Beautiful beachfront resort! Room was clean and very comfortable, had everything you needed. The rooftop bar & pool was a nice spot to hangout at in the afternoon. So much greenery around the property it was overall very lovely!

The location of the property is a bit far from the city of Phuket and there’s not much to do for activities besides the beach. Some expensive dining options nearby that will cost you an arm and a leg. We took a taxi into the city which was about 20-25mins and had more reasonable dining options—got to do some sightseeing too this way.

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous but it is out the way so be prepared to either hire a motorbike for around 250-400 bhat per day or pay for taxis. The beds are incredible.

We arrived here as an anniversary trip and paid for a pool access room. When we arrived they put us in the furthest room possible with a horrible view in comparison to the other rooms (the ones advertised). Other guests with the nicer view paid the same price as us so I asked if we could be moved. The staff weren’t helpful at all. Eventually, after some time they agreed to move us. The only negative thing was the reception staff. We found them really unhelpful.

Staff was very friendly, breakfast was very tasty, room was excellent, the swimming pool was very nice and interesting, but in the pictures it looked bigger, the beach in front of the hotel was perfect. We liked our stay there.

The location of the hotel is a little bit further from any facilities, you have to walk about 6 min up the hill to the nearest restaurant and another 6 min to a smaller town, where you can find shops, restaurants and some stalls, but the beach in front of the hotel is excellent.

Lovely pretty place. Nice pool and surroundings. Lovely beach opposite with street food at times which was tasty. Rooms great. Big bed. Pool access room we had, which was nice but not really essential for me. Housekeeping excellent.

Bit out of the way and need car or taxi. Loads of taxis outside. Room smaller than I thought but adequate. I personally didn't like the shower toilet set up being in the same room as the kitchen area and bedroom. Needed air con on all the time else the room would be wet floors and walls.. No wardrobe just hanging rail. Freezing cold in the restaurant brrr!

The facilities were absolutely beautiful. The rooms, lobby, shared space, pools and the whole resort was extremely beautiful and clean. The beds were unimaginable comfortable. The staff did a perfect job cleaning my room and keeping the facilities clean. The pools were always clean. I never saw a mess anywhere.

There was one staff member in the kitchen that was extremely rude. He became upset every time we ordered room service and asked us if he could just not come back. The taste of the food also was not good. For example, the pizza was a bit sweet because I think they used ketchup for the sauce instead of pizza sauce. The food wasn't horrible but it just wasn't good. Also, if you wanted a location where you can walk to other sites this resort is not the best choice. This resort is very remote so if looking for a more relaxing type of vacation this would be a good choice.

I was apprehensive staying here because of the reviews but so glad we did, it is an incredible property and we had a lovely experience. Check in was smooth and we were lucky to receive a slightly early check in as our room was available. The property is extremely picturesque and staff were great. Breakfast was good. Although cape panwa is an isolated area of Phuket we personally loved being away from the touristy areas - Ao Yon Beach is stunning and much better than any of the main beaches. It was a very cheap taxi ride to reach the main areas if needed.

The amount of photoshoots from others guests was extremely cringe, have never seen so many people on their phones in a pool. It would be great if the property opened the rooftop pool slightly earlier!

Everything. The property is beautiful. Looks insane. Breakfast is amazing. Dinner great. The pool bar is wonderful. The friendly bartenders (the guy and the girl) in the poolbar (I am sorry I forgot the name, the ones serving on 4th and 5th of July on the evening) were amazing and are assets for the property. Easy check ins and check out. Lovely. The pool was wonderful too.

While kayaking is beautiful experience in the pool, it seemed dangerous at times, especially when the pool is busy as we nearly got hit multiple times while we were swimming.

The rooms were clean, comfortable and well sized. Having a morning coffee on the balcony that overlooked the swimming pool was a lovely way to start the day.

Our flight landed before the check-in time. The reception area was filled with luggage from guests who had also arrived early (before the 3 PM check-in). There was no designated luggage storage room near reception, so the area became overcrowded with suitcases. The hotel seemed to attract a lot of 'influencers'—everywhere we looked, there were iPhones filming and constant photo-taking throughout the day. This took away from the sense of relaxation, as many guests were preoccupied with their phones.

Superb hotel. It's exactly what you expect however after booking, but before our arrival we saw lots of mixed reviews about this hotel. Ultimately it's popular with social media influencers and the likes as its a very photogenic place. The rooms are decent sized with good facilities. We had a swim up room, so we were ground floor and had direct pool access from our terrace. Naturally due to this privacy was compromised a little, but nothing we didn't expect given this. The food was of a good standard and the staff were friendly and helpful.

They need a baggage room as the reception was jam packed with luggage which just looks crap, especially in a 5 star hotel! Too many taxi drivers out the front shouting for business, you get screamed at as soon as you go to leave the lobby. Hotel requested a 1,000THB cash security deposit but there was no mention of this on the booking anywhere. We didn't have that cash in local currency and they wouldn't do a credit card hold. Had to surrender my driving licence (or passport) very reluctantly as this was the only compromise.

I liked the pool right outside and the fact that there was a super nice beach right outside the hotel with really clean water. Super comfortable beds as well and really nice staff! They were really helpful with booking activities and telling us about the area. It was nice also that you could rent motorcycles for only 300 baht right at the hotel, making it easier to get to old town.

It was a bit far from the city, approximately 20 minutes by motorcycle to old town, and around an hour to get to the main city in phuket. We also had a problem with bugs in our room, there was a small gap between the bottom of the door and the floor. So a few bugs kept coming in from time to time. We solved this though by putting a towel by the end of the door. A small inconvenience but I really don’t like bugs. Apart from that though we had a great time and I would absolutely recommend it to a friend.
