A Truly Perfect Stay at Krystal – 100/100! I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Krystal and truly have no complaints. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were exceptional—friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The location was perfect and made getting around incredibly easy. My room was spotless, well-maintained, and comfortable. The bed was especially impressive—so supportive and cozy that I slept like a dream, even with my back condition. That alone deserves a special mention! Krystal delivered in every way: comfort, cleanliness, service, and convenience. If I could give more than 100, I would. I highly recommend staying here. A special thanks to Manuel and his team.

The beach club is a great plus, the kids pool is warm. You need to go to hotel Krystal located in the hotel zone. The bed is comfortable. The sera Juanita from the cleaning team was nice and super lovely. It will be nice to have a mini fridge especially when traveling with a baby.

The shower was not really clean it had Molds to be a part that .just clean daily was not really pleasant. Also the personnel in the reception were not friendly at all (I thought it was because we arrived at 10 pm on one of the busiest days, but the next day was the same )

We enjoy the shuttle daily to the sister resort with larger pool, hot tub, buffet . Also, the location is walking distance to MANY nice restaurants, including a several that offer buffets. The doormen are very helpful and respectful.

Price of buffet at the hotel is way to high for what you get, when all the nice places in the area are walking distance. Pool bar seems never open and nothing going on.

Everything was amazing. 2nd time staying at this location and in love with their hot dogs lol they are just simply delicious. Staff is super friendly.

When getting to the room I discovered a glass full of cigarette butts and called the lobby, they sent someone to pick it up but then a few days later I had a warning about non smoking in the rooms and when asked in the lobby the employee said that its the welcome to the hotel, well a warning should never be a welcome to any hotel. Especially when I've never smoked in my life! So that was some welcome! But other than that it was good.

Excellent location, centre of Cancun centro, 5 minute walk from shopping centre, 10 minute ride to beach club ( free shuttle provided) room value for money, pool area great, good buffet breakfast , would stay here again. Only gripe: everytime you take a pool towel ( from reception only?) you have to show your passport/room ID , for a pool towel!!! Ridiculous, who goes to the pool with there passport /driving licence ?

The pool towel experience… You have to show passport/driving licence ID to request a pool towel from the main reception ( not by pool area ) ridiculous! WHO carries there passport with them to the pool!

The service was very efficient, and they were very kind thanks to Ulises and the bellhop Miguel, they were always there for us...breakfast was good and the facilities were very comfortable. There's a shopping center and convenience stores nearby.

I didn't like the fact that the shuttle bus runs twice a day. We didn't like the lady inviting you for buying memberships near the front desk since we lost our time at the presentation almost 4 hours.

Good location, nice breakfast and food. Very polite staff.

Noisy area, there isn't much to do about this though. Missed more electrical outlets in the room.

I love the location because is near to ADO. Also you can go to the beach club for free. The breakfast is good and you have many options to choose from.

The fact that we had to wait until 3 to check in and by then we were over 6 people trying to check in at the same time which the receptionist wasn’t very friendly l, he has attitude.
