The staff were exceptional, very helpful and extremely friendly and welcoming. They remembered our family every morning at breakfast and made us feel so special. The kids loved the pool and there is also a launderette on site so we could do some washing at a reasonable cost, instead of the usually expensive hotel laundering services that are offered. The rooms are basic but extremely comfortable and the hotel is situated in a Mall so there were lots of very reasonable eating options and a big supermarket for supplies.

Nothing really but just to note that the hotel is a little bit of a walk away from a MRT station. The hotel, however, run a shuttle bus to and from the station so it isn't really a problem. There are also lots of buses right outside the shopping mall entrance that is attached to the hotel

Location 👎 too far from public transport. Free shuttle to/from nearest MRT but it ends at 730pm each day which is way too early. And trying to get a taxi from the MRT is impossible. We called the hotel to help but the receptionist (female) said they don't help with this. We was stranded and asked a Grab driver to call us a grab in the end. Really upset and disappointed with hotel lack of concern and attitude. Room locking mechanism temperamental, sometimes we couldn't close our door. TV remote not user friendly ie adjusting volume. The bar is in the main reception area, which is very public, not cosy or private. Drinks are overpriced.

Hotel is neat and clean. The staff is too good and supportive. It’s very close to MTR station like 10 min. Walking but the hotel had shuttle service every 15min or so which was helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for small families.

There wasn’t in room dining facilities. Anyway we don’t wanted it except the first day. Everything closes in Singapore so early and difficult to find restaurants if arrive late.

The breakfast was great and the hotel staff were super friendly. They helped me with planning daily excursions and even my next holiday. They recommended other Marriot hotels in different locations that I could someday stay at. Can I just say that Carrie deserves a promotion and a raise!

Most welcoming place possible. The staff are like family. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Singapore as long as these amazing people work here. Special shout-out to Zack Israel at the W XYZ bar, he is THE BEST!

The bathrooms are not designed thoughtfully. The shower stall door gets stuck after a steamy shower, and it’s very very difficult to open using the tiny slippery knob inside. My elderly mother got stuck inside, thankfully she had the phone with her so she was able to call us for help. And what’s with semi transparent walls separating the bathroom from the room? Do you expect only couples who don’t need any privacy to stay in the room together?

The staff, especially at the restaurant and the bar, were excellent, warm, and welcoming. Breakfast at the restaurant is very good, three kinds of cuisines are on offer. I look forward to staying here again.

I wish there was room service. Getting food after hours is a challenge, and the main alternative is Grab. I tried using Grab to get food delivered to the hotel on a rainy night at 10 p.m., checking in late after a 14-hour flight. Grab accepted my orders twice and failed to deliver, so my partner and I went to bed hungry. Similar hotels in Australia offer room service until 10 pm, at least, if not later.

I had such a great experience at Aloft Singapore Novena. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and super accommodating—it really set the tone for the whole stay. The room was fresh, modern, and spotless, with great colour choices that gave it a stylish vibe. The bathroom was clean and sleek, and everything felt brand new. Breakfast was honestly next level! So much variety—whether you're after something light or a full-on feast, they've got you covered. The pool area was a real treat—plenty of space to relax and enjoy the facilities without feeling crowded. Location-wise, it was spot on. Easy access to a nearby mall made everything super convenient, with shops and essentials just steps away. Plus, the area is packed with great local food options that made dining out a real pleasure. All in all, a fantastic stay and I’d absolutely come back. Highly recommend it to anyone heading to Singapore!

A Loft West Wing Novena, has been a truly exceptional visit and family reunion. We were travelling as a family of 7x adults - consisting of a 14 month baby and 2x senior citizens- family from the UK/ Philippines and Singapore. A Loft West Wing Novena- staff, building, dinning experience is more than just a hotel- I cannot thank the staff enough for their efforts - in my opinion 5stars!!!! I would like to especially thank the house keeping staff for the 9x nights of stay and more so, Yoga- duty manager/ Azlan- manager of 21 Raja restaurant/ Shanti- duty manager and Kris- concierge.

The location was great. Especially for families. There is a park with a playground directly accessible from the hotel. A mall, with plenty of food options and a full supermarket attached to the hotel. The pool area is great with a kids pool section. The staff were amazing. I couldn’t fault the service. The rooms were a good size for the price we paid compared to a lot of others in Singapore.

The breakfast could be improved with the quality of food. Although it was average and practical. We wouldn’t get it again. The staff within the restaurant were great. The bar prices were quite high.

Overall experience in this hotel was very good. The room was clean and well maintained. The bus stop to go to city center is just few steps away from hotel. There is free shuttle bus offered by hotel to go to nearby MRT station. The breakfast is buffet and there is lot of options for all including vegetarian options. This hotel is situated in a good place to go to popular places either through MRT or bus.

Actually nothing, except. there was no room service for food. This could have been improved as I had to walk down to restaurant always to have food within hotel.
