Room was really good, hotel staff was friendly. The view on the rooftop is great.

The aircon wasn't working in the first room, after complaining we got changed to another room. The water sometimes floods into the bathroom.

Great value hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms, with great quality bed & really good buffet breakfast that caters for lots of different nationalities very well. It’s within 5 mins from the Sky train (on nut station).

Nothing not to like, however it is 30-45 min sky train / metro journey from most tourist attractions, but it’s completely doable considering the value for money this hotel offers.

The best bed and pillows in the world, Ive never experienced a bed so comfortable in my life. Im a terrible sleeper and found myself over sleeping with ease. I will 100% book again just to sleep In comfort. The rooms were clean and maintained well.

Room is good size. Pillows comfortable. Bathroom and facilities good. Cleaning staff good. Reception staff very good: polite and friendly. Restaurant specials good value and tasty cooking.

If you are on one side of the hotel you will be facing skytrain which is quite close; the noise is significant. Nothing can be done about this of course but it is an issue to bear in mind when choosing a room.

Room 323 (level 3). Quiet throughout the day and night. AC worked well. Excellent water pressure in the shower. Beautiful and patient staff right down to the cleaning team. Small room for 2 people but we're experienced travellers and know how to improvise to make our stay very comfortable. Very clean room and bathroom which were cleaned daily. In between 2 BTS Skytrain stations which connect to all parts of Bangkok. Close to mall, cafes, restaurants, markets, etc. Comfortable bed and pillows, which made for a peaceful nights sleep. Coin laundry nearby. We liked the hotel so much, we booked to stay again on our return to Bangkok from our travels around Thailand.

I've been coming here I think since 2013, when it was going under a different hotel name. 10+ yrs later, this is still my go-to hotel when in BKK. Staff are all super friendly and attending, and willing to go beyond and more when It comes to service. Beds are comfy, rooms are small and cozy, but have everything you need. Location wise, BTS ONUT is approx 10min walk from the hotel, and is linked to Century Onut mall on 1 side and on the other side linked to foodcourt and Lotus supermarket. Taking BTS to Siam for example takes approx 20-30min. Special thanks to khun A, he brought us additional meals (without having asked) at breakfasttime almost everyday, eventhough their standard breakfast buffet is available :) See you next time again ::)))

Excellent and impeccable facilities. This is a must recommend hotel for anyone wanting to visit Bangkok. Great accessibility to BTS, about 7 min walk and there's even a bus stop outside if you are coming back late from a night drinking party. I really enjoyed the fact that they had the 150 thb buffet offering a wonderful selection everyday. The beds were comfortable and this was one of the few hotels that had a smart TV (even better than some 4 and 5 star hotels I stayed at). The air con, although oddly placed, was cold enough to cool the entire room. The view was fantastic too . Last but not least, the staff were extremely friendly and hospitable, expected no less from the land of smiles.

The rooftop pool was a pity as it was too small and often overcrowded

My boyfriend and I had a great stay at this hotel for 4 nights. Our suite was big, the bed was very soft and comfortable and the room had all the basic amenities you will need. The location is super convenient, just a 5-minute walk to On Nut BTS station, making it easy to explore the city. There are a couple of 7-Eleven stores only a few minutes away. There is also a small food night market nearby with plenty of delicious and affordable options. The overall vibe of the area is lively yet not too noisy. Highly recommend it for travelers looking for comfort and convenience.

I loved everything about this place. I would have stayed longer if it was in my budget. It was 24 hour reception, which helped me greatly when I had migraines - the front desk provided me with medicine. Staff were always on hand to take my luggage up to my room, and every staff always said hello. The bed was so soft and comfortable, the room spacious - good for long term stay, i never felt cramped. The 24 hour snack station was also a life saver for a quick meal. Only 5 minute walk to On Nut station, with a big Lotus 3 minutes away. I left early because of the earthquake, but the building showed zero signs of damage. Cleaning staff would also leave a basket outside your door if you leave a ‘do not disturb’ sign on the door, this included 2 new bottles of water, 2 rolls of toilet paper and other refillable provisions from the coffee station. Staff were the best part!

It does get expensive at times, the prices fluctuate per week. But I still think its worth the money if you can afford it. The aircon does rattle and get loud at times but that didn’t bother me.

The rooms are a decent size and well designed and mine had a useful microwave and decent sized fridge. The bathroom was a reasonable size; the shower efficient and modern; the toiletries a good selection. The balcony was good. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the selection on offer very good - especially for the price. The restaurant food during trendy was also excellent and well-priced; the service efficient and friendly. The staff are all polite, friendly and helpful. I have stayed at this hotel before and find it very convenient and (most rooms) quieter than other locations yet near enough to Skytrain for convenient access to the rest of Bangkok. The improvement in the breakfast was much appreciated!

The swimming pool is so tiny it is not worth using. My aircon was fighting with the afternoon and evening heat and humidity to keep the room cool. The bathroom was a little drain smelly.
