Nice location, our suite had great view, comfortable bed, but no kettle for hot water etc. big one space with two chairs table bed and fridge. Free sunbeds, good WiFi, nice staff who kept our luggage all day before leaving. It’s good deal for the money with great location IMPORTANT: Be careful from the guy named Frank who is selling tours on the left side from hotel entrance ( same building) he falsely stated he is giving discount to people from hotel and in fact he is giving overpriced tours, we agree to book and payed for Deluxe package for Chichen itza while we got just Basic one. When I told him this he rudely said that he gave us this because we didn’t pay him more to earn and didn’t book second tour with him, be careful he is Scammer ! Do NOT book with him, at corner with 5 th avenue there is nice lady selling correct tours at 20% less price !

I love this place, it's right on the beach and the view is fabulous! Lovely, friendly staff, who treat me so well💖 This is my favorite place in all of Playa del Carmen. I will be back!

Very run down facilities. Basically no water pressure in the sink, had to have a bucket filled at all times for washing hands etc. BIG water leak from the balcony doors. When it rains, the room floods like a pool. Spend an entire day just mopping during a storm, my hands got blisters.. Balcony rails so rusty, do not ever lean on them..

You know, it didn't have a pool, or a breakfast bar, but the room was spacious, had a balcony, a whole minifridge to fill up with my own stuff, a TV (not that I used it), an ensuite bathroom, an awesome (a godsend) air conditioning unit, and the room was turned down every day.

the location, the staff, cleanliness, the room was very comfortable. i wish the patio door would open easier. but everything was great and will be visiting you again in two weeks.

Hotel needs alot of cosmetic work especially on the stairwells since there is no elevator and this is the area guests see the most. Apparently some of the rooms need work as well because I was really unhappy with the 1st room i was offered, its bathroom was full of mold and the walls of the room were in such bad shape it made everything feel unclean. The staff switched us to a much better room upon request and I ended up really enjoying my stay there. I could have moved to there hotel across the street but decided to stay put even though climbing the stairs was pretty tuff. Hopefully they wont attempt to rent that 1st room again without mold removal and paint.

We actually stayed at AllRiviera across the street. It is their sister hotel. It was awesome and we were right on the beach. Very friendly to us although we speak very very little spanish. We loved it!!!

I loved the access to the beach - the hotel is mere feet from the ocean. I upgraded my room to a suite and had a gorgeous view from my balcony. I scanned the reviews before booking and was a little worried by some of the comments, but staying here was quiet and comfortable. I traveled alone, and met a friend in Playa for dinner, and upon return I was happy to see the front door of the hotel locked for security (I was let in within 30 seconds of showing my key). This property is older and not remodeled; don’t expect a Hilton or a 4 seasons. It’s a cheaper, older property, and the accommodations show that. However the staff was friendly, the room was clean, and nothing beats waking up in the morning to see the ocean.

There was a pool to use, located across the street at a partner hotel, but I would not recommend using it, it was kind of dirty.

The location is perfect. The bed very comfortable. AC worked well, hot water great. Staff very kind and nice.

Towels looked old. Weird smell in room and bathroom. TV didn't work; it turned on, but it prompted us to enter a password we didn't have. No elevator and no one to help with luggage.

location could not be any better. staff are very kind & friendly. next to great night life and the furry. the amazing sun set from the balcony.

The room was large with an amazing view of the beach. The A/C worked well. The location was perfect right off 5ta avenida. It was so close to the ferry, so much was walking distance, the hotel was just far enough to be quiet for sleeping.

The facility is a bit run down. The shower doors were broken causing a puddle to form just outside the shower. There was no pool in sight and there is no elevator.
