I wasn't supposed to be able to check in until 4 pm. I was stuck with all our luggage and no sleep for about a day already, and they called within an hour of dropping off our luggage to tell me they got my room available early. It was so appreciated, the staff was also great.

I hate resort fees, I would love to know the actual price when making the reservation. Also, the drinks at the hotel café were super yummy, but way more expensive than I would usually pay. Unfortunately, I thought they were 2 for 1 because of advertising, but didn't know that it was not good on Sunday. So I was very surprised when I got the bill. However that was my fault for not reading the advertisement correctly.

Hotel was very nice and the grounds are well kept! Breakfast buffet was filling and the food was warm and well prepared. Housekeeping was available and all times and always smiling!

My departing flight was delayed and when I requested a late checkout (with proof of my delayed flight) the desk clerk was hesitant which made me feel uneased as proof was provided.

I liked that there was a 24 hour market across the street from the hotel. That really helps with odds and ends. I also really liked that the hotel provided a complimentary shuttle to and from the beach. They also provide chairs and an umbrella. The hotel was pretty close to a lot of stuff that we could uber to without great cost, so that was nice. I also liked the decor and cleanliness (aesthetic) of the hotel overall. Nice pool (good temperature) and hot tub felt good (a little small).

I didn't particularly like some of the food at the in-house restaurant. However, the beans and rice were delicious. I also didn't like the "feel" of the area at night. It was fine to walk around during the day but pretty dangerous at night.

The room was awesome, the beds were comfortable and the staff was very accommodating and kind! I would definitely come back and tell friends to stay here.

Good location, nice staff, easy valet, nice lobby and little bar. We slept well there were no sounds in our room, or by the pool at night. Beds were comfortable and they cleaned our room every day by about 3pm. Easy walk to the beach and always a chair or umbrella for you. Everyone on the staff I encountered was super nice! $10 Uber to airport or Old San Juan.

We used the valet for one day for our rental car and they charged us the $30 valet fee for each day of our stay. Just be sure to review your bill at the end of your stay! I was also charged for a visit to the little chocolate shop in the lobby - like $7. But it wasn’t mine. They kindly removed the charges at my request. I just wanted to share in this part of my review so people are reminded to check their bill. I honestly think it’s a super busy hotel and it was an accident.

My wife didn't like that the sink was so far away from the toilet. We, as Muslims must wash down there when ever we use the washroom, and the distance between the sink and toilet did not make that easy. But that was fixed by remembering to fill a water bottle beforehand.

The staff were very helpful! I loved the shuttle to the beach and the umbrella,chairs, and towels at the beach! The food at the cafe was really good. The pool was nice. Overall it was all great!

The hot tub has way too much chlorine in it and so we couldn’t sit there for long with our stinging our eyes or coughing

Everything from the pool to the staff and the room was really nice we loved the rose pedals on the bed. My wife really loved it 😍 plus it was her birthday. They offered free shuttle to and from the beach which was awesome. We will return.

The breakfast buffet was really the good. The bartender was (name starts with a J) was really friendly and made a delicious drink. Friendly guests. Great location, short ride from/to La Placita.

I requested early check in. The person who checked me in took my number and said she’d call once the room was available. I waited for hours, most of which in the lobby and never got a call. After seeing a few others who checked in after me get a room, I went to the desk and asked. At that time, the staff member “claimed” she called but I knew she didn’t. I’m black so I can’t help but to think that my skin color contributes to the lackluster customer service. It wouldn’t be the first time.

Breakfast was magnificent, room was cleaned everyday, facilities were beautiful. William at valet was so unbelievably kind and positive, we loved talking to him and he was so knowledgeable and accommodating.

The only thing I didn’t like was the drains in our bathroom, sink and shower, had hair in it. It grossed me out to see hair in the drain everyday. Also I wish pool area where ping pong and pool table are were better kept. Some of the day beds were dirty and sandy by the pool.
