The room was spacious, spotless and well appointed. Exceptional for its size and age. Pool was amazing as well as all amenities c staff is very friendly and welcoming. Housekeeping being Dona was outstanding Gracias!🙏💐The treatment given to my dog was amazing. Her gifts are being used daily. Gracias from Xena 💗🐾🐾

I’m recently a widower travelling with small dog. I had my Condo rented with overlap so stayed at this pet friendly hotel. Grounds, amenities staff, housekeeping weee amazing.

Both the bathrooms had black mold around the sinks and in the shower enclosure, the shower drains in both bathrooms drained very slowly, the kitchen sink was dirty around the taps, all this when we moved in.

Better cleaning BEFORE we moved in.

Got to my room went back to reception and asked for a fridge paid a little extra and I got a full 1 bedroom suite. Perfect could cook my own meals.

Nothing to complain about.

The property is beautiful and very well maintained; most of the staff speak English and are very helpful. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. (On my second day I discovered there is a restaurant with good coffee.) There is a supermarket in walking distance which includes lots of food places.

My room did not have amenities like a coffee maker or hair dryer. The lighting in the bathroom was poor, no Netflix on the TV.

The hotel has several buildings located in a garden with enough space between them to offer privacy. The buildings are old but everything was very clean and well maintained. We hope that their business will go well enough and they will make enough profit to also update the bathrooms.

very friendly staff, great breakfast menu in Restaurant large clean pool, comfortable loungers, comfortable beds in our room , strong wifi, lots of hot water, close to many restaurants, close to 2 shopping malls and large grocery store. large grass fenced dog park across the Hwy ftom a public beach access .

the lamp shade in our room had seen much better days and the white sheer curtains needed washing

upon checkin my wife noticed the floor had not been cleaned in our room. We found a broom and dustpan and cleaned it ourselves.

Great location! We took our dog so we also enjoyed the flexibility of having a big dog at the hotel. Pool was refreshing and breakfast was great! The staff was extremely polite and helpful! We would definitely go back.

No Elevator No shampoo/conditioner Hotel only provided bath towels not wash cloth & hand towel.

Disappointed that the restaurant wasnt open for dinner, but the food park just outside the gate was a very good alternative. the grounds were nice & the area is quiet! They offered an outdoor movie & popcorn concession which was awesome!

No coffee or tea in the rooms, $3. for a paper cup. Really should at least have a coffee station at each buiding.
