The staff were all so helpful and friendly, especially William, kina and Elaine. There was someone on the reception desk 24/7 The room was adequate for a 2 night stay. Room cleaned and beds stripped both days, and staff always with a smile. The wet room shower was great with very good water pressure. Location was central to a hawker complex, a shopping centre and mrt. All within 5-10 minute walk. Plenty of buses available too to go into other areas. Mrt system was excellent, and very easy to follow, with staff constantly on hand if we weren't sure....

The AC could have been more effective, but over all this did not make it a terrible stay. Just would have been nice if room could have been a little cooler. There is nothing bad to say! The location was in a more residential area, but I felt very safe walking alone at night, and local chickens accompanied me home!!

The staff were so nice and friendly, especially Jenny. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The location is pretty near the Sentosa Express.

The walls are not soundproof (I can hear noise from other rooms). I had a bad experience with the toilet. When I went number 2, I had to flush 3-5 times to get rid of everything.

Rooms - specifically the large rooms with windows were comfy, spacious & had decently tasteful decor/design. Just wasn't the tiny & bare minimum feel when u said, I stayed over at Fragrance Hotel. Hotel was tucked into a nice, small & quiet upmarket private housing neighbourhood. Offers the added & appreciated privacy & discretion compared to locations like Lavender, Bugis or Balestier.

Nothing that I didn't like. Just gotta get over the cost of added & appreciated privacy & discretion is not very accessible thru & fro while food delivery remains the only feasible round the clock solution.

The hotel room is comfortable and clean. The hotel staff greeted us with warmth and kindness. Special shoutout to Thurka, Cherrie, Jenny, and Kina who accomodated our requests nicely. You guys are amazing!

It is close to kepple island. We end up stayed extra 2 nights. Most of the rooms in Singapore doesn't have balcony but the place has window to get natural light. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is standard. No fridge but with hot shower and aircond. Also close to a fuel station. The room could smell dampy but the cleaning lady is there to help

The room is clean...Ask for extra pillow they gve...gd service.

At night time the door from other room keep banging when they open & close door disturbing other to sleep...most of the times..Pls do something with the door.

The location of the hotel (10 mins walk from Vivo city mall); the behavior of the staff; the cleanliness were all great.

The room could have some more space to store items, e.g., shelves, cupboards, etc.

Good location and kind staffs. Bus stop and big mall are close from the hotel and it is easy to go shopping and sightseeing.

There is no refrigerator in a room.

Nice and quaint.
