Beautiful place to stay. Great and Luxury Hotel. I would like to say thank you to Juliana GM for organizing birthday cake and surprise. Also I would like to mention Ross at reception she provided the early check in and late check out. Also great housekeeping guy Runal, he brought gift for our kid and was making sure that we are not missing anything. Thanks to Mr. Tashi at executive lounge for the great service. Minoosh at SPA organized great massage for me and my wife. JW Marriott Muscat has high level of hospitality and I must say great team in all departments, all members of the Hotel are polite and helpful. Definitely place to recommend and definitely we will come back soon.

From the moment we arrived, the JW Marriott Muscat exceeded expectations. The hotel is beautifully designed with a calm, luxurious atmosphere, and the attention to detail was incredible. We were welcomed with complimentary drinks, thoughtful little gifts from the staff, and even chocolates left in the room, which made the stay feel so personal and special. The service truly stood out - Ashok, Omar, Sami, and Ranveer went above and beyond to make sure every need was taken care of with warmth and professionalism. The pool, spa, and dining options were excellent, and the breakfast was a highlight with its wide and fresh selection.

The only slight inconvenience was that only luxury cars are allowed to pick up within the hotel grounds (though drop-offs are fine), which meant using taxis required a short walk outside of the hotel grounds.

We spent 3 nights at JW Marriott in Muscat as part of our honeymoon. The room was fantastic and well presented with a dessert and card waiting for us. Everything about this hotel is excellent. The staff go the extra mile to ensure you are taken care of, from the valet parking service to checking in and also polite conversationa during our stay. The breakfast is exceptional with a great variety to suit everyone. The gym and pool facilities are great. The location is ideal and easy to reach. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. We arrived late but we were upgraded to a bigger room - the baby crib was already there and prepared, and they set up an extra bed fairly quickly and nicely immedietly after being requested, and they also gave us late check-out without being so stingy and pushy about it. The place was also clean and very well-maintained. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean, everything worked. We even let our 8 month old crawl in the bedroom, as a testment of how we felt about the cleanliness of the hotel. There was a children's play room, which had a summer camp ongoing, so we left our daughter to play there with a lot of kids for a few hours and it was super safe, engaging, and fantastic for her, absolutely wonderful. Facilities are top notch for the price we paid, including gym, pool, etc, and a great executive lounge at the top floor, which had snacks, fruits, and refreshments. The place felt lively and joyful, it is unfortionate we were staying for only one night.

No shade for outdoor car parking spots- that being said, there is underground parking, but its done by valet (not convinent for me because I don't like anybody driving my car). The breakfast buffet was very good, with a lot of variety, different options, and with most things tasting in-line with expectations, but if I were to give constructive feedback about anything in the hotel, I would say that it was just good enough, but it had nothing memorable, like I would suggest for management to come up with an extra spark there, like something distinctly Omani, or a special dish changing every day, or something like that. Can't really think of anything else. The place really exceeded our expectations. Good job to the management and the staff for a very well managed hotel.

A Truly Exceptional Experience at the Hotel – Heartfelt Thanks to the Wonderful Staff! From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were treated with warmth and genuine hospitality, and our entire stay was nothing short of exceptional. Upon check-in, Sanjay made us feel incredibly welcome and even went above and beyond by upgrading us to the executive floor and rooms. We were traveling with my mother, younger brother, and two nieces, and when Sanjay learned this, he ensured that we were all on the same floor for added convenience. This thoughtful touch set the tone for what would be an unforgettable stay. When we arrived at our rooms, we were delighted to find them spacious, immaculate, and beautifully organized – a perfect home away from home. Our first day kicked off with breakfast at Kitchen7, where we were warmly greeted by the staff with smiles and genuine enthusiasm. As vegetarians who do not eat eggs or fish, we were especially grateful to the talented chefs—Hemraj, Bhavik Modi, Mangla, Pawan, and Chef Rathi—who went out of their way to prepare delicious dosas for us every day during our stay. A special thank you to Kay, Jyotika, Payal, Arlyn, and supervisors Shamol, Shriful, Arman, and Pankaj, who all made us feel so welcomed. The staff at Kitchen7 were incredibly attentive, and it was clear that they cared about our experience. They even prepared smoothies and hot chocolates for my nieces, which truly made their day! To top it off, when we returned to our room, we found that the staff had left two cookie decorating kits for the girls, a thoughtful gesture that added a special touch to our stay. We also had the pleasure of exploring other parts of the hotel, including the stunning Catch restaurant near the pool, where Nischal (apologies if I’ve spelled your name incorrectly), Mahendra, Pankaj & othe streated us to fantastic service. Their kindness and helpfulness were remarkable, and we thoroughly enjoyed chatting with them.

Needed More Vegetarian Food Options For Lunch, Snacks & Dinner

I chose this hotel because of good reviews on google and booking. Now I understand why people were praising staff so much. Hotel is very well managed, looks like management is very smart and kind. The staff is beyond adorable, extremely professional, truly exceptional. Went for massage and facial at the spa- excellent therapist also. I stayed in the hotel with my husband for my birthday, had a lot of small attentions like cake in the room, complementary cocktails and a card. Huge thank you to all staff for their kindness and professionalism, including Nancy, Dhanish, Arlyn, Pankaj, Khant, Jamika.

The Marriott Muscat is an exceptional hotel, and the staff remind me of when hospitality was at its best. With Swiss levels of service and care. Highly innovative food with great care given to detail and content. From the general managers patience and kindness adapting readily to many guests needs to the housekeeping staff, waiters,breakfast and dinner chefs everyone worked flawlessly as a team.Special thanks to Kay and Jobin and managers including Mahmoud Zein.All were extraordinarily kind and made our stay special. All facilities are first class.

The location caused a few location problems for taxi drivers.its a very new hotel so this isn’t surprising

Thank you for allowing me to have a complimentary late check-out. Breakfast had plenty of variety and I was grateful for the “Bon Voyage” fruit platter (on my last day)!

I wasn’t too keen on room service meals, hopefully this is something that improves. Felt the restaurants provided much better quality and taste. Also, didn’t really like how some staff pretty much begged people for reviews at breakfast. It just felt too forced! The pool/sunbathing area felt small and a lot of the loungers were dirty! This shouldn’t really be acceptable for a 5* hotel.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, which was highly appreciated. The bed was very comfortable. Also, the shower was great. The hotel is very close to the conference center and also within close distance from the airport. The breakfast has many options and of high quality.

The room had a desk for working, however no chair. Therefore, you had to sit on the couch to work on the laptop, which was uncomfortable and unhealthy. This is not acceptable for a 5 star hotel. I felt that the hotel was too expensive for what it offers. It is important to note that you need a car for anywhere that you will go, except for the conference, which is within easy walking distance (5 minutes)

Up there with one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful grounds featuring gardens, several pools, sports facilities and plenty of relaxing areas. The gym is phenomenal and I only wish I had brought my workout gear. What truly set this stay apart was the staff. We were celebrating a special occasion and the room was beautifully decorated with balloons, rose petals and a delicious chocolate cake waiting for us. A special mention to Sanjay who checked us in so warmly at reception and to Kay and Reham who looked after us so well during dinner. Also a big thank you to Joven and Jamira for their kindness. And to Nancy also! The amazing staff alone would make us want to return to Muscat just to stay at this hotel again.
