Beautiful room. Easy check in. Very clean

If you want a full-on, all inclusive, resort hotel, then this is a good, if pricey option. We had a junior suite right on the beach, and the room and facilities couldn't have been better. The room had a huge, very comfortable bed. Good bathroom (with spa bath!), and a little kitchenette with a well stocked fridge. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our package came with a personal concierge and free airport transfers, which was very useful. There are two decent restaurants on site and 24/7 room service. Lovely beach.

The marketing attempts! Most of the apartments in the resort are timeshares, and there is a bit of pressure to get you to attend a marketing presentation. The resort also lacks a decent bar area for pre or post dinner drinks - the only option is the soulless lobby bar. Quite expensive and a lot of tipping.

Huge highlight was the on site restaurants for dinner! Rooms were large and clean. Our stay in early May 2025 was especially easy and relaxing because the resort was only about half full.

Not the fault of the property, but the sargassum was thick enough that you couldn’t swim in the ocean, but staff kept it clear enough that it was still nice to sit on the beach and enjoy the view and beach drink service. The exhaustive rules about getting pool or beach chairs felt pretty silly considering there were mostly completely open chairs because it was so uncrowded during our visit.

All the stars for the kids club run by the girls. My daughter had an amazing time attending all the activities in the club and gave us the much needed time to chill. She was looking forward to go in there every single day of the stay which was great. - We were upgraded to a master suite which was much more spacious and better value for money than a junior suite. All rooms and property was clean at all time. Staff were always courteous and happy to help. We needed reservations for dinner and our concierge Lisa was super responsive and helped with all the dining reservations. All in all a good property to relax in.

- Lack of entertainment in the evenings, it gets very quiet. This place attracts a lot of young families so I dont see why they cant put up some family friendly shows in the night. It doesn't have to be loud but can liven up the place and would be good to see some local cultural performances. -We were bored with the limited vegetarian lunch and dinner options by the end of the stay. Would be good to have different cuisines apart from Italian and Mexican.

- hard to get info about the property or nearby activities. we tried to ask at checkin about on-site activities, restaurant schedules, ‘chair reservations’ etc and were dismissed. ‘Members’ seemed to know the processes but as first time guests we were confused and frustrated - our ‘butler?’ finally reached out a bit into our stay but was unable to give us any helpful info; gave us incorrect info about fishing, taxi prices, chair reservations etc. concierge only interested in pushing timeshare tour, not helping with trip logistics. - service and food in ‘international restaurant’ was well below expectations

Good facilities and pools. The hotel is located a bit further down from Puerto Morelos so there is nothing around. But they have a small supermarket within the hotel to buy basic necessities (toiletries, sun cream, snacks and souvenirs). We were all inclusive and there was nothing we could not order. The bar and bar staff were amazing with nice cocktails and beers. They are also vere attentive when on the sun loungers and keep offer drinks (maybe too much ahaha). Activities are panned every day which were very enjoyable and well run by the social team (Grecia). Check-in and checkout was very easy and staff friendly. Even got a margarita while checking in. your allocated concierge will sort everything out for you. The suite was spacious and clean with good air con and fridge/kitchen. Small balcony with some furniture which you could seat in taking the sun in the morning with a sea view. Parking was just outside the building which was very handy for check out. Amazing stay and recommend it.

Nothing. Maybe the organised nights could be more obvious but your allocated concierge will sort everything out for you.

Everything!!! I celebrated my bday here 9/5-9/9. The food was amazing! We definitely enjoyed the 24hr room service! The view from our junior beachfront suite was everything you could want the view, the sound of the waves, and smelling the ocean. I love this place! This is a relaxed resort, not one to come to if you want to really TURN UP!! IT WAS AMAZING STILL! The staff is super friendly, always will to go above and beyond for you! My concierge Caren was amazing, she made it very easy to plan how we wanted to spend our days (excursions, dinner, and massages! If you book here, and get her, you are all set for everything!

I didn't like that they weren't the resort to decorate your room for an occasion. (She said unfortunately we can not decorate) but she made sure I had a cute little bday cake and it was soooo good. I think they could have alil more entertaining things on their list

Amazing service and staff, including babysitters. Personal service in so many ways. Exceptional, personalized food by the chefs - in our case they cooked us excellent Indian food several times, and seemed quite excited about the opportunity to do so as well. Modern and fully furnished rooms and amenities.

Booking and reserving required for every little thing - dinner, swimming pool lounger, beach lounger, etc. Focus on timeshares instead of just all-inclusive, which tends to attract an older and retired crowd. No centralized evening entertainment. Too Americanized in various ways - food, etc. This region has a rich, deep culture and history but that doesn't seem to express itself here.

Beautful location, well kept and easy to navigate. The housekeeping staff was excellent. The pool was great (heated) and had a nice view of the water. Loved the small size of the property and that the beach was always so quiet.

Staff should have provided more information regarding the facilities (e.g. where to find to-go coffee and how to book beach chairs). Also really lacking for lunch options. Beach bar opened really late (11am) which was annoying for families.
