My experience at the hotel was fantastic overall. The staff was incredibly friendly, the swimming pool was excellent, and the room was immaculate. My kids thoroughly enjoyed the bathtub. The hotel greeted me with a welcoming aroma that immediately put me at ease. It was a wonderful stay, and its proximity to Imbiah station was very convenient. Additionally, having a nearby 7-Eleven made things even more convenient.

Superb location. Sentosa express monorail is right across the road. Junior Suit room is spacious with high ceiling and the bathroom is huge. The king size, medium to firm bed is comfortable. We are surprised to see the room were serviced twice a day, and both filtered water and sparkling water were supplied in fridge.

Our room faced to the street and so it is a bit noisy. Room walls are not soundproof. Unlucky we had a loud neighbor to wake us up. Light in living room is too dark compared to the bedroom. The breakfast is tasty but a little bit overpriced. Better to have it included in the room rate.

Lovely calming property

Location is centrally superb for Sentosa island, right next to Monorail station, resort world, Universal studios etc. Staff are very helpful and answered any requests extremely quickly. Great Restaurant on site and multiple other good restaurants, shops, cafes and fast food in very close vicinity in Sentosa Island Resort. Lovely pool although probably suits mature swimmers more than children. Rooms are clean, spacious and very comfortable, complimentary water in fridge everyday and nice bathroom toiletries. Being able to take Pool towels to the beach was very helpful.

Breakfast was over priced in my opinion, especially when travelling with a family and the cost attached.

The hotel was located in a quiet location but very convenient to transport which would take you anywhere.

It felt a little remote with not many restaurants or shops within walking distance. It would have been handy to have a map provided as we weren't too far from Resorts World but didn't know that until we walked back from there.

Just across the road from Imbiah monorail station. We were lucky to book the day before for a cheap rate, check in was fast too. Best that hotel allows us to get room keys at 11am ! Like wow ! . . After many hours in the hotel… after the incidents described on the below section.. . . We went to the reception at ard 6pm, had a little surprise to get our room changed ! Jay did wonderful job assisting us ! They moved us to a junior suite :)

our room unfortunately did not flare well. Furnitures seem to be worn out; bath tub did not work too, water seem forever to drain. TV controller doesn’t work too. Hotel shld look into all these as it’s a 5 star hotel :)

I liked the location. it's between RWS and the beach so I just need to walk to either side. the price I think is reasonable. the pool is not crowded. wifi and private parking is available. if you decide to have breakfast in the restaurant the staff are kind enough to remind you if your hotel package did not include breakfast. the dim sum palm size bao is very soft. no buffet here though, need to go nearby alternative hotel if you want buffet breakfast. right across the road you have convenient store, Starbucks and even KFC.

there are not many hotel activities within the hotel itself, and not much scenery or areas to explore. it's a cosy place. but it's Sentosa so the activities are out there..

Nestled conveniently opposite the Imbia Station of the Sentosa Express, the resort enjoys a prime location. Despite the aged exterior of the resort's structure, the interior boasts modern fittings and amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. Our experience in the Junior Suite was synonymous with luxury and comfort, leaving no room for dissatisfaction. However, during our departure from the resort back to the city, we encountered difficulty in securing a taxi. The assistance provided by the front office official, Ms. Diya, was invaluable. Not only did she arrange for a taxi promptly, but she also remained by our side throughout the wait. Additionally, her thoughtful gesture of presenting a small hotel souvenir to my three-year-old daughter left a lasting impression, becoming a cherished memory of our trip in Singapore.

The breakfast selection at the resort is somewhat limited, and the pool facilities are not particularly suitable for toddlers or young children. Consequently, we were advised to utilize the breakfast offerings and pool facilities at the Village Hotel Sentosa, conveniently located just opposite the resort and also operated by the same group, Far East Hospitality.

We loved the staff! We were treated so well each day we were there. Marcus in the restaurant was particularly fab. As was Wendy who serviced our room. Front office staff who gave late check out given our late flight, we appreciated - super convenient so our infant could sleep. We enjoyed our meals. Breakfast. Dinner - steaks and happy hour in the warmth. My spa treatment was lovely. As was the treatment afterward. Tea and healthy snacks. Would definitely return. Big thanks.

Only call out would be almond milk for my coffee in the morning but I didn’t even mind given everything else was so good!

Loved the junior suite. The air-conditioning wasn't working in the first room but the hotel was quick to offer us an equivalent room to replace. The room came with complimentary drinks and snacks; it was expansive and bright, with end to end windows and a captivating view of RWS. Bathroom came with a standalone tub and double basins.

The fittings were a bit flawed. One of the double doors leading to the walk-in wardrobe cannot be closed because it was locked into an open position by the bedside drawer unit. However, this did not mar our experience and enjoyment of the room.
