Good location across the road from Metro, and quite a buzzy area in its own right, with a nearby night market and good bars and Japanese/Korean restaurants in abundance (but 20-30 mins away from most of the main tourist hotspots) Very clean and quiet rooms

Pool was pretty crowded (it is shared with an adjoining hotel) Vegetarian options very limited in lounge and at breakfast. General food quality was borderline/quite basic

There was no happy hour for people who were not in the executive lounge package which was not made clear and no other option appart from a normal bar was offered.

Location was great, pretty near to mrt station. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Amenities like toothbrush and comb was not provided.

Everything about it excellent. Great staff, fabulous location for the metro and HSR at Banqiao station, nice room, good size and they even gave us a kettle as well as a coffee machine as requested! Nice views even from a lower floor, and I like the automatic blind that you can open and close. Wonderful shower. We didn’t try breakfast. Thanks for everything.

I’d be nitpicking. Pool is cold even in 27 degrees, but fabulous views but your body adjusts. Payment seemed a bit complicated, they take a first night a day before, then refund it, then the full amount when you arrive plus a deposit, a day after we left that was refunded, then two days after we left they finally took the main payment. No problem, all fine if that is how they want to do it. I prefer to just pay it all when I arrive. Anyway, amazing hotel would love to stay again, many thanks.

1. good high floor view 2. facilities were new and room changing service good 3. close to the train station (very big commute 'central' area) & free parking downstairs 4. some shopping malls and restaurants nearby / within walking distances 5. relatively long stay discount 6. spacious bathroom w 2 water sinks

1. tv remote was hard to use, youtube kept asking logging in for multiple times but you can skip it (after N times refuse logging in...) 2. might be quite some commute time if not driving 3. when there're conferences or activities the lounge got super crowded 4. would be good if the top swimming pool rooftop has more facilities, now it's more like a 'Instagram photo area'. cannot really enjoy and chill there

Comfy rooms with soothing atmosphere & great cleanliness. Receptionist named Kennedy was very professional & detailed in helping with my check-in. There’s also this bell lady (pardon that I forgot her name, she’s slim with pony tail & glasses) who helped us with our luggages the moment we arrived at the hotel door step. She was very helpful and friendly.

Even though the hotel is kinda near to the Banqiao MRT, there’re not many eatery shops or shop lots or malls surrounding it. Apart from that, I was puzzled why was the socket in this 5-star hotel still 2-pin parallel type. Even normal hotel like New Riverview Suites was already changed to 3-pin

Swimming pool, staff, room, breakfast

Description said airport transfer but staff said there were none. Poor location - ‘local attractions’ were an hour walk away

The hotel is really fresh and modern. In a great location with metro very close. The pool is excellent and has such a good view. The room was very clean and the bed was huge. Staff were very welcoming and efficient at their jobs.

The breakfast was very average with limited Western options/lack of taste in what they did have. It was a let down. Our windows had children’s hand/face prints on them.

The staff was awesome! Very helpful and I appreciate their readiness to assist me with anything. The breakfast was very nice, a very wide selection was available - I especially appreciate the choice between continental and local (taiwanese) meals - which were great! Shame I did not muster curage totry them earlier - they were so inspiring and good!

The swimming pool was nice, tho oriented away from the city centre (which is ok), but the windows were quite dirty so that slightly ruined the view :( also, the gym was just too small to have a proper workout (in terms of workout machines offered) - However, there is more than enough space to put a squat rack and a lat pull-down (and if the kettlebell rack was moved to the other corner next to dumbells, there was space for another machine). - That would make a great cosy gym!
