The hotel is in a very central position, between downtown and Chinatown. The room is big enough, elegant and spotless cleaned. I have had little interaction with the staff, but when I did, they were super friendly and helpful. I appreciated that on the day I checked out, I was still allowed to use the facilities on the last floor, so that I could shower before my long flight.

Practically nothing. So, for the sake of constructive feedback I would say that the gym is very essential. I do not use many machines, but also room to work on the floor is limited when two other people are there. Also. the coffee machine is a very elegant concealed cabinet, which is a bit unpractical. First, I did not notice it for the first two days of my stay, second, it is very dark and makes it difficult to operate it. These things, of course, did not affect the quality of my stay.

Fantastic hotel in agreat location. We arrived at for a 2pm check-in. The staff were so helpful and took our bags and allowed us up to the club floor we had booked. We were able to use the pool and help ourselves to drinks and snacks in the club dining room. Our room was ready by 11am. Beautiful room with a view across Chinatown. The pool area is an oasis of calm which we used a lot, however the landscaping around to tent beds could do with an upgrade. The Happy hour unlimted drinks and food from 6pm -8pm was fantastic. However, can be open to abuse if you're that way inclined 🤪. The staff were so helpful, and the location is fantastic, next to the MRT and 10 minutes walk from Chinatown. Can't wait to stay here again

Rooms were compact but well designed and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel is located across the road from an MRT station allowing easy access by Metro to all the major attractions. The hotel is a lovely design with lots of large open spaces and some nice views of the surrounding area. The staff were courteous, helpful and professional and we were offered access to additional facilities such as the infinity pool, happy hour in the bar on level 27, a neck massage etc, at an extra cost, which we were happy to pay. The room came with a coffee pod machine but some tea bags and milk would have been nice. We had a late departing flight and were able to store our luggage at the hotel then return later to collect it (we were also able to shower before going to the airport), but I'm not sure if this was part of the additional options which we purchased when we checked in or if is offered to everyone.

The buffet breakfast was fine and what you would expect to see in a 4 star hotel, however, the scrambled eggs had a funny texture and I'm not sure if they were made with fresh eggs (some commercial kitchens use long life eggs?). Having said that, you were able to request fried or poached eggs. The other dishes were regularly replenished and there was plenty to choose from. I paid an extra $40 a night for a deluxe room, which included a chair. I was disappointed to find that it was literally a small chair in the corner (not a nice comfy upholstered comfy chair/sofa I was hoping for) and the room was exactly the same as their standard room.

The room was brilliant, the mattress ultra-comfortable, and the staff went absolutely above and beyond for us, particularly Angel in room service in the 20th floor, who did an outstanding job and provided amazing customer service, and Nur Atirah at the reception, who sent a lovely care package for my girlfriend, who was down with a cold - that ginger tea did magic and thanks to it we managed to see Singapore. Thank you both!! The value for money was absolutely unbelievable, and the rates were definitely affordable, all the more so by Singapore standards.

If I had to write something, I'd say that the plants on the façade somewhat impede the view of the city from the room or the pool - but then again, Singapore has way better places to enjoy views, and being able to bathe in non-boiling water in the rooftop pools and being able to sleep without A/C on were definitely bigger perks of the plants.

The hotel’s unique architecture and lush greenery truly make it stand out in the heart of the city. The rooftop pool offers spectacular skyline views, and the location is unbeatable - just steps away from Tanjong Pagar MRT and some of the best dining spots in Singapore. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout the stay.

The lifts can be a bit slow during peak hours, and the breakfast options were slightly limited for the price point.

Hotel well situated near the EW line, easy way downtown, to MBS and the Chinese district. The facilities are clean, up to the standard and made in with a good taste in design.

Two options for the pool: one floor with smaller standard pools with no open view versus the club pool with a proper length and view. The latter is accessible only for club members.

Excellent location near the MRT, swimming pools, staff and service, the rooms are great, comfortable beds and pillows, snacks in club rooms.

Slow internet speed, club lounge breakfast is quite limited, gym is very small and always full

the club access level at level 21 is relaxing and comfortable. The complimentary wellness activities is good to relax

The location is great, close to Chinatown and subway nearby. I highly recommend the Club level!

The breakfast could be better but not bad.

The property was grand and luxurious and close to Chinatown which was helpful as this has a lot going on. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good, also good air con. There is a nice open level that provides a space to relax overlooking the city which is lovely.

The lighting is quite poor which can be difficult to do make up in and the hallways seem quite dark. Also the room layout was confusing as all the plus sockets were not near a mirror. The swimming pool did not look great so we did not use this.
