I like the environment, the kind staff, breakfast, n totally the room is very convenient for my whole family of 6 persons.. great time staying there along with spa n pool access

The location is far from schipol airport n the shuttle from hotel to airport costs fare 6euro per person include kids..

Close to the airport, which is why we chose this one. Had a restaurant, a bar that served snacks and a small minimart. Room was basic but clean and quiet. Front of reception staff were very helpful and friendly.

The rooms were basic but really needed a tidy up. They were getting very old looking. Had to climb in a bath to take a shower. The airco was stuck on heat but we managed to get the window open as room was very stuffy. Went to buy a coffee from the machine in the minimart, stuck a cup under it , looked at the instructions ( came up with something we didnt understand) so.asked the lady from that area and we got a rude reply. She grabbed the cup and said in a nasty tone that we disrupted the cleaning process...not sure how placing a cup under it would do that!!! We didn't bother going down later.

The room that we got its really nice it big with double bed. everything its clean.

When we arrive,,me and my friends wanna take a shower. when i enter the bathroom shampoo and body wash its finish. we go to receptionist and tell her to refill our shampoo and body wash,,the. we go to outside to see amsterdam view. When we comeback to hotel after 5 hrs, our shampoo and body wash still didnt get refill. We asked for many times..and seem like nobody care. after wait again almost 1 hrs and half,they manager come and give our new shampoo and body wash. they staff need to learn that every guest its important.

The shuttle bus pass every 30 min from schiphol airport train station, and it can get very busy. If you cannot enter, you have to wait till next one. There is 1 hr break in the morning and evening. location is good, easy to access but is two busses away from everything. To keep it mind, as other hotels has better connections. Pool and sauna was closed, seemed for a while. this wasnt notified at the time of booking so was a big suprise when we arrive. Rooms are good, but could be refurnish to improve quality, for example, ceilling in the bathroom was moldy or dirty.

I booked a family suite as I was travelling with multiple family members. The room was large and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean with a good shower. I was dropping a family member off at Schipol Airport so we didn't use the shuttle. There was plenty of parking available in the car park, but they did charge €20 for 24hours. Pretty standard I suppose, but there are other options in the area that offer free parking so it felt a little petty. It's a functional airport hotel that does the job at a decent price. I'd stay again if the need arose.

Close to the airport, nice restaurant in the village nearby.. Clean and comfortable room.

Private Parking and breakfast are very expensive. But there is a possibility to park your car on the side of the street for free approx 50 m away from the hotel.

Very convenient shuttle bus between airport and hotel. The room is clean and bright. Comfortable！

Not so convenient from hotel to city center by public transportation , but it's fine.

Efficient shuttle service from airport. Room is quite large and warm, windows isolate noise from the nearby airport very well. Comfy mattresses, clean bathroom with piping hot water. Breakfast buffet was copious and of good quality.

Impossible to access Netflix or any other streaming services on the in-room TV. Why put up a huge screen when all you get is local TV channels? Who watches TV these days? Also, there is a huge gap between the bottom of the door and the threshold, so light and noise flood the room at all hours. Finally, don't stay here if you intend to take frequent trips to Amsterdam, as it is literally in the middle of nowhere - best bet is paying €5 to get on the shuttle bus to the airport and go to the city from there.

Location was good in terms of the proximity to the airport. The free shuttle is available every 30 minutes from the airport but to get to the airport from the hotel, you have to pay 5 Euro per person. The staff were very friendly and provided us promptly with everything we requested. The room size was quite large and comfortable.

We tried taking the normal public bus to get to amsterdam from the hotel which costed 6.5€ per person to get to the outskirts! This bus is run by a different company, hence GVB pass does not apply. Make sure you take a pass that covers all of Amsterdam and surrounding regions if you are staying here and want to use the public transport. Else you would be spending a lot on each trip or you have to pay to go to the airport and then take a train again.
