Loved this hotel. Location is amazing, the beach was so nice and the snorkeling was fantastic. We went on a snorkeling tour and the snorkeling off the beach here was just as good. The breakfast was superb and what a great location, you sat and had breakfast right on the ocean. Staff were excellent. We were there mid Jan so the hotel was only around 50% full, this also made it pleasant to stay at, if it was full it would have been more chaotic.

Hotel itself is great, about a ten minute drive into town so just need to be aware that there is nothing within walking distance of this hotel

The staff and location amazing!

Cost was high and Because I waited to pay on property it was $200 more per night. I was sticker shocked. I had planned on 350.00 a night and was charged 530.00 a night

Beautiful, impeccably maintained hotel in a tranquil setting away from the cruise crowds. Lovely little beach cove area with added areas for snorkeling where we saw pretty fish and interesting corals, and very nice infinity pool right next to the ocean. We really enjoyed our meals at Le Cap restaurant and excellent breakfast at El Caribeño, as well as the thoughtful and high quality room and bathroom amenities provided. But what impressed us most about this hotel are the people who work there. Everyone we came across was friendly, helpful, and extraordinarily hospitable - which is actually not so common in the hospitality industry!

Our room didn’t have room darkening curtains and too much early morning light came through the huge windows. Maybe provide some eye covers for those who need them?

The breakfast is absolutely amazing: omelette/egg station is wonderful, selection of cheese awesome, taco station delicious, sides great as well. Beach in front of the hotel is amazing with lots of fishes and even some coral. Amenities in the room are absolute 5*.

Subtle push for tipping at every corner, at least for our european taste, is annoying (e.g. artificial receives for breakfast). Food in the restaurants (except breakfast) is boring and extremely overpriced - plenty room for improvement there, but for us does not reduce overall impression as one can take taxi to the city and enjoy great food.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The ocean view was breathtaking, especially during sunset. The beach was calm, clean, and perfect for snorkeling. A big shoutout to Kevin, who went above and beyond to make our stay extra special we even received a lovely upgrade thanks to him, and it truly made our trip unforgettable. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The hotel has a private and secure vibe. The cozy restaurants on-site had great options. We also loved the boat pickup from the hotel’s dock super efficient. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for beauty, comfort, and a relaxed vibe. We’ll definitely be coming back!

This has to be my all time new favorite resort. It is serene, beautiful, with an understated elegance and graceful charm. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the food is amazing and the scenery is incredible. We stayed in a Junior Suite and it was so comfortable and nice with an incredible view off the balcony of the ocean. Breakfast buffet was included in the price of the room and it was delicious with lots to choose from and a lady that made homemade breakfast quesadillas of all kinds. The spa was incredible. We had a romantic package with a couples massage followed by a private jacuzzi outdoors and champagne and relaxation. It was worth every penny we spent. T

There was absolutely nothing that we didn't like.

I like the breakfast, the beach and the scuba diving firm. The staff was lovely except for Cristal at the concierge.

Cristal, at the concierge, took us to the hospital doctor who gave us some strange medications, both the doctor and Cristal told us that they could order our medication and the pharmacy would deliver at the normal price with a deliveree fee. But it came out with a triple the price when comparing to the pharmacy itself. I went there myself to check. I only checked because there was some weird things that happened like no receipt, different prices from the second purchase. Manager dealt really well with the incident, but I hope Cristal is not kept there.

Loved the location, the room & the view. Wi-Fi was strong everywhere. Staff were nice & helpful. Dive company - Scuba Du is on site and was awesome! Loved that’s it not a party type of resort, it was quiet by 10:30pm and that they do not offer day passes.

Pillows are too soft for us, maid service wasn’t consistent; forgetting bathroom mat, late cleanings, sometimes turn down service/check didn’t happen. Hot tub has notice that it’s adults only, yet kids were in there with their floaties splashing around - not relaxing. Restaurants are a bit expensive and quality was just ok.

I so enjoyed my stay. The staff was so friendly and attentive. The bed was comfy. My room was large. The food at the restaurants was excellent. I enjoyed the cabanas I rented. Swimming at the small private beach was a delight. I would definitely return.

There were no books or magazines in the shop, which surprised me for a "five star" hotel. Even a handful of bestsellers in Eng and Spanish would have been appreciated. A cool hotel logo'd t shirt would have been purchased by me. The whole hotel is a bit dated; some updated lighting, paint and plantings would go a long way to bringing it into the 2000s. The AC could not keep up w the heat and humidity in the room... even in February. When I return, it will be Sun - Wed. By Thursday, it is less relaxing and more "party" vibes, with many squealing children in the pool. Great for them - having fun... but best to avoid if you'd like to relax. 🥰

The property was beautiful with a private beach/cove that was easily accessible from the pool area. We dined on property during our entire stay and the drinks/food were all wonderful (Breakfast buffet at Caribeno, Le Cap for lunch and dinner, pool side service and Dinner at Alfredo di Roma). There was also a variety of water sports offered on property and we rented a Jet Ski, which was easy and fun with kids. We had a beach access room and that was prefect for our family of 4 with little kids. Room was big with a spacious bathroom and lots of closet space.

The kids club was a bit bare of activities and the facilities dated. We only stopped by and the kids did not want to stay there
