We wanted to stay one night in Cancun before flying out to Europe. The hotel was modern, clean, beautiful beds and big shower. The pool and gym superb, even with a shower there. The car parking was under the hotel, connected with lift. The hotel key card was a safetycard too. No entry anywhere without. The late check out was possible for 10 Dollars per hour. Very pleasant indeed.

There was no coffee in the lobby. You would have to go to the restaurant or pay for a breakfast in that eatery. The nail spa in that building was expensive and ladies worked slow. No English, no good performance. Don't go there.

CONNECTED TO THE HOSPITAL. Best staff we have ever encountered. From the front desk, staff in the restaurant, to the domestic staff!! Out of this world nice and helpful. Beautiful pool on top floor, great view, comfortable beds, good housekeeping.

Great room as I had my own balcony, huge bed (never been in a bed that big before) and plenty of room in both the room itself and the bathroom. O Have stayed in 2 x hotels in Cancun since and both of these fail compared to this.

nly couple of issues were the noise at one side of my room, not sure if it was a kitchen or something but could hear banging going on. Other issue was sometimes there were no towels in the gym or at the pool (but that's a first world problem!).

The room was nice and very spacious as well as the shower and bathroom. The bed is very comfortable and there is plenty of space to store stuff and open the luggage. The staff was nice and friendly everywhere. The roof-top has a nice view as well and the pool is nice and relatively big. The parking was easy and comfortable to use as well as not crazy with the prices. The breakfast was good and some of the items vary from a day to an other, it is nice to have other options.

The pillows were not to my liking, it looks like Latin America has different habits with pillows. The roof top pool is very nice but there should be more umbrellas for more shade during the sunny moments. Things were clean in general and that was enough for us but never impeccable. It is preferable to have a car as it is a little far from main things in the center. Even with all these small details we really enjoyed our stay and would book there again with great pleasure.

The swimming pool on top was really good. It was quite around the pool and it was a big pool. They also have an ice machine on each floor which can be used to cool the drinks.

The location is a bit away from the center. So you have to take the car all the time.

beautiful comfy room with a great hot powerful shower. the bed was nice and firm and the aircon worked well. the pool area is really beautiful

coffee in the room didn’t work - awful, so had to order room service the whole time which gets expensive. a challenge for vegans - I would recommend eating out rather than there. I requested a vegan salad one evening, which was a challenge itself, and they charged me nearly 200 for it, which made more expensive than anything on the menu. most of the staff were really wonderful and helpful. do note the substantial tax that isn’t on the price and not obvious on Booking. my stay ended up being £150 more than I thought!

Staff friendly, the place was quiet and nice. Hotel restaurant had very good tacos.

There was only one towel when we checked in, and the AC couldn’t be adjusted to anything else but a minimum, we had to turn it on/off so we don’t freeze. If wasn’t an issue big enough to go & complain.

Good breakfast, excellent staff, cleanliness.

There could be a coffee machine in the breakfast room so guests could make their own coffee. It is uncomfortable to sleep because the blankets are without a cover. The blanket is between the sheets.

*Frequent traveller with high expectations* I had several issues with other hotels around Cancun airport regarding cleanliness and staff attitude so I had low expectations for FP by Sheraton. Slightly further away from the other airport hotels, it costs 400 pesos and 15 mins in a taxi to get there- not bad. The hotel allowed me to check in early and stay during the day after checking out to use the pool and gym facilities. The staff were polite. I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the room. It wasn’t perfectly clean but it was the best I’ve experienced in Cancun. The shower had good pressure and temperature; black out blinds; some English speaking channels on tv; free water and coffee in the room. Overall better than I expected given some of the negative reviews for it. The rooftop pool and gym were nice and clean, not too many people about so I was able to read my book in peace. They also had shower and steam facilities that I was able to use before my flight. If I had to book another Cancun airport hotel I would choose this one.

There was an issue regarding the payment when I arrived as it was a few $ more than booking told me it would be, as it wasn’t much and they had upgraded me and allowed me to check in early I accepted the few $ overpayment. The food quality wasn’t great - but I’m a gluten free vegan so I often struggle. The staff did try to accommodate me, but if I could have found somewhere outside of the hotel I would have preferred that. It was the food that let it down, but again it wasn’t bad per se, just not some good Mexican I would have wanted.

Very good beds and very quiet room. Very friendly staff and very good breakfast. Overall very good option for Cancun for short stays.

Considerable smell of moisture inside room and furniture in bathroom needs repair. Should considere appling dehumidifier at least in some of the rooms.
