The rooms were very spacious. The view was nice. The bathroom was great, considering the fact that you could lock the toilet separately from the rest of the bathroom, i.e. the sink and shower. The towels felt nice, and the way the window was set into the building looked absolutely beautiful. There was also a vegan option of sausages, and we had asked the chef for them. There wasn't any issue getting them to us, and the chef was very polite the whole time.

The sofa bed was slightly uncomfortable because the frame kept pushing a bit through the mattress. The pillows were either too soft or too firm, there wasn't really a balance between them. And the lights were mildly confusing to turn on, since the card, you had to place it right to the bottom of the area for it. The toasters were a little bit slow, but got there in the end.

Excellent location with an retail park and shell petrol garage in very close proximity, free parking onsite, free full english breakfast which everyone enjoyed, friendly staff, room located on 1st floor was clean and tidy and nice to see an iron and ironing board in room which in other hotels you may have to ask the reception for them and carry to own room. Overall very satisfied.

I had an issue with my bank card paying at reception. It kept on getting declined for some reason so I luckily I paid online on booking.com and proof was shown to receptionist at the time and everything was fine and we was able to progress to our room. In the morning as we was checking out I was told by another receptionist that I still had to make the payment for the room, I showed the proof again and then was accepted by the receptionist, saying there must of been an misunderstanding between staff. Not an issue and we went on about our day after. I can understand the staff were just doing their job.

Room - fine, spacious, clean, modern. Air conditioning. Nice comfortable bed and pillow(s) Bathroom clean and functional with no unnecessary stuff. Loo rolls were a bit basic.

Breakfast was truly awful - you market the room as having a great breakfast included but there was no: Bacon Eggs Tomatoes Mushrooms Granola Fruit compote Flavoured yogurts Fresh fruit All there was available was toast, porridge (instant), muffins / buns, baked beans, hash browns and sausages. There was a very small amount of natural yogurt left. I would rather have paid more for the room and had the breakfast promised

The rooms were clean and furniture in good condition. Loved the sign in the bathroom telling us that we could contact reception if we'd forgotten to bring toiletries etc with us, and they'd try to provide these for us, compliments of the hotel. Although we didn't need to do so, it was very nice to know. Breakfast was good, but slow to refill the hot dishes, and cappuccino from the machine tasted like black coffee. The hotel was convenient for travelling the short distance to the event we attended. Reception staff were helpful, friendly and accomodating on arrival. Staff around the hotel were very polite in general.

Very tidy, quiet and location was perfect for getting away to the areas we were wanting to visit. The breakfast is delicious and my partner who is vegetarian was looked after by the team who prepared and cooked vegetarian sausages on request.

The lift is a bit tired and the call button on lvl 2, our floor, was missing so to get our luggage down you had to go up and call the lift. It didn't like going up from lvl 1. Not a dislike but for anyone who can't do stairs well, it'd be an inconvenience.

Have stayed here on numerous occasions as family live in the Midlands and this is a good central location. Rooms are a nice size, beds comfortable and large, nice shower and complimentary shampoos/body washes to save having to take large items away with you. Breakfast good choice to choose from and grab bags (handy for me as I am not always ready to eat first thing in the morning) however hubby loves your cooked breakfasts. Staff are always friendly and on hand to help.

the only exit for cars means going round a major roundabout every time. lack of EV AC Charging was disappointing as the local alternatives were all out of action leaving only fast charging sites that were not suitable for hybrid cars. I am not a blue badge holder but i do make a point to check disabled spaces there are four at this hotel on the nights i stayed only two of the spaces had a blue badge the other spaces were taken by commercial vehicles. i am surprised the hotel did not prevent this.

The friendliness and helpfulness of staff from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Loved that you provided good quality shampoo and shower gel. Loved that we had interconnecting door so that our autistic daughter was able to have her own space yet feel she could be close to us. Breakfasts were great too, paper bags were available so my daughter, who finds crowded spaces difficult, was able to have a croissant in her room for breakfast and have a stress free start to the day, which made it easier for her to deal with being somewhere different and out of normal routine. Thankyou so much.

Found air-conditioning confusing to control, but that's probably me being old! We turned it off anyway lol.

Lovely clean hotel rooms with towels and beautiful smelling toiletries supplied. Big spacious rooms and the bed was huge! Very tasty breakfast in the morning with full supply of everything they have to offer.

In our opinion the mattress was very firm which we don't like, we prefer softer mattresses, but that's everyone's personal opinion. We booked 2 rooms as we had two couples, the second room we booked the shower in the bathroom made a constant gurgling sound which never stopped and could be heard continuously throughout the night which then created disturbed sleep.

Close to family easy to get to

I book a down stars room with extra big bed bit ended up with just a normal size double bed on the first floor our room was booked well invariance as it was for 3 days over Christmas I had an email confirmation back say all booked the staff tired to find us a room but hotel was full so we cut our stay short losing a night when I checked out and told them we are checking out a day early not a word to ask if anything was wrong they really didn't care less
