Lovely staff, great service. Brilliant location, The room had everything needed and was incredibly clean and quiet. Can’t recommend the hotel enough - everything was brilliant. The staff were definitely the USP of this hotel.. The breakfast room was as busy but the staff (Leanna?) made sure everyone knew what was going on, how long they were likely to wait and made sure everyone was looked after. And Aaron who looked after our bags and checked we got where we needed to was amazing.

Shame there were no exec twin rooms, this meant we couldn’t have a high room with a view or get to experience the executive bar.

The location is very convenient, close to train stations with multiple lines, specially direct Heathrow express. Canary Wharf has a lot to offer from restaurants to parks and entertainment so kids loved it. It might not be great option to everyone specially if first time in London and not familiar with train lines and directions, for us it was the best stay out of many. The hotel has great view and very comfortable space for the rooms, yet not all rooms had the same space and view so you need to request your preference.

The staff at the hotel was really helpful and nice, the location was good, close to restaurants and lots of shops, during the daytime the area was active but really calm at night and far from the main touristic area of the city, which is perfect for staying in a more relaxing environment than the center, the room was relatively spacious and had enough space to be comfortable

The only negative would probably be the bathroom, which looked pretty cheap and small for a hotel at this price, otherwise the view was great

Staff were great, location to public transport was very good, bed and pillows super comfy, bar choice, drinks and food was very good and staff very helpful. There was no noise from outside that we could hear. Good breakfast selection.

Long queue for breakfast (we went down at 9:30ish), however the gentleman greeting everyone dealt with some rather rude customers very well and stayed professional and polite. One bottle of water in the room wasn’t really enough but understand the reasoning with environmental impact of plastic and water stations were available on various floors. Stubbed my toe on step up into bathroom, but learnt my lesson after the first time!!

Location just perfect. Canary Warf Tube station near by with shopping mall - the West India Pier great for a stroll - not crowded at all, very relaxing Breakfast buffet is great, in-house Restaurant Manhattan Grill excellent.

Hotel is rated 5 stars, sorry but that is overrated. 4 stars will do. Rooms need to be refurbished soon. They have the touch of early 80s. In our double room there was only one pair of slippers, no bathrobes, no amenity kits, first day the room wasn‘t made up when we returned at 4pm (small issues but they matter at this room rate)

The room was very clean and comfortable, we had room service for breakfast which was lovely but the best part was we didnt have to check out until midday which is so rare nowadays means we could take our time. When we got into the room we found our kettle wasnt working we informed the hotel who had it checked and replaced very quickly

Room was excellent - great size and perfect temperature. Large bed and very comfortable. The guy working behind the bar was excellent as was the guy on the front doors who welcomed us and saw us out the next day.

Check in was absolutely ridiculous. I had two separate confirmations from Bookings.com, an email from the Marriott and we had already paid for the room yet I was asked for ID to prove who I was. It became a problem as I also didn't have the credit card I paid on due to it expiring between booking the room and staying there. Just a totally ridiculous situation as nowhere did the booking confirmation say ID would be required and I would understand if we hadn't paid for the room, but we paid for it months in advance.

After finding no concierge when I arrived and having a fellow lady guest carry my case up to reception I wasn’t happy. But Antonio (I think that was his name - a Romanian) - was so helpful and friendly whilst remaining professional that it cheered up my arrival.

Breakfast in my room was cold and not nice. I ate the two eggs and a few bites of the overcooked bacon but left everything else. No value for money. I didn’t like the fact that I had the DLR right outside my window.
