The breakfast was very good and the location is my favorite because is very close to the airport with the walking distance

I didn't like when we contacted the lobby personal to complain about a crazy guy kicking and hitting the next door for about 30 minutes and lobby personal did not take any action for 30 minutes and this crazy guy kept fighting for an hour in the hallway with a woman not letting him in the room I felt little scared and unsecured about the guy in the hallway because the guy was very suspicious and looking very dangerous at 2 o'clock in the morning February 11 I couldn't sleep after that unsafe night.i stayed in the 205 room and the suspicious guy was kicking and punching the 207 room

Located across from the airport and beside my car rental. Nice room.

I found the entrance to the hotel very strange having to go from one elevator to another to get to the front desk. Breakfast was good once it came. When I got there for breakfast at 8:20 there was nothing at all there. There was one group of people that cleaned up everything and left. It took 20 minutes before the first thing came out because there was one person only preparing the food. Everything came a few minutes apart. There were no plates, forks or spoons. The young man from the front desk went in the kitchen and washed 6 plates but no forks and spoons.

The hotel is super close to the airport and is a short walk. The location is fabulous and close to food and even a store that has everything in the world you could possibly imagine, from food to suitcases. I know this because I had to buy one when mine broke a wheel. The sushi bar downstairs is top notch, and right on the next block is a rotisserie chicken place that is amazing. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and the pool area is large and relaxing. Beds are nice too! The breakfast is delicious and there are lots of choices. Not your usual boring breakfast either:)

Right next to the airport, with a casino at ground level. The queen bed was heavenly! The building was very quiet, except the complimentary breakfast was very noisy! Breakfast was ok. Price was $54 /night - great for adjacent to the airport!

No closet, only a hard student chair, no coffeemaker in the room. Only 1 small bottle of drinking water, no refrigerator, no ice anywhere. I didn’t enter the casino so cant tell about it.

Location close to airport about 10 minutes next to restaurant and some shopping also pool is nice for hot summer days. Breakfast was better than expected and staff was very helpful with any needs.

Room didn’t have much just a bed and chair with small desk but traveling alone didn’t really care. Also the bed was hard not much cushion to it.

Close to the airport in Puerto Vallarta. And a nice restaurant on the corner of street. Gabbibistro.

We only got one bottle of water for both of us, this year and last year. Two bottles of water for a couple is proper.

Well the rooms were pretty basic and small, but you’re only sleeping in it. Only one channel was English, the room was very hot and humid when first arrived it got better also smelled a little moldy. Could use an update.

Close to the airport. Had a great meal at the rooftop restaurant.

In the room there was a light that came on every time we turned over in bed, I guess it was supposed to be as a night light in case you had to get up to go to the bathroom, but it was irritating and hard to go back to sleep.

The breakfast was a little basic but honestly for the price we would not complain, it was great value for money and started our day for us!

friendly staff, very clean facility, very close and convenient to go by foot to the airport. recommand for who ever is traveling through the puerto vallarta airport. plus excellent breakfast. no restaurant in the hotel but good food at the casino next door to the hotel.
