A great find in London! Staff were helpful and friendly, and the hotel is just around the corner from the Paddington station, so it is incredibly convenient for public transportation or just walking to explore. The room was small but well-appointed, with a very comfortable mattress and fun mood lighting options via LED lights hidden above the window curtains, headboard, and mirror. Many colors to choose from! Super easy check in and check out.

The room was abbreviated but well-appointed; however the bathroom was a bit cramped. But overall, a great value for the location and a very modern feeling hotel.

Let people know about the union canal area directly across the road. I found it by accident. What a great area that no one knows about. Excellent

Rooms are very small and no refrigerator to keep food and no phone to contact the front desk for any issue . Breakfast doesn’t not have variety of food and restaurant for breakfast is always crowded Moreover, there is no cupboard

The Point A Hotel is located a short walk from Paddington Train Station which is great if you are taking a flight from Heathrow and also puts it near a lot of underground (tube) lines so getting anywhere in London is not hard. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked great. The staff was very friendly and helpful

The room was very small and had no closet of dresser drawers so we had to basically keep our clothes in the suitcase. Also, the shower was a problem. It is very small and the floor of it is very slippery. To add to this, there are no grab bars and the only thing you can hold onto for balance is the bar for controlling the water temperature but that gets very hot so it is not an option. A mat or some strips for traction and something to hold onto would be a big help

The hotel location was great . Paddington main line station was a block or 2 west. There are 2 different underground stations/lines a block east. Just take the elizabeth line from heathrow and you're at the hotel. Hotel is very central for london. .Rooms were a good size for london . Breakfast was good . There are pubs, a tescos ,greggs and a M&S close by.

There is a underground line that runs close to the hotel . It's not deep and you can feel the trains every 10 min. You get used to it eventually . There are basement rooms ,don't go there with your room selection .

I had a 5 night stay recently with Point A Paddington and have nothing but amazing things to say about them. The location was great and everything you need is within 1-2 minutes away even less!! I did the hop on hop off bus tour with big bus and one of the stops for it was right across the road. Tescos supermarket is across the road for convenient shopping and it was only a 6 minute walk from Paddington train station. The location was really convenient and staff were so lovely and helpful. I will be staying again.

I have nothing I didn’t like about this hotel but maybe a suggestion for some mini bar fridges in the rooms for water and snacks etc

The hotel was well placed for tube lines, Oxford Street, Hyde Park, and beyond were about 15/20 min walk. Paddington Basin and Little Venice were nearby for local eateries. M&S, Tesco, Gregg's also. Initial reviews worried me, but room 404 was great for size and facilities. No excessive noise. Blackout curtains worked well. Bed and pillows were comfortable, air conditioning fine, controls were all digital, with various ighting options. Room safe. Hand and body wash were provided and were very nice. Staff were helpful.

We stayed 3 nights, which doesn't qualify for a room clean or fresh linen. For the price we paid, I think at least a towel change, and a little sweep of floors was merited and probably needed. Oddly, we only got bath towels and no hand towel. A lighter summer duvet, maybe, it was quite warm. Not enough to complain about, but since asked these are my comments.

Excellent location close to public transport, restaurants and a 24h tesco right across the street which was very convenient. The rooms were clean and the staff very friendly. I liked the fact that even though it is a small hotel, they provided umbrellas at the reception (upon payment).

Small rooms with very narrow space to move around which does not make it a good option for big or claustrophobic people. The train station is very near and because we had an underground room we could hear the trains all night passing by which is a bit annoying. What we also didn’t like is that the rooms get cleaned every three days. Of course you have the option to ask for a more frequent cleaning service but I believe rooms should be cleaned on a daily basis. Also, in the shower the water went down the drain quite slowly.

The staff is very friendly, the room good sized for what I know of London and very clean. The hotel was qiet at the time of my stay.

No shelf or closet for clothes or suitcase, so you live out of the suitcase for your stay. Nowhere to put your laptop on (I had a zoom meeting, and had to hold the laptop in my hands, since there is no table or shelf for it). I missed scrambled eggs or bacon for breakfast and the shower has no handheld shower so eiter you contort to keep your hair dry or wash it every time you shower. No handtowels provided. No view since all the windows (room, coridors, ...) are tinted, so you don't have an idea about the weathers until you are outside.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, minutes away from Paddington station. The room was immaculately clean and very comfortable. Was very happy we had air conditioning. The staff were exceptional - everyone we encountered were friendly, polite and professional. Breakfast was amazing - no cooked, only continental but still had a great selection - pastries, cheese, cooked meat, yogurt pots and fresh fruit. Overall very impressed with this hotel.

The only issue I had was our room was tiny, more suitable for one person only, which was a shame as everything else was fantastic
