across the street, although it is very spacious. Another thing is that the room is divided by a wall that allows the transmission of sounds from the room next door, and the guests next door made a lot of noise.

Away from central area for walking construction in front of hotel with lots of dirt and noisy due to trucks. Jacuzzi was not working. Bathroom sink had nasty hair in the drain and it would not drain properly, leaving hair in sink. Our balcony overlooked the construction zone with lots of dust and noise throughout the day and into the late night.

Very nice experience. The pool was an attractive spot. There's an upper area for events by the Aztec design at the pool. The bed was hard but plenty of pillows. Room were clean. Modern design.

Only 3 negative comment. 1. The hallway smelt like old wet carpet. The smell did not linger into room. 2. The building was old. 3. The restaurant gets REALLY busy. Advise to get there early. Or will probably wait.

The staff was very friendly and accomodating to the language barrier that my friend had. Also the pool and restaurant were both very nice. I accidently left an item at the pool and it was saved for me. I was able to get it the next day.

The carpets in the halls look a little warn down but the rooms are very nice.

I stay here when I occasionally want a mini vacation. I love the pool area with the bar right there. The people who work here are always friendly, and the food is always good.

Since I live here I wish I could get something of a local discount. I stay more than once a year and this discount would help me to stay a little more often.

Friendly staff; well kept property, silent AC were a plus. good drinks, nice pool. Nice fireplace next to the pool made our stay very nice. Staff was super helpful accommodating all our requests. Safe parking lot; they have a guard 24/7 so it feels very safe.

Put towels on the bathtub :). I had to call to get towels for the bathtub. The location is a bit far to walk to the Main Street where the restaurants and shops. The ATM was pricey to get cash; so, bring your own cash to avoid expensive ATM fees.

The property was connected to a casino that I did not go to as I was vacationing with my children. It was very clean. The pool was beautiful large and well maintained. My kids really enjoyed swimming there when we returned from our outings. The rooms were clean and housekeeping cleaned our room every day. Parking wasn’t on-site, but was directly across the street with 24 hour security guards so I felt very safe about the security of my car.

There is not much I can complain about except I would have loved to have stayed longer.

The location was great, despite being in the middle of a busy city (Ensenada) it is quiet extremely clean with a very nice 30 yard pool. Plenty of seating around the pool 3 jacuzzi's including one for kids and 2 adult only. Hotel is older but very updated. Not typical old style but modern clean rooms.
