I recently stayed at this hotel in Trabzon, and overall, it was a good experience. The **location** is a major plus, offering convenient access to key spots in the city. It's close enough to everything you'd want to visit, yet still maintains a calm atmosphere, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. The **food** at the hotel was enjoyable, with a decent variety of options available. The meals were well-prepared and offered a good mix of local and international flavors. The breakfast, in particular, had a nice selection that suited most tastes. The **staff** were friendly and accommodating. They were always ready to assist and made sure that my needs were met without being overly intrusive. Their professionalism and warm attitude added to the overall positive experience of my stay. In summary, this hotel is a solid choice for anyone visiting Trabzon. The convenient location, good food, and pleasant staff make it a comfortable place to stay. I would consider returning on my next trip to the city.

I was disappointed with the **health club** facilities. The equipment in the gym was quite old and in need of an upgrade. Additionally, the **swimming pool** was cold as the heater was not working during my stay, which made it less enjoyable. The **Turkish bath** also did not meet my expectations, as it felt quite outdated and didn’t offer the relaxing experience I was hoping for.

- The location. - the view from our rooms - breakfast was awesome - the gym is 24hours - employees are friendly and helpful, some names to mention: Cemal, Ozgur, Yunus, from front desk and bell team. Hamza, Anil, Abdulrahman and all the chefs from F&B/kitchen

- housekeeping’s attention to details was inconsistent during room cleaning. Sometimes it felt like they only changed the towels and soap bars but didn’t really wash/clean the bath tubs and sinks properly. The bathroom floor was sometimes dirty even after turndown. - I didn’t like that we could only ask once for water to be replenished in the room. If you ask more than once it’s chargeable. I’ve never seen that in any other 5 star property. - the spa only had a female therapist. I was hoping to find a male therapist as well as I’m more comfortable with male therapists - the gym should have a system where a guest can use their room key to open the gym at any time without having to ask front desk to send someone to open it. It’s faster and more convenient that way for the guest.

everything was excellent, the staff every single one were exceptional and want to help by any way especially Mr. Cemil, Ms. Zyenb and Mr. Abdullha. The breakfast was on another level, the main chef was very cooperative, he makes the eggs with love, there were many options of food to choose from. The breakfast was traditionally turkish but also had many international options. The spa and gym were very professional, Ms.Alinya was very cooperative and was very helpful.

1.In general, the bidet system that is a part of the toilet is not practical and makes dirtiness instead of cleaning, it’s better to change it to hose bidet. 2.In my room, precisely 629, one of the toilets had a dirt stain that wouldn’t come off, even when the housekeeping lady came to clean it. 3.The price is a little high. I’m sure it’s worth it but if you are going for a long stay it would be very expensive.

From the moment I arrived, he greeted me with a warm and genuine smile, making me feel instantly welcome. Cemal went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, answering all my questions with patience and offering great recommendations for local attractions. It was very nice and clean . Staff are very professional , especially Awatef who made everything easy She helped us a lot and guided us to excellent places to visit She left us a welcome letter and fruits and nuts Amazing how she made us feel special U r lucky to have her in ur team She is an asset Will definitely come again and recommend to our friends ☺️☺️☺️

Property is clean and well maintained, staff were friendly and supportive. Breakfast also was delicious and with Varity of food choices.

Gym was not open in early hours and is limited with basic equipment. Also spa was not maintaining enough towels. Even though it is away from city no beach access is available. These are some of the improvements however overall experience was really good as you will get a comfortable stay

We received excellent service from the front desk on arrival.. we ordered drinks on the deck the service was fantastic...we requested tea quite late at night...we received hot tea with a beautiful smile and excellent service...hamza at breakfast was the man...he made our breakfast one to remember...thank you to all...from the front desk ,bags to the rooms,late night tea breakfast and check out ....you the best...all the best...thank you

The rooms were clean and tidy. The breakfast is super. Free on site free parking . Special thanks to Ms. Awatif for making our stay very pleasant.

In Reality, everything is outstanding ,specially the staff ,they are proactive, exploring every opportunity to serve you & excellence in communications , specially the Customer Relation, it is the first time to meet staff who have this min-setup, as-if they are part of the family thinking of All the family needs,and provided us with much proposals about the location to visit and the best time to be there and back.
